The room was cleaned but no available bathrobe and you pay extra to have room clean/tidy up. However, for the price during our stay, it is not really a big issue.

What a gem tucked off the road on this stretch of the Makarska Riviera. We are so glad we found this place. After traveling for a month a spa massage is exactly what we needed. The day was nice enough to sit by the pool and soak up some Indian summer sun. The food was delicious with a higher selection of entrees and desserts as well as wine and cocktails. Bed was extremely comfortable. Room was perfect. And the people were friendly, helpful and nice. Best stay of our trip. Will be back.

The property is totally disjointed, too many steps up down and all around. Too many levels and confusing to get around. Very tired property, pool area and bar about 3 star at best. Limited eating and not flexible for a la cart reso. Room was clean and comfortable but on a whole this is tops a 3 star

Pool over crowded, not enough space around the pool and between the beds.
Jacuzzi cold, not heated and never experienced anything like that. After bringing it to their attention nothing was done nor considered, disappointed.

Stayed here last year. Loved it, weather was great. This year we came back.
Food still exceptional. Hotel clean and staff very helpful. Room had a great sea view.
Beach = the main reason we came back. Unfortunately the hotel have decided to allow a 3rd party to rent out the sun loungers and umbrellas at a cost of €30 per day for 2 people.
On the odd rainy/cloudy day we were lucky to have a car to visit Dubrovnik and Mostar.

Not worth the price we paid.

- Very beautiful location.
- Reasonably clean.
- Comfortable.
- Service was extremely poor and not very friendly. Everything seemed an ordeal.
- Minibar was included but only with water, which again has to be taken to room through self-service, meaning coming to reception to get bottles of water for mini-bar. There were no snacks in the mini-bar.
- Food quality was not brilliant either. We would be able to eat something each day but the quality was just okay, and had very limited options.
- We didn’t find the hotel worth the money we paid unfortunately.

Absolutely great hotel. Fantastic food, private beach, all inclusive drinks (even on the beach!) and a lovely pool.

Very good location wise if you're looking for a bit of relaxation, 2 near by quaint villages either side of the hotel for those that like to do a short 40-60 min walk.

Would recommend 1 evening in Makarska approx 30 mins away by taxi /bus shuttle just to experience something a bit different to the hotel (but hotel evening food/entertainment can't be faulted).

The local drinks part of the all inclusive package were all of decent quality- overall Would love to stay again

We were a little underwhelmed. Our expectations were high with the hotel
Having a 9/10 rating when we booked. Unfortunately, the hotel didn’t quite deliver. We were booked into the wrong room type but that was hotels.com fault and not the hotel itself. We were surprised when after 3 days we moved rooms we were charged for an upgrade even though the room we moved to was the same price. The 1st room had some issues with the plumbing and had an unfortunate smell, the walls had cracks in the plaster and some of the finishings were untidy. The “limited view” was awful. The second room had a much better view but again some sloppy fittings like loose toilet seat. Generally the rooms were ok but our expectations were high. The beach was beautiful but the time it took to get served for a drink was poor. The cups were plastic and could do with being replaced. The all inclusive spirits were not great and similar with the inclusive soft drinks. The pool was ok and clean. We didn’t see anyone using the swim up rooms and couldn’t really see the benefit of them. I would recommend sticking to the sea view rooms. The food was ok but we would have been disappointed if we had been served this food in a restaurant. We used the restaurant for some meals but supplemented with some beautiful food in the restaurants in Markaska. Lots of the food in the restaurant was the same everyday and got a little repetitive. The games room was ok but lots of the games were damaged. Overall we would give a 7/10.

Beautiful and almost perfect except…

All inclusive adults only feature was great! No kids so it was quiet. Free food and drinks and select alcoholic beverages. View from our swim up pool was amazing! However our pool was full of mildew and mold. We were celebrating our anniversary so I booked the couples soirée which included dinner by the beach in a private day bed. It was perfect until we got interrupted by some local teenagers trespassing since it’s not a closed in area from the public. Which I reported to the front desk but was not offered any compensation which was disappointing since it was 120 euro booking. We also booked the couples relax which included a 25 minute massage which was wonderful but not long enough for 130 euro but came with a cocktail and snacks which we did not receive but no biggie. It also came with a Bali bed by the pool. Other than that it’s a beautiful resort. Just need some touching up and cleaning the swimup pools then it’d be perfect.

Great for Couples!

We had a blast on a girls trip! The service from the very beginning was amazing. We didn’t have to check in as soon as we walked in. Hotel staff made sure we got to eat dinner on our first night in! After a long day of traveling, this made the trip already off to a great start! The food was okay, but drinks were great. Remember that the beach is pebble not sand! We did massages and facials… 100000% worth it. We are already planning our trip back. While you’re there, check out Makarska. The hotel has a shuttle but if it’s full, they will call you a cab. Wonderful service!

We stayed at this lovely hotel for 5 nights. The hotel grounds are beautifully kept. are nice and clean.

Hotel receptionists Željana and Jure were very kind and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional.

I strongly recommend visiting the Spa at the hotel. My husband and I booked massages with Katarina and Ljiljana. They were both amazing.

