Very accomodating host. Has welcome gift and parting gift. Know the area with great advices. Great room price with all your essentials included. Pool is magnificent. My son enjoyed feeding the 3 goats. Reception area has great ambience, relaxing nook and array of books and games. Gym is bonus. All you needed is here for a great stay and escape.

Good renovated property.. we had our own car park as well… the staff were very nice and friendly. We had a family room as we travelled with our two children… and it was a comfortable stay… wished there was wifi in the rooms as well not just the common area. However kids were connected to their devices through hotspot so didn’t complain ;)

The executive studio is well worth the money; stayed in this fabulously beautiful and neatly designed spacious queen-bed room for 3 nights to access wineries, vineyards and orchards in the Barossa Valley and Riverland regions; almost everything in this property particularly for this room category is red-carpet; we enjoyed a private deep-soaking jetted tub, exclusive room access, exclusive single-vehicle parking space right in front of our room, daily room service, fresh towels everyday and personalised customer service; owner Elizabeth is approachable and very congenial; our room attendant Ki is on the ball and kind in attending to our needs and making our stay pleasant and wholesome; we were treated with free drinks throughout our stay - thank you very much! I will return definitely and would highly recommend this property for their exceptional service, cleanliness, spacious executive studio accommodation, and contemporary room design and furnishings.

The business owner and staff are kind, helpful, and genuinely friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt very welcome throughout. The new owner, Elizabeth, was very helpful, friendly and approachable. She bought the motel at the end of 2024 and is slowly improving it. The business and buildings had been a little tired when I visited 12 months previously, but already are noticeably better. The reception area is now a brighter, larger and more welcoming area to greet first arrival; though there are some facilities that still need maintenance such as the guest washing machine that I noticed was out of order, but not important for me.
The new new owner has valid logical ideas for improving the business further, so the motel may be worth your consideration when visiting Nuriootpa and the Barossa valley.

We liked the lady running the place, who indicated to us that there were Internet problems in the rooms. This was an inconvenience for us, but she seems to be working on it. She gave us a nice welcome, and the room and parking were fine. The place needs work, but the owners bought it not long ago, and have plans to update it. Overall, a good place to stay for a night or two in the Barossa.

The man at reception allowed us to check in an hour early so we could get ready for a wedding and check out an hour late the next morning. Thank you! He said he’d do anything to accommodate us.
