However, I was woken up at 2am to a domestic dispute happening in one of the rooms below me, not sure if they were guests or residents. It got to the point where I had to call the police.

From the friendly check in / check out, to the easy walking and supermarkets, eateries in and around Sandy Bay Road, and a short drive to Casino, this apartment is always my first choice when in Hobart. Lovely place for our 5 night stay. However as we were staying 5 nights or less the rooms were not serviced, so hadvto go to reception everytime we needed our towels replenished. There was no allocated parking so we only got to park outside our room once. One night we had to park on the other side of the complex as 3 motorbikes had taken up a whole park each. It was a pity there were no seats outside as we had some lovely days and it would've been nice to sit outside. Overall we had a good stay and our room was comfortable.

Service here is exceptional, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the property is within walking distance of shopping, the Salamanca Market, and much else. The bathroom was downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. This made evening bathroon runs long and risky for an older person. The carpet was not well vacuumed and the bathroom floor was was very clean. The apartments had AC on the ground floor but not in the bedroom area. This meant that on warm nights we had to leave the windows open which made for a lot of street noise since the apartments are located off a major road. With breeze the window shades would bang on the window frame making sleep more difficult. The most frustrating issue was trying to take a shower. The water went from warm to icy cold in an instant. Turning up the hot water resulted in an unpredictable and instantaneous shift from icy to scalding. This pattern repeated over the duration of the shower. This issue created a dangerous situation with scalding a real risk.
