Generally an OK hotel, but on my last night the window curtain rail fell off. I reported it and was told someone will fix it. No one came.
I had to sleep with a light coming through the window. Leaving me very tired and unrested for my flight the next day.

Amazing experience as expected from Westin. This is our second stay with the Marriot group, Westin chains, first time in Doha. Hotel was clean, many amenities, access to spa and above all the staff, it really makes a difference to the stay and feel of the country you are visiting. A special mention to Nas Cho, Anjana, Sana, Grishma and Manisha for greeting and serving us with upmost love and friendliness. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was good and providing us quality customer service. Our baby grew fond of the whole team. All staff in general were very helpful

My second stay in Westin doha, my first was in 2019. The hotel is keeping very high standards in personnel. Special thanks to sajed who check us in with great hospitality. We booked the one room excutive suite for my mum and i. Very nice and specious. Well kept and great facilities.
Breakfast is soo good specially with brilliant team focusing on each individual. Special thanks to the team who surprised me even further during my breakfast with a please get back soon dessert since it was my last day in the hotel. They made my day thanks.
In room dining is quick, varies and really good too.
Westin is a city luxury hotel in doha so unfortunately it has inner nice view on the yard. But both lobby and lounge are very nice.

I have really enjoyed my stay at the Westin Doha spa hotel. The customer service that we have received has been unmatched. Particularly from Ghufran and Mustapha at front desk. Making us feel very welcomed and giving us suggestions of places to visit in Doha. Micheal from the pool side has been welcoming and catering to our needs also providing a friendly chat. Kindness from staff has made my first time in Qatar worthwhile and I hope to be back soon.

Great hotel, very clean with spacious lovely rooms. We stayed half board and the quality of food and service at the restaurant was excellent for both breakfast and dinner.
I would highly recommend the Westin Doha mainly for their fabulous staff who really made our stay so comfortable. Thank you Sajid, Jalena, Sufiyan, Kshitij, Mercy, Stephen, Felix, Sabin, Naoufil. We hope to visiting again soon.

This was our first time in Doha and this hotel left an amazing impression on us, we will definitely be back. The staff were amazing from the minute we walked in until we checked out. We felt looked after and cared for. We also dined at Hunter’s which was delightful and again the best service from Shafiqul. We had the opportunity to use their spa facilities and booked two treatments there. Elma was an amazing therapist with magic hands! We will definitely revisit this hotel!

Staff were warm and professional. They responded to requests with impressive speed.
The breakfast was excellent every day with a wide range of tasty options. We enjoyed experimenting. We had Christmas dinner at Hunters Grill, the food was fabulous and the attention to detail was particularly noteworthy. The handling of allergies was superb - unflappable efficiency! The chef took the time to come to our table to talk to us and reassure us. We felt safe and well cared for. Betty, our hostess for the evening, was exceptional. We enjoyed our stay immensely and look forward to a return visit in the near future.

Lovely hotel reception, fabulous breakfast with very attentive staff who really can’t do enough for you!!
The only let was how tired the property is in areas with the bedrooms (had a room change due to damp smell) all smelling very damp and fusty!! you can also smell this along the corridors. It’s such a shame as we would have loved to return but this has totally put us off. Also our second room overlooked some private apartments with children outside at night playing football and shouting!!

Bad Spa Experience

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Westin Hotel Doha! esteemed hotel and indulged in their spa services. While I generally had a pleasant stay, I am writing to express my disappointment with the spa experience.

During my reservation process, I specifically requested an Oud massage. However, upon having my massage, I was informed that I had been booked for a lavender oil massage instead. Despite my explicit request for the Oud massage during the booking process, your
staff insisted that I had chosen the lavender option.

This discrepancy was disappointing as I had been looking forward to the Oud massage and had even discussed it during my reservation and even took a screen shot of my massage choice orior to making face to face reservation. The inability to receive the requested service impacted my overall satisfaction with my stay.

As a loyal customer of the Westin brand, I valued the exceptional service and attention to detail that their establishments typically provide. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of my expectations.

I kindly request that they review their booking processes and ensure that future guests' preferences are accurately recorded and fulfilled. Additionally, I hope that measures will be taken to prevent such misunderstandings in the future, enhancing the overall
guest experience.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that they will take the necessary steps to address this issue promptly.

Ive stayed in many hotels all of which have been on the whole great. The reason i single out the westin doha is because if i ask for something they would give me extra of that item. Required checkout at 2 they gave me till 3! Asked for a towel at the pool gave me 2x as many! They go above and beyond. Thankyou

Such a beautiful property! The room cleanliness and amenities were immaculate! I've actually stayed there a couple times while traveling through Qatar. I will say though, this time the two front desk agents were NOT friendly and honestly a bit rude. Will I stay there again, yes of course! One isolated incident doesn't define the superior service at the Westin. However, I just hope that those two guys aren't the ones to check me in the next time I come.

The pool has limited availability due to covid so they tried to restrict my access to the pool, though that was never mentioned at booking. I had to basically beg to go to the pool. The pool bar had quite limited options. The room was very nice though.

I always stay in Westin when I go to Doha. Accommodation is great. Hotel is clean. Bed is very comfortable. Food is healthy and tasty. And the staff are really cool.

All was great - the room & executive lounge. Only upon checkout there was a confusion abou breakfast, which was included in my room rate. The restaurant was too slow to charge breakfast to my room prior to my check-out, so the server ran after me and pulled me out of a taxi requesting me to pay the breakfast. I refused since it was included in the room rate, he insisted for me to pay although it was his mistake. If a guest brings their suitcase to breakfast, no surprise they are planning to checkout and leave after finishing the meal. It needed the intervention of the helpful reception team to get the persistent restaurant attendant off my back, and made me late for my meeting that morning sadly ...

Spent 5 nights in Westin. What a five star hotel should be. Quality accommodation, facilities food and service. Hotel is immaculate.
Excellent breakfast selection used all restaurants and found all to have high quality food and service to match although Hunters was our favourite. Coffee shop excellent choice and again service.Rooms are very large and lavish, would try to get room away from front as there is some road noise and a rooftop bar on 1st floor open till 1am.

Only downsides is lack of space around pool, buildings shield most pool from sun and Spa prices even for Doha exorbitant.

Would highly recommend Westin. Made mistake of moving to another “5 star hotel” by Doha lagoon to get beach experience - what a mistake.

The staff are not attentive and not to the level of a 5 star hotel. If you call the front desk, it takes them forever to pick up the phone and they’ll simply ignore your requests. I called in asking to have someone connect my apple tv to the wifi network twice and they ignored me both times by saying they’ll call back and no one ever did. The rooms are hot and I think the ACs are faulty. Only the lobby is well air conditioned the rest of the hotel in mucky and hot and smells funny. I would not recommend to stay here. There a lot better properties on Doha.

This is The Westin, but with lower standards. For example, bar at the pool has no stools, wave pool was barely a wave pool, the actually outdoor pool was just a simple square pool.
The materials and interior decor of the room are also not well appointed. A lot of wasted space in the rooms and pretty much around the hotel premises. Breakfast is well below Westin and five-star standard. Bread was hard as rock, cheese was dry and display was poor