We will definitely come back.

The hotel is amazing and we were so happy to hear we were upgraded to a room with a private pool outside our balcony!! Thank you! The staff and room service was Just Wonderful!! This is more of an all inclusive hotel which we did not know or book it that way so trying to get drinks at the pool can be challenging. Property is beautiful but for those that can not do stairs it has many up and down stairs even with elevators you have to climb many stairs to get around a strange layout. Breakfast buffet was wonderful.

Very Disappointing

We checked in late night around 11:30pm. Asked for late check out... they said they would charge 15 Euros for an hour. We stayed at three other hotels in Croatia before we got here and they all gave an hour of late check out without a fee. The man at the reception was very nice though. Gave us some cold water to drink while we filled our forms with passport info which again in other hotels we didnt have to do. Then he started putting a bracelet on for \"All included stay so that when we go for breakfast next morning they would know\" . He expected us to sleep with that bracelet on to which I said no sir. Then he gave us the bracelets to put the next morning ourselves. Our room was pretty far from the main building so the security guy helped us with the luggage. Once we entered the room we saw how small the room was. Smallest we saw on our trip. The floors were damp. Bathroom was even smaller. There was no way to sit on the pot because it was so close to the sink vanity. There was no way to fit your legs because the pot was installed so close to the sink on one side and shower stall on the other. It was a double size bed. Again smaller. At check out we told the lady at the reception on how we felt.

Great staff. Food was ok, some stuff good some not so good. Buffet style so some of it was a bit greasy. Hotel rooms were very nice, they upgraded us to a superior balcony room for free as it was our honeymoon. The bed was not comfortable unfortunately. Over a good experience. Once again, the staff were excellent!

Hotel is very nice. Beach is amazing . Staff is polite. One problem: don't let the lady clean your room without you being in the room. We realized after we left that some of our clothing is missing, like 4 or 5 shirts and pants ( worth about $600). We can't say that the cleaning lady took it, however she was the only one in the room. So don't take chances, be in the room when cleaning is done.

Modere, recht verwinkelte Anlage mit vielen Treppen mit Zugang zum Hoteleigenen Strand.

Bequeme Betten, top Kaffeespezialiäten an der Kaffeebar (Nähe Rezeption)

An sich recht sauber, allerdings die Sanitärenanlagen im Poolbereich unfassbar dreckig (überquellende Mülleimer, Toilettenpapier auf den Boden verteilt …) auf gar keine Fall ohne Schuhe betreten!
Angestellte kommen nicht auf die Idee der Reinigung mal eine Info zu geben.

Was mich ein wenig verstimmt hat, ist die Tatsache, dass mit Sportangeboten geworben wird, die dann allerdings gar nicht stattfinden.

Auch das Escape Room Angebot - vermutlich nur ein Fakeangebot. Steht tgl einmal im Angebot- lässt sich aber nicht buchen. Sobald man buchen „kann“ ist es angeblich schon ausgebucht.

Liegen in der Nebensaison ausreichend vorhanden.

Als Trainer sehr positiv überrascht hat mich Anton. Sonnenuntergangs Yoga mit traumhaften Blick- nur zu empfehlen !

Und einen ganz besonderen Dank an Alexander vom Servicepersonal im Restaurant. Man spürt, dass er seinen Job mag. Er hat ein Händchen dafür sich um die Gäste zu kümmern.

Hinweis: Parken wird mit 8 € pro Tag berechnet. Da wir auf dem Hotelparkplatz nichts fanden, haben wir außerhalb geparkt.

Bei schlechten Wetter sollte man frühzeitig beim Essen sein. Ansonsten steht man im Treppenhaus in einer langen Schlange und wartet auf einen Tisch.

Zu allererst ist wichtig anzumerken, dass es sowohl Frühstück, Mittag- als auch Abendessen gibt. Zudem ist das Essen sehr gut gewesen.
Auch die Hotelzimmer waren super.

Leider hat uns eine Sache gestört denn wir hatten eine Junior Suite mit Swim up Pool gebucht und das war auch schön und alles aber es waren ständig Schwärme von Vögeln über uns die Regelmäßig sowohl auf unsere Handtücher, Liegen und auch ins Wasser gemacht haben was sehr ärgerlich war.

Ansonsten war alles Top

Zimmer 3104 - übler Geruch aus dem Duschabguss. Fensterhebern kaputt, daher konnte das Fenster nicht geöffnet werden. Balkontür funktionierte aber. Badetücher , waren statt weiß, ehr grau und hart. Würde ich meinen Gästen der Suite nicht anbieten. Tip - nehmt rote, grüne oder türkisfarbene Handtücher.
Stellt Handtuchtrockner auf die Balkone, denn es macht keinen schönen ANBLICK.
Das Essen war super top, das muss man loben!!! Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Hotel in schöner Bucht gelegen. Sehr schöner Strand. Infrastruktur des Hotels in die Jahre gekommen. Müssten dringend Lifte haben, Koffer müssen mühsam draussen über mehrere Treppen geschleppt werden. Auch Fitnessbereich praktisch inexistent
