The staff were so friendly and helpful and my room was superb-huge, clean and quiet. I wish I had spent more time at the outdoor roof garden as it had comfy chairs and tables and amazing views. The breakfast was really varied and restaurants very good too. The hotel was also in an excellent location for airport and walking to the Souk Waqif, incredible museums, Corniche and hop on and hop off bus.

Good place to stay close to Souq, Cornish, Islamic Art Museum and other great places in this area in Doha. Rooms were very well equipped with comfortable beds and convenient layouts. Breakfast was great and reception assistants were friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at Shaza hotel! The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. The amenities were excellent, offering everything I needed for a comfortable visit.

The staff were incredibly polite, professional, and welcoming. They even accommodated my request for an early check-in, which I truly appreciated. On top of that, they provided great tips on nearby attractions, including the local museum, the Souq, and several other interesting places worth exploring.
I would highly recommend this Hotel.

My stay here was great. The front desk receptionist was kind and accommodating. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. I would gladly choose to stay at Shaza again.

The Hotel overall is good. The staff were wonderful and very helpful.

Pros:
- 5 minutes walk to Souq Waqif metro
- 10 minutes walk to Souq Waqif
- Walkable distance to Fanar mosque
- Room and shower is nice
- Bed is comfortable
- Wifi is good

Cons:
- The rooms aren't sound proofed. If you have neighbors, you will hear them talking/snoring/clapping/dropping things etc
- The hotel room doors auto slam shut, which can wake you up in the night
- The A/C in each of the rooms are inconsistent, one room can be loud, another room you need to set a different temperature

The hotel is excellent in many areas, but the essential parts fall short for me, such as a peaceful sleep and staying cool in the night. As a result I fell ill from lack of sleep and had to move rooms twice.

It was fine. Clean room and comfortable bed. No fridge to cool drinking water (it was 45 degrees) and the water coming out of the cold tap was warm. It's not a 5 star hotel. Had to queue to check in after a long flight arriving at night as only one member of staff around.

We have requested two separate single beds but we had two single beds attached even after notifying the hotel before our stay. Whilst moving the beds there was dirt which was not clean and when separating the beds the charging socket had been blocked which does not allow enough room - we have requested a new room but they have insisted there was no other option. Also when using the lift to get to our hotel there was no room as luggage trolley was blocking our access.

The property is located within walking distance to the Souq Waqif and there is a Metro Souq Waqif within 5 min walk. Very convenient to go places. 10 mins walk will bring you to the harbour front where you can take a boat ride to the Corniche. The hotel breakfast has a nice variety of international cuisines. The suit that we booked was actually 2 separate rooms with an additional common door. One of the rooms is a standard twin bed room and the other one is a very spacious king size bedroom. The rain shower is the best. It is the most relaxing shower after a day of walking. The beds was comfy and rooms were clean. There is not much dining option in the surrounding. There is one behind the hotel

Location was excellent. Local shops & restaurants nearby. 10 minute walk to Souq Waqif market & Metro. Safe area
The staff were very attentive and helped us with all our enquires. We did not have the hotel breakfast … too expensive.
The room itself was lovely … comfy bed, excellent shower, but the level of cleanliness was very bad.
Greasy fingerprints. Dirty carpet. Hand marks on the furniture. Everything needed a deep clean. It was also irritating to be provided with a Nespresso coffee machine but then told we had to buy the pods if we wanted to use it

Good location close to Metro and main Souk, big room with comfortable bed and quiet air conditioning but at 60 QAR for two coffees in the restaurant this was expensive as we had dinner at an Indian restaurant nearby that only cost 52 QAD

Staff and hotel room were perfect. Room service and house keeping were great too. However, the spa was closed during my entire stay. Only one restaurant was open out of 2 or 3 in the hotel. The pool was underwhelming.

The stay was very good. However the registration was frustration as the room I paid for did not exist. Ie executive room. The hotel does not have an executive lounge and therefore room was same as the cheaper deluxe room. Management did make it up after complaining by adding breakfast to the stay

The hotel and the room were well presented and large. The only thing I had an issue with is that the only restaurant wasn't open all day, there was no where to have a drink apart from the area Infront of the reception. The silk room and the silk garden were closed.
The hotel does not serve alcoholic drinks

This hotel is a hidden gem! My experience was superb! The female staff who checked me in was absolutely fantastic! Although I was a few hours early prior to checking in, she ensured I immediately had a room ready. Most hotels make you wait. I greatly appreciated her especially after having a long flight. I apologize for not remembering her name.

She smiled from the beginning until the end and she recommended eating options. My room was gorgeous, clean and spacious. It looked like a small apartment. I was also properly greeted by security and they were professional and friendly. They as well provided eating suggestions, to include the hotel restaurant. Housekeeping ensured I was okay as I was walking to my room and another employee asked if I needed anything.

I have no complaints about this hotel and I would definitely stay here again. Also, Hamad International Airport is only 15 mins away.
