Nice immaculate hotel fitted out to high standard, felt the staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Nice restaurant in the hotel, and also really enjoyed the rooftop pool, with great views of the city. Only a fifteen minute drive from the airport which was good, no alcohol available in this hotel but I think that’s the case in a lot of hotels in Doha.

A great easy location for watching the ATP Tennis at the Khalifa Tennis Stadium.

Even though I had made a request for non smoking room, well in advance, the request wasn’t adhered to. The hotel room was awfully smelling of smoke and was not pleasant to stay in. Couldn’t sleep in the night as the stench was unbearable and even came from the beds and across the room. I asked to change the room but wasn’t given any and was advised they were running on full occupancy. Poor services and not very helpful staff. Will probably never book this place again.

The staff were very efficient ie they managed to book my airport collection whilst I was embarking on the plane perhaps 24hrs only isn't a good policy but was able to book the return shuttle days in advance.

Average but very disappointing for a 5 star hotel.

Firstly, the coffee machines were for domestic use & therefore kept breaking down. After you waited 3 minutes for the coffee to be made, the coffee was weak and underwhelming.

Only paper cups used for takeout coffee were available . Breakfast is due to end at 10:30 and at 9am there were no proper coffee cups. There are an extremely basic thing to have and should be available throughout the entirety of breakfast. I’ve stayed at lower star hotels that have a much better coffee set up.

Breakfast itself was also sub-par, the pastries all tasted stale, probably since they were uncovered. I had an egg made at the egg station and it tasted like salt with a side of egg. Absolutely not what I expected when I paid for breakfast at a supposedly 5-star hotel.

Slow room-service, took 15 minutes for a bucket of just ice to be brought up. Ordered calamari chips and nachos from room service at poolside which took 45 minutes to arrive. It was only us at the poolside & the hotel itself wasn’t busy.

Housekeeping wouldn’t change the bedsheets, they would just tuck them in so it looked neat. This is something I’d expect from a 3-star hotel.

The detachable shower head in the room is small and not appropriately positioned. Water pressure for the large shower head was weak and the hot and cold water weren’t hot/cold enough.

Pros were that security was great, room was spacious and the spa services & staff were lovely.

It was a great stay, made even better by the staff, which are so kind and respectful, the hotel itself is amazing. Because of our Expedia Gold we also had a free room upgrade and we didn’t even have to mention it when checking in. Overall it was a 5 star experience, I would definitely recommend.

10/10 - Warwick Doha is an incredible hotel that offers excellent value for the price. The location is great, it's easily accessible from the airport by jumping on the Red metro then Green (if you get a day pass its about $6QR), and it's close to the metro station - about a 3min walk. The staff are incredibly lovely, they take your bags to your room and are happy to fulfill any requests. The restaurant although empty pulled out an incredible meal and the bed was the most comfortable we had during our 5-week travel itinerary. Overall, I highly recommend the Warwick Doha hotel for its great location, friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, and overall great value.

The hotel room was clean and organized (it was the Superior room). But when I went to sleep I discovered that the corner of the mattress’s cover was torn and they hid the torn part under the mattress which made me feel uncomfortable during sleeping (I couldn’t pull the quilt because it was stuck under the heavy mattress). This was the case in my room but I don’t know about the other rooms. This was really annoying thing for me.

Also, the Air conditioner was not cooling enough and it was starting cooling after 7 Am for some reason which I didn’t know.

In general I didn’t like staying in that hotel, although it is a 5 stars Warwick Hotel but the quality there was less than what anyone can expect from a 5 Stars hotel. I stayed in a 4 stars hotel and it beats The Warwick Hotel Doha in all aspects.

Do NOT stay here. Worst service.

I booked 2 twin bedroom. Though I ended up staying with solo, I checked in 2 twin rooms. The next morning, the receptionist told me to move out of the room, because they double booked. I was told to move a better room, but the room I was assigned was smaller and darker.

I asked them to put me in an original room, but the manager told me \"you don't deserve to stay in a room?\"

I paid the full amount online, but they treated me that way. No clue because I'm a solo female traveler or what. I will never go back to the country and hotel.

As always, Warwick provided the best. The hotel, facilities, services and all in all experience was great as always. Specially the bell boys, door keepers and house keeping staff tries utmost all the time. Last day at time of check out, i didn’t like the tone of a manly receptionist where it was a small error from my side and i fixed it very fast with one representative from hotels.com
That receptionist annoyed me and i will rethink if i stay at Warwick in future.

We had a pleasant stopover in Doha at the Warwick. Although the room and facilities were clean and well maintained, the service was a little disappointing. One of our main complaints however, was that as Gold members of Hotels.com, we booked this room as it stated a range of VIP benefits, including a free room upgrade. On arrival I mentioned the free room upgrade and the lady on reception stated that the upgrade was a discounted price, saying that instead of $120 we had paid $85. I was unsure of this and did not have my receipt on hand to double check. After arriving home I re-checked and she was incorrect, we had indeed paid $120 and did not receive a free room upgrade. Given we selected this hotel based on its rewards, we were disappointed and are less likely to pay attention to VIP offers in the future.
I feel the management should at least reimburse this difference for their mistake.

