There is nothing nice to say regarding our stay. As soon as we arrived to the hotel and entered the rooms we were met by a nasty smell, smelt like sweat. The floor was dirty and filled with something sticky. The beds were dirty and almost never changed even though we placed the signs on the beds that we wanted the sheets changed.
They remove the towels from the bathrooms but don’t get replaced with new ones so you always have to call to the front desk for some new towels.
People at the reception did not really welcome us the way we expected. we almost felt unwelcome.

Staff was absolutely insane. The room itself was pretty ok I guess. The bidet was nice. However it was lacking in comfortable bed aspect. The pillows were super flat and not supportive at all. I asked for the staff to please send some more pillows to my room and they just didn't care to do that. They said they had policy to not allow more than 1 pillow. Affordable accommodation with spacious rooms. Beds and bedding are very comfortable. Buffet breakfast/ brunch offered a wide selection so there’s something for everyone. Comfortable and attractive seating area on roof top for breakfast. Shaded area at roof top pool was appreciated. The room AC did cool the room down quickly.

I use appliances to style my hair and there were no outlets anywhere near a mirror in my room.

Stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon and we were not disappointed! Even though we had a late check in, that was no problem and they accommodated really well and guided us to our room by taking our luggage upstairs whilst we parked in their secure underground car park. Housekeeping were really good and atentive and anything we needed they brought straight away and made sure the room was clean ans the bedsheets were made or changed regularly. Overall one of the best hotels ive stayed at. Highly recommend

We were under the impression that there is a 24 hour check in, however, that was not true. Their check in time is at 2:00 pm and we were at the hotel around 9:00 am. We were asked to pay 100.00 more on top of our regular payment in order to do early check in.

Myself, my mum & my son enjoyed our 2 night stay here at La Maison. We were received by Success & Anita, with kindness and warmth, and willingness to answer our queries.
The hotel is beautifully decorated and very well cleaned and maintained.
The room was spacious (thanks Success at reception for the upgrade), it was clean and nicely decorated. It would be much better if there were more storage options like bathroom shelving for bath towels and coat hooks in the room. Additionally, we had to ask for extra towels and toilet roll which in my experience should always be available from the start. There are tea making facilities, iron, safe & hairdryer in the room. Also a large flat screen tv with decent channels if that matters to you.
Breakfast was nice with both savoury and sweet options, as well as alot of drink options hot and cold. There was an omlette and pancake station, staff are polite and quick to clean up.
The rooftop pool has 2 jacuzzis a gym and pool. The jacuzzi is amazing and of course all clean!
The hotel is a 2 minute walk to local supermarket and maximum 15 mins walk to a wide range of restaurants.
All in all we were quite pleased with our stay at the hotel, we would definitley recommend for short stays. For longer stays more breakfast variety and better storage in rooms would be better.

Had a great stay in La Maison :) Its a brand new and very clean hotel, with spacious rooms, a nice rooftop pool and very friendly staff. I requested a full body mirror for my room, it was directly fulfilled :) The only minus point for me personally was the run-down area around the hotel. Furthermore its noisy, due to 24/7 constructions around the streets of the hotel.
