*Staff across the board was very good, attentive, polite.
*Check-in and out was smooth and 1 hr late check-out was graciously extended no additional charge.
*Prestige Club room and concierge service is recommended. Sadly, limited selection for GF and food servers not informed about food allergies. Happy hour bar tenders knowledgable and helpful.
*Room had broken piece of furniture (tv console housing fridge). Room had no amenities at check-in with linens for one and room had reservation for four. Housekeeping was attentive and promptly brought linens and amenity kits.
*Pool area is attractive but poorly managed. Limited hours. Adult and family areas not clearly indicated. Lounges not maintained with used towels and used dishes/cups littering area. Appeared to be only one towel station to service to large an area.

I complained with the manager of the hotel and housekeeping for the poor management of my request to clean my room after the toilet got clogged. 9 am I requested to have the room clean (while we are out of the hotel) but returned to the hotel at around 2PM and the room was not cleaned yet. I called like 4 times and everytime I called, I was told that the cleaner is on its way (1st call was told it will only take 15-20 minutes) and took about an hour until after I complained that the cleaner arrived. When I spoke with another housekeeper on line and the manager I was told that all my earlier calls were not recorded (which explained why the room was not cleaned and the follow up cleaner never arrived). Its very frustrating.

Would strongly recommend! Slightly higher end than Venetian. Luxury experience on the strip.

If you can get Prestige club, it was worth it especially knowing how much drinks and breakfast is. Surprisingly good food!

The suite was huge, super clean, and really comfortable. The Prestige Lounge was a nice bonus quiet spot to chill with snacks and drinks away from all the craziness on the Strip. Staff were friendly and helpful the whole way through. Definitely worth it if you’re looking for a bit of luxury without going over the top. Would totally stay here again.

Driving across the country with a camper isn’t the ideal transportation to come to Vegas but I was surprised by how unhelpful everyone was trying to help me locate ample parking arrangements. I was able to locate parking 3 miles away but once my reservation was paid I felt like I didn’t matter anymore. Average experience

Nice Hotel, but a Little Disappointed

Nice hotel and facilities. Concierge service was great, as they took care of spa appointment and late checkout. However, we arrived in our room to find there was no shampoo, conditioner, nor body wash. I called the front to request and it took far too long to receive the items. The next day we went out for sightseeing, only to return to the room to find it had not been serviced. It was past 3 o'clock, and I've never stayed at a hotel to find housekeeping hadn't taken care of a room by this time. Once again, I had to call to the front to request room maintenance. So while we enjoyed the overall hotel feel and experience, some of the basics were lacking.

We’ve always liked the Venetian and Palazzo properties with their all suites and upper end feel. The people and property are as nice as ever but room 24917 has an awful smell that the hotel seems to know about but puts guests in at regular price. It’s a combination of a greasy restaurant and sewage smell that comes through one of the vents in the room. They sent in people to sanitize and spray, had an engineer confirm that we were correct that it stinks and put an industrial air purifier in the room that sounded like a jet was landing in the sitting area but didn’t get rid of the smell.
Evidently this is common on the 24th and sometimes 25th floor of the Palazzo. We should have asked for a different room but at the rates they charge for a Prestige King room, it would be nice if they figured out the problem and fixed it or didn’t put people in it without a sewage smell discount. Besides the smell, Vegas was fun, The Eagles still rock, the Sphere is incredible and we’ll be back but probably not at the Venetian properties.

Prestige club check-in and check-out people were gracious and very helpful. Club staff was also very gracious. Loved the gym and adjacent sandwich/smoothie/coffee shop. Didn't see the pool, but adult kids said it was nice. Rooms were spacious and beautiful. Only negative was an interaction with a dealer and a pit boss. I get it that they were just doing their jobs when checking the IDs of my young-looking 22 and 24-year-old sons. But they were rude and aggressive, demanding their IDs while they were just walking by the craps tables. Could have been smoothed over with a \"sorry but we have to check to make sure.\" Instead, they acted like pissed-off crooked cops who learned that the brown kid they were going to stomp was the mayor's son. Not cool. Am glad that I slept on it instead of jumping on social media and review sites while angry. Their loss, we cashed in our chips and left. The Palazzo is a beautiful place and the staff obviously tries hard to please. So I won't let one blemish change my view of the place.

