Stayed here while recovering from surgery. They had no shuttle service even though it’s listed on their website which is why I put 4 stars, and no laundry room. Overall the staff were great and accommodating for when my plane landed very early I was able to check in earlier. The suite was clean with a mini kitchen which I enjoyed using, it was a quiet hotel, great for recovery. The complimentary buffet was ok.

I would have rated this hotel higher if cleanliness standards had been better and more consistent. The bed was very clean and so was the shower, however the bin in the bathroom as dirty and lid left off when I picked it up to place on top it was filthy. Kitchen area - the sink had to be cleaned and there was foods remains around cooking area when I wiped a lot of tomato and oil on my cloth and I hadn’t cooked anything. The microwave was horrendous and had not been touched and was full of boiled over food and remains. Very little in terms of utensils. Floors however clean and swept. Reception unhelpful on evening of arrival however the young man on the desk in the morning was more than helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was basic but ok and there was the expected choice. A little more attention to cleanliness would have seen a higher rating and possibly an April re booking.

Stay Away From this Hotel

Stay away from this hotel! They never respond to your phone calls or emails! We were booked to stay in this hotel but due to Corona-virus spread all flights to Turkey got halted by Turkey government. So, we were not able to travel. Shockingly, this hotel refused to give us a refund for something that is out of our control! They took all the money and do not refund any of it. They even refused to change the reservation to another date or even giving us a voucher for future use. They are basically stealing my money and taking advantage of the the virus spread and the international crisis! I will work through lawful actions to get my money back!

A nice place out of the tourist district.

This was our second stint in Istanbul as part of the same trip, having stayed in the middle of the tourist district in Fatih on our first time. We wanted somewhere different, and were not disappointed with the area. This place is in a quiet wee road, but it’s just a few minutes walk to loads of restaurants and shops, with a more authentic vibe (rather than a touristy one). The room itself was good too. But the hotel needs a good clean. The service is fine, clean linen, showers etc, but the walls, doors and rubbish bins need some attention. It all makes the place a wee bit grim. We enjoyed the breakfast and the service was good.

I was not sure what to think after reading several in-depth reviews, so booked my room for a couple nights just in case I wanted to move elsewhere or head home early. I really enjoyed my stay, so much so that I re-booked for extra nights here and am glad I did. --- The hotel is quaint-feeling, clean, and peaceful. The rates are great and the location is good. There are a lot of small wonderful little restaurants and coffee shops the locals eat at that give you a vibe of how the locals live in this area, while also having the comfort of a lovely huge shopping mall a couple blocks a way for if I felt the need to be around a lot of people since I was traveling by myself. I liked that combination. It is very close to several busses and trains to go pretty much anywhere you want (for example, I went to the beach the other day and had a wonderful time there). The hotel is not fancy with all the bells and whistles but that is not what I wanted; I wanted a quaint feeling place in a non-touristy peaceful place, where the staff was personable, professional, welcoming, kind, and friendly - which they are! They were also very accommodating. I appreciated that so much after having a rough start to Istanbul staying somewhere else; I came early in the morning and did not expect to check-in that early, but was delighted they offer to get me checked-in early at no extra charge. That meant a lot to me. ---One last note, I also appreciated their large Turkish breakfast. Lots to chose from.

Day one, problem with bathroom, complained, plumber arrived eventually and problem gets sorted.
Day two, woken up in the middle of the night, water pouring out from ceiling of the living area, from the corner of the light fitting, one suit ruined, other saved but with dirty marks, called reception, provided with a bucket, suit sent to dry cleaners and promised to change to another room.
Problem continued for the rest of stay (4 days) with daily complaint to reception and no sleep for 3 nights in a row, no action taken by the hotel on the account of “ we are fully booked” and you have to cope with it.
Eventually left the hotel with an official complaint to Expedia.co.uk and awaiting escalation for a full refund and compensation

it seemed like the staff were very strict and not very trusting with guests, when I checked out they asked me to wait till someone check the room (perhaps they had bad experiences with guests nicking items from the rooms), I didn't mind waiting, but it was the first time I was ever asked to wait before check out till someone checks the room.

also, at some point I was locked out my room, had to go down check with the receptionist and she's given me a new key card, yet it didn't work either, so they sent w technician who have realised the batteries of the locks needed replacement and replaced them.

the room had a balcony, but the door to it was locked, and when I asked for the key to the balcony they said they don't have a key for it, which came across as strange.

apart from that, the room was really nice, and it was actually quite bigger than advertised, it was generally clean and comfy, and the hotel is perfectly located in a quiet area yet is a few minutes walk from Sisli centre and the underground/subway/metro stations.