I have stayed at Warwick Doha in November 2018. And I visited it again on November 2019.

During both stays, Warwick Doha had served the highest standard of a 5-star excellent hotel worthy if a 5 star customer rating.

Here is my amazing experience:
- I have arrived to the hotel at 6 AM, beyond check-in time. However, the gentle check-in manager took care of my bags, my check-in and assigned me to my room, with an UPGRADE!

- I was upgraded to an Executive room, without even asking for it. It was so amazing to walk into a big room with a big bathroom upon a tiring early morning arrival, and be greeted with generous amounts of bottled water and a warm shower!

- The room was amazing and full of amenities! I had slippers, robes, a wardrobe that is lit from the inside, iron and iron board, toothbrush and toothpaste, shaving kit, shower cap, shoe shining sponge, soaps, shampoos, gels and conditioners and moisturizers, and every thing you can think of! There was even a pillow menu to choose all the pillow types you want to try and use!

- Best part about the room was that it had buttons near the bed for \"please don't disturb\" and \"please clean now\". These buttons came in handy everyday when I wanted to get an disrupted sleep or get some work done on my laptop in the morning and to ensure that my room gets cleaned when i leave it for meetings.

- The breakfast was unbeatable! It had every thing one can wish for! Ameur and Vikash were amazing!

Perhaps a 2 star hotel.

The only high point for this hotel is its staff. They were very professional, friendly and accommodating. Of particular mention are Christopher, the bellhop, Rayhan, one of the waiters, and Joanna, from the spa.
The decor was in keeping with the old world charm they appeared to be going for. However, the need for some refurbishing is desperately needed. The hardwood floor is dull and dingy. My greatest source of discontent was the horrible smell that emanated from the vents every evening and lasted until morning. This was addressed with management who had someone come and spray some perfume smelling substance which only temporarily masked the almost intolerable odor. The state of the bathroom was another source of discontent.The shower stall was simply filthy. The grouting was black from what was clearly a build up of dirt and grease. My sister had to give it a good cleaning before we even considered stepping in there.
This hotel should in no shape or form be likened to a 5 star hotel. It is safe to say I would never return if I should ever happen to be in that region again.

Very traditional old English style hotel. Fairly good location. Initially the staff at the hotel did not create the right impression- did not appear to be that friendly. Information about hotel and services was not adequate. Although TVs in both part of the room was Smart had access to Internet eg UTube sorted out only on one TV, which was then removed the evening before our departure the following afternoon. Inaccessiblility to You Tube was reported immediately but response was slow and as mentioned about only one TV was sorted out.
Lightning in the living areas were very poor and no sunlight in the room during the day.
Difficult to control the A/C, even when the controls were set to low, the fan was bellowing out very cold air so had to turn off the A/C. Restaurant overall was also

Nice well-appointed quiet rooms; the rooftop pool and spa were welcome in the heat, nice view of city of lights from the rooftop also. Didnt use the restaurant. Only a km or so from downtown, the harbour and souq area, dont walk, as it's only set 10Riyal in a cab (about 2.50Euro) ... cab from/to the airport was 60 & 35 Riyal respectively (there's a taxi surcharge for leaving the airport)... hotel staff were impeccable, very helpful... grocery supermarket about 200metres

Wow. Just wow. I was incredibly worried booking a hotel at this price. I’m a total JW Marriott snob. I was incredibly surprised. Spotlessly clean, unbelievable bathroom, the breakfast rivaled a 5 star resort, and the pool/spa was gorgeous. Only a $9 (US) Uber drive from Hamad Airport. I can’t say enough good things. Get a room that includes breakfast! Or buy when you get there. You will not regret it.

To be very honest, I was disappointed with the fact that the hotel was given 5 stars. It deserves no more than 3 1/2. The staff were extremely unhelpful and very difficult. We called to get the room cleaned and they refused to die to the fact that we were checking the same day so I asked if we could have more shampoo and conditioner and they said that that wasn’t possible either. I asked the manager to come to the room and he did, only after I got hot tempered and threatened to write to corporate did he agree to give me more toiletries. The toiletries that were kept for our use in the room were opened, seal broken, and used. HOW can a 5 star hotel accept this?? When I told him about this the manager asked me if I was sure that I didn’t use them.. as if accusing me. Also, bring your own shampoo and conditioner, as well as body gel because their soaps don’t lather and have no smell so it’s as if you’re rinsing your body with water. In order to ‘satisfy’ me they gave me an hour extra as late check out

Always love staying at the Warwick , Doha .Staff are so very nice and nothing is to much trouble. Great choice of food in their 3 restaurants.
Had to use the hotel car to get to the souk one evening QR 30 was 3 times as much as a local cab - was under the impression from reception the car was a house car and free for a few blocks

the stuff are good but the hotel doesn't deserve a 5 stars it very old and everything is colored in gold which i didn't like. i think in order to keep the name of WARWICK and the 5 stars this hotel need a big renovation.
