My husband and I had an amazing stay at this resort. What a fun experience! The property is beautiful with an amazing rooftop lounge. We enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and cold plunge. Morning nespresso was also a treat. The rooms are very comfortable. They provided a wonderful breakfast each morning before our day’s adventures. The location is amazing and the staff goes above and beyond to offer suggestions. Definitely recommend this property if you have the opportunity to visit beautiful Revelstoke!

Eleven Experience Lodge is a rare find, an intimate boutique property that delivers five-star luxury right in the heart of town. From the moment we pulled up, the service was effortless and personal. Our bags and bikes disappeared from the car and reappeared in our room as we were warmly welcomed inside.

The rooms are modern yet cozy, with every detail designed for comfort. The rooftop lounge is a true highlight, an inviting perch to soak in Revelstoke’s mountain skyline, glass in hand.

Dining at the Quartermaster is worth the trip on its own. Easily the best restaurant in the region, it’s more than a meal; it’s a memorable experience where creativity meets flavor in every dish.

What sets this lodge apart is its ability to blend tranquility with convenience. It feels like a hidden retreat, yet you’re just steps from the energy of town. Whether you come for a few days of relaxation, a culinary escape, or a mountain adventure basecamp, Eleven Experience Lodge offers it all with rare style and authenticity.

Room was small for the price we paid in August. New and clean but no closet, bathroom was also def on the smaller side. Despite the small pricey room the hotel all the sudden also tried to charge us an additional 150 $CAD for our daughter staying with us, the room was already expensive so this didn't seam fair, after talking they still charged us 50 $CAD. Restaurant is nice.

Our stay at Eleven was lovely. The hotel is quaint with only 12 rooms. They are located conveniently downtown close to stores and restaurants. The spa amenities and included made-to-order breakfast made this a great overall value. Staff went above and beyond and were friendly, warm and accommodating to our needs.

By far the best boutique hotel experience we’ve had not only in Revelstoke but in Canada.

Property was beautifully renovated. The tour on checkin was a nice touch. Allowed us to ask direct questions about the ammenities and get a bit of history on the building. The staff member was accommodating enough to make us a reservation at the restaurant. I have no complaints about the comfort and ammenties in the room, the only feedback I would have is it would be nice to have a full length mirror available in the guest room.

Eleven Revelstoke Lodge exceeded my expectations. The staff were very knowledgeable of the area. My room was very quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was very good and my compliments to the bar tender for be an outstanding mixologist. The only negative I had was the limited parking space for the property.

What a wonderful stay we had at this excellent hotel. Absolutely top notch staff from start to finish.

Great location in the heart of Revelstoke close to stores and cafes. Hotel amenities were great, particularly the sauna and hot tub area on the roof. Beautiful, clean and relaxing.

Had an amazing drink and dessert at the hidden speakeasy in the basement. So cool. The free breakfast was one of the best I've had in a long time. I would have paid good money for that alone!

Our stay at Hotel Eleven in Revelstoke on the weekend of September 22 – 24, 2023, far exceeded all expectations, providing an unforgettable experience that truly set the bar for exceptional hospitality. The staff at hotel Eleven were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. From the warm welcome and thorough check-in to the personalized recommendations provided by the concierge, the service was simply impeccable. We were so impressed with Elevens décor, amenities, daily complimentary appetizers, free wine, local craft beers and snack selections. From the exceptional restaurant and games room (for guests only) on the main floor to the lounge, cozy seating area with fire place, hot tub, sauna, deck on the third floor, every base was covered.

Upon being shown our room, we were greeted with handwritten note form the owner welcoming us to Eleven. Our room was not only spacious and beautifully decorated but also spotlessly clean, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail. The room amenities provided, especially the luxurious down bedding, pillow-top mattress which was complimented with a wool blanket from Nova Scotia. The bathroom was simply luxurious, clean and contemporary. We were also so impressed with the complimentary mini bar, snacks, (which were restocked daily), we were also given two free Eleven ball caps.

We would highly recommend Eleven to anyone looking for a perfect, pampered stay in Revelstoke!