The smell of cigarette smoke seemed to linger everywhere—not just in the casino but in our bedroom, the hallways, and nearly every corner we visited, leaving me with a slight headache. While the Club Lounge staff were friendly, their service was nothing remarkable. The food they provided was marginally better than the breakfasts offered at roadside motels during our travels—and that’s saying something.

The Prestige Club Lounge is an outstanding perk. Breakfast, happy hour, grab and go water/coffee - if you plan around what the Lounge offers (schedule later shows/dinners to maximize happy hour, start each day with breakfast), the benefits will far exceed the cost, especially considering Las Vegas prices if you went elsewhere for the equivalent amount of food & drinks. Service was excellent and everything we had ranged from good to great - we'd definitely go back.

First experience at the Palazzo after previously staying at the Venetian and although it's a similar experience with many shared benefits, my wife and I preferred the Palazzo side, overall.

Room service was great and I really liked being able to send a text for other services. Don't waste money on the Prestige Lounge - the food is is nothing spectacular. My 'city view' was pretty much limited to Treasure Island and the Venitian building.

Perhaps a Bit Understaffed or Undertrained

It seems lately that hotels and restaurants are typically understaffed, or simply undertraining their staff, resulting in unsatisfactory service levels and significantly increased wait times. My recent stay at the Palazzo was no exception. I had a club level representative promise to assist with a dinner reservation, but never heard from them again. I called for room service one day and got a recording there would be a wait of at least 10 minutes JUST TO ORDER! When I finally reached someone, I was told it would take 90 minutes to receive a turkey wrap. This was repeated on my last day as well. 90 minutes for a chicken sandwich. I find this unacceptable.

The suite was huge but starting to feel a little dated in style. No place for ladies to put their feet in the shower to shave. Why does no one have this? We had a club level king without an upgraded view which meant we basically had the ice machine in our bedroom. That was very annoying to pay club prices and still have to deal with that. The club area was nice with strong drinks at happy hour and a nice breakfast with attentive staff. Club level was necessary because there are no coffee machines in the rooms and the line for Starbucks was insane. The room is too large to not have a coffee maker honestly. We also had to call for our room to have service, which also felt cheap. At that level, the rooms should be attended to daily unless there’s a privacy sign on the door.

Certainly not worth the high price they charge. Our reception was awful. The evening dinner food selection needs to be totally improved, they rely on pork bacon for most offerings. Space is many times limited. Find another VIP club please.

Grand hotel, service could be better

Grand hotel, beautiful and clean. Rooms are large, bed is comfortable, bathroom is huge and clean. They charge for parking (even self).

We had the premium club lounge and it was kind of disappointing and I will skip that. The breakfast is worse than what you get at holiday inn express, evening snacks are even worse. The staff at lounge is great, with Banchi being particularly wholesome !

The best part about lounge is the private check in, check out but that's not enough to justify the price.

The washroom toiletries could be way better than what they provide, we didn't even get a refill on our second day.

The Palazzo Prestige Club Lounge is my go to whenever I visit Las Vegas in the future. The staff of the hotel are very accommodating, the rooms are large and inviting and the loung itself is a huge plus. Breakfast and happy hour are served every day along with an open bar. The view from the lounge over the strip is spectacular. It is so nice to end the day enjoying the view and a drink from the lounge.

Whenever we are in Las Vegas we always stay at the Palazzo Hotel. We like it because the hotel is not so big that you can get lost! That's important for Seniors!
It's a beautiful hotel; rooms are immaculate & spacious, food is excellent, top-notch service and so close to everything!

Second stay on Club level. Not as great as the first time. The breakfast was very lackluster. Not sure if this is pandemic related or not. For the cost I’d expect hot food not just continental. It’s really one of the reasons we stayed there so my husband was disappointed. Bathroom was very dusty in areas. Lack of wait staff on the casino floor. I realize that the pandemic has a part to play. Everything else was great.

I was told there would be hot breakfast and was not clarified with Expedia about the resort fees also I have yet to receive the $600 deposit that caught me off guard for my trip. I even tried to call Expedia the hotel and no info was given. I had a hassle especially with Expedia customer service who just refer you to a different number