This hotel needs much better cleanliness and renovation. Bathrooms are terrible! Towels are from the last century! U can’t be sure about towel cleanness! White towels look like brightened black towels! Broken water taps, bathroom furnitures broken too.. A meticulous house keeping is a must. They don’t bother making the beds 2 days in a row. Such a shame. Never would like to stay let alına rating it! Zero zilch cero!!!!

This hotel is very modern and on par with any major 4 star hotel. The facilities are clean, the staff is friendly and accommodating and it is all with 15 minutes walking distance of the metro station, bus stops and the Cevahir Mall. The only thing is its location which is in a small traditional Turkish neighbourhood whihch makes it a little difficult to find.

Die Unterkunft liegt an einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Man hat dadurch keinen Verkehrslärm. Das Bett und die Matratze waren bequem, wodurch man gut schlafen konnte.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Das Zimmer war leider etwas schmutzig. Hier hätte besser geputzt werden müssen. Der Wasserkocher und die Tische klebten vor Dreck.
Es kann hellhörig werden. Ich hatte Glück mit meinen Nachbarn, aber die Wände sind nicht schallisoliert.

Nie wieder! Es war das schlimmste Hotel welches ich je besucht habe. Das Geld könnte ich besser aus dem Fenster schmeißen.
Mir wurde kurz nach meiner Ankuft gesagt, dass das Zimmer fertig sei. Als ich oben im Zimmer ankam musste ich leider direkt wieder nach unten an die Rezeption. Das Hotel war in einem sehr heruntergekommenen und dreckigen Zustand. Auf den Kissen waren sehr viele Haare, die Bettbezüge hatten Risse und waren total verdreckt mit gelben und roten Flecken. Der Tisch und weitere Ablageflächen waren total klebrig, sodass ich einen Handtuch drauflegen musste damit ich überhaupt etwas ablegen kann. Von dem Badezimmer möchte ich garnicht erst berichten!!! Es war ein Albtraum und keinen Cent wert! Die Dusche ist komplett verschimmelt und sowohl die Fugen als auch Silikon waren in einem gesundheitsschädlichem Zustand.
Auf dem Boden waren Haare und auch die Toilette war nicht sauber. Auch nach meiner Beschwerde wurde das Zimmer nicht ordentlich geputzt und die neuen Bezüge hatten noch schlimmere Flecken. Das Reinigungspersonal hat mich sehr unfreundlich behandelt als ich die ganzen Haare auf dem Kissen gezeigt habe und sie die das Bett neu beziehen musste. Das Hotel hat ein sehr großes Hygiene Problem. Weder die Reinigungskräfte noch der Manager niemand kümmert anscheinend seit einiger Zeit um das Wohlbefinden der Gäste.
Das Frühstück ist die nächste Katastrophe. Zwei Sorten Marmelade, Käse, Salami und Ei das wars dann auch schon.. mehr darf man nicht erwarten.

they said they never served breakfast since they opened and it just travel agency's mistake. I asked the staff we are ok with some breads or juice if they can't servce at the restaurant because of the virus. he said that we don't have any foods for ourselves here. I can't help you. I paid for 2 persons breakfast 10days and got nothing even a bottle of water. my husband carry big bottles of water from a supermarket and the staffs laugh at us. their service mind is horrible,so their check in policy is late like 2:15pm. I regret to stay in the hotel for 10days. this is my first negative feedback in 15 years.

Maalesef böyle bir yerde bir gece konakladık.