The staff are all friendly and gracious, especially Kim who checked us in, showed us around, and served us happy hour charcuterie and wine. Dinner at Quartermaster Eatery was also excellent. I have definitely stayed in more expensive places, but I'm not sure that I have ever stayed somewhere that felt as luxurious and with such great personal service. When I checked in and realized that the mini-bar was included and there was a whole floor for lounging with drinks/snacks and an afternoon appetizer (charcuterie board when we stayed) included - I immediately checked my email to make sure I wasn't actually paying 3x the rate we had for a night in September. It's really nice that the hotel is only 9 rooms, and it has clearly been set up primarily as an intimate setting for heli-skiing in the winter and at least as of 9/2023 that high level of service and amenities carries over to less expensive stays at other times of the year. The staff was all really exceptionally nice and helpful, and the attached restaurant was surprisingly excellent with a delicious included breakfast.

Best night of lodging on our 10 day road trip!!

We did a 10 day road trip through Canada, staying over in several different places. This was by FAR our best lodging experience. Even better than the Fairmont at Lake Louise.
The Eleven staff was incredible, the amenities amazing!
We are already talking about returning as we wished we had more than one night to stay at the Eleven and in Revelstoke.

I can't say enough great things about this Hotel. The staff was amazing and made special accommodations so that we could watch the World Cup Final in the common (the rooms only have Apple TV). Cool renovation to an old brick building, nice use of materials from the individual rooms to the common areas, wonderful common roof deck where you can sit and enjoy a drink, and view of the town and mountains. And a fabulous free breakfast in the connected dining space to send you off on your way.

I look forward to my next stay at Eleven. It was perfect. The staff were very helpful and friendly, they offer numerous amenities (pool tables, rooftop hot tub, bikes, good books in the rooms, a white noise machine for sleeping, and more), and I loved the design and decor of the hotel. The chef-prepared breakfast to start the day was another bonus. Will definitely be staying here again!

The hotel has much charm. I was dismayed at the lack of security as there is often no one at the front desk and people who know about the lounge wander freely upstairs.
The hotel however is clean, and contains everything we were looking for ... a nice room and a terrific breakfast bar.

Absolutely excellent hotel! The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and prompt. The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the center of the quaint downtown of Revelstoke, so within easy walking distance to many restaurants. The room was lovely - beautiful decor, comfy bed and pillows, lots of natural light. The included breakfast was delicious and generous. The quiche made in-house was our favorite. On the 3rd floor is a common room for breakfast, coffee time and evenings. Perfect at the end of a long day of hiking. Thank you Steven, Maria and Stephanie for making our stay so memorable. We will definitely be back!

This is a small hotel with less than 10 rooms. Yet space is dedicated to a common area with a library and bar. It also has a large hot tub.
There was a power outage during our stay which canceled our meal plans. No restaurants in town were functioning. Just as we were about to grab a pizza we were contacted by the owner that power was back on and an impromptu community meal was being prepared.
My son and his wife were with us. It made my first stay in Revelstoke memorable and an excellent stopover to the Okanagan.

Amazing Boutique Hotel!

Stayed at The Explorer's Society as a birthday surprise for my husband! The hotel was so modern and beautiful! The location was excellent and within walking distance of everything in town (have to drive to the ski hill if going). The rooftop hot tub and lounge was unbelievable! The staff used text messaging to check in with us during our stay which we loved. The ski room has boot dryers on the wall to keep your keep warm and dry for the next day on the slopes. Breakfast was served in the rooftop lounge and it was a lovely place to look out at the mountains. One thing I was disappointed with was that hotels.com lists the hotel as having free parking but the parking isn't free if you want to stay in their locked compound. It is only free if you want to park on the street and the street parking isn't very close to the hotel. This wasn't an issue for us when we were they since it was shoulder season but during a busy long weekend I believe street parking would be tough to find. Definitely will be back! Hoping to return at a time when the restaurant is open so I can try out their cocktail menu!!

WOAH! This place was incredible!
The room was beautiful, the bathroom - so modern! And great water pressure.
Close to everything in town
INCREDIBLE BREAKFAST - honestly, I will be dreaming of that for a long time.