Otopark yok, karşılama diye bir şey zaten yok, yatak örtüleri, çarşaf ve yastık kılıfları yıkanmamış, resepsiyondaki görevli lütfederek ilgileniyormuş gibi yapmakta, odadaki lavabo zemine su akıtmaktadır, çağırdığımız temizlik görevlisi gözümüzün önünde yerleri sildiği bez ile klozeti daha sonra lavaboyu silerek müthiş bir hijyen örneği vermiştir. Bu durumu ifade ettiğimizde yarım ağızla başka bir oda vermeyi teklif etmişlerdir, gördüğümüz bu sözde temizlik ve hijyen eksikliği nedeniyle teklifi kabul etmeyerek sadece bir gece mecburen otelde kalıp ertesi gün otelden ayrıldık.

Es war ein Alptraum. Sehr alt, dreckig wurde auf bitte auch nicht sauber gemacht. 3 Zimmerwechseln wurden durchgeführt eines schlimmer als das andere. Im letzten Zimmer hatten wir sogar lebendige so wie tote Karkalaken, aber das ist ja nicht schlimm sagt ein Mitarbeiter der hätte auch welche zuhause. Es wurde kein Transportmittel bestellt oder Taxi das wäre nicht deren Arbeit an der Rezeption, wir sollten mit den Koffern hoch auf die Hauptstraße gehen und dort ein Taxi anhalten. Haben echt eine schlimme Woche gehabt. Bitte sucht euch etwas anderes.

Otel konumu itibari ile çokda güzel olmamak ile beraber iyi bir konumdaydı. Bunun yanı sıra gece resepsiyonist arkadaşlar dışında konforu olsun, personel yaklaşımı olsun berbat..
El&yüz havluları ve vücud havluları tamamen fırça haline gelmiş.. ve üstüne üstlük kendi bünyelerindemi yıkarlar bilmem duş alıp havluları kullandığınızda degerjansız yıkanmış havluların pis kokusu üstünüze siniyor. Yataklar konforsuz! Çift kişi olmamıza rağmen iki ayrı yatağı birleştirip üstünede çarşaf atıp çift kişilik yatak haline getirmişler. Berbat ötesi idi.
Yastık kılıfları üzerinde sigara delikleri, ve pamuk pıtırcıkları vardı.
Hayatım boyunca konakladığım berbat ötesi oteller arasında.
Tek tek tek iyi yanı, sanırım housekeeping ve gece resepsiyonisti...

Çalışanlar ilgili ve ihtiyaçlara geç olsada yanıt veriyorlar. ama kurum isim hakkını almış, gerisini koyvermiş bir işletme. Çarşaflarda lekeler mevcut(kan lekesi dahil), içeride haşere ölüleri, iç kapılar kapanmaz, banyoda armatürler ve bataryalar alelalde monte edilmiş salınıp durur(suyu açmak için güç uygularsınız, kendiliğinden suyu kapatır, soğuk suya geçer duş esnasında). Sorunlar iletilmesine rağmen çözülmedi konakladığımız sürede. Fiyat olarakta daha farklı seçenekler değerlendirilebilir. %20-30 fiyat farkı ile daha iyi bir yerde konaklanabilir.

Das frühstück war Katastrophe, die zimmer wurden nicht richtig sauber gemacht. Die handtücher und bettlaken waren dreckig und fleckig. Die zimmerkarte funktionierte oft nicht. Im internet stand 24/7 check in obwohl ich angeschrieben habe das ich früher kommen werde wurde dadrauf nicht vorbereitet und wir mussten bis morgen um 9:00 Uhr in der Lobby warten und es wurde keine kulanz gezeigt und kein anderes Hotel oder Zimmer zu verfügung gestellt. Das küchenpersonal und einer der Mitarbeiter der Asim hieß und Mehmet waren freundlich, der rest der Mitarbeiter war unfreundlich.

Das Einkaufzentraum Cevahir und die Metro sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Das Hotel ist zweckmäßig. Die Zimmer sind angemessen groß, die Klimaanlage funktioniert. Es wird jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Am Frühstücks-Buffet findet jeder was zu Essen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Allgemein kann ich dieses Hotel ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen.

1 çift kişilik yatak seçmeme rağmen 2 tek kişilik yatak vardı. Bornoz yazmasına rağmen düz havlu koymuşlardı. Tavanda örümcek ağı vardı. Duş su sızdırıyordu. Odanın her yeri çok tozluydu.
