The building is old, is very disorganized, there is neighour drank and playing very loudy at 2-3am, could not sleep, no one controling the situation.

Good place to stop whilst exploring multiple citie
Stayed here on the way through from Tarifa to Cadiz. Bit of an odd location but suited our needs. Apartment was comfrtable and there is a shopping mall right next door. If arriving in late I would advise getting dinner first.
A little noisy in the morning, sounded like furniture being moved about.
Reception is only open till 8 pm though so try to arrive before that, if not they do have a lock box with keys to access.
Overall a fair stay from the price.

Couldn’t find it to begin with. Air conditioner doesn’t work. Ash tray in my nonsmoking room. Exposed electrical circuit box and an inoperative outlet. Weird beds and I can go on and on.

I thought the property was quirky, had brilliant amenities and so close to the train station to go to Cadiz. Right in the centre of the shopping centre. It was clean and really quiet. The only down fall was the shower, no power. Could've had a better shower head and it would've been spot on!

Arrivé à l'accueil nous remarquons qu'il est fermé et devons attendre(bien que cela n'était pas précisé dans le contrat) nous revenons à l'heure indiquée et toujours personne...d'autres clients étaient là aussi. Le temps passe rien!!! Nous avons du téléphoner pour enfin recevoir nos clefs. Endroit très difficile à trouver malgré le GPS et le site est très triste hors saison...village fantôme ! Piscine barricadée on ne peu plus y accéder après le 15 septembre nous sommes le 16/9 et il fait 25 degrés. À part tout cela appartement très beau et confortable sauf pour les couverts...1 seule fourchette ! Mais l'agence nous a dépanné.

Los estudios están muy bien. La situación buena, tanto para ir a pie o en coche al centro, playas, otras ciudades, etc. Muy tranquilos y conla ventaja de tener un centro comercial en los bajos de la urbanización. La piscina muy bien cuidada y el personal encantador. Solo le pondría la pega de que hay pocos utensilios de cocina, por ejemplo cubiertos o recipientes para guisar (solo una sartén enorme). En realidad, nosotros no los hemos necesitado demasiado, porque éramos dos y salíamos prácticamente todos los días a comer o cenar fuera. Otra cosa que quiero señalar: el personal de limpieza, por cierto muy amable, iba demasiado pronto al estudio. No pasaba nada, nos dejaban las toallas y ya está. Cambio de toallas, si queríamos, todos los días. Es comprensible, pero es que a algunas personas no nos gusta madrugar cuando estamos de vacaciones.

appartementen zijn verouderd, zeer slechte WIFI. Zeer klein terras met triestig niet onderhouden meubilair. Keukenuitrusting was pover. Zo waren er geen messen en glazen. Vlak boven commercieel centrum zonder er last van te hebben. Mooi zicht op Cadiz maar niet veel te doen in de omgeving.

Der Check in und das Personal sind sehr freundlich. Allerdings ist das Apartment schon in die Jahre gekommen. Überall lösen sich Fliesen, ,auch auf dem Gehweg draussen. Die Ausstattung ist toll, aber halt auch in die Jahre gekommen. Waschmaschine war von außen verrostet. Leider war Jalousie nicht zu öffnen. Kein Frühstück wurde angeboten obwohl im Hotel (ich war in der Apartment-Anlage) Frühstücksbuffet für 9 Euro angeboten wurde. ich habe dies auch am Abfahrtstag genossen.

Quando reservei este hotel no hotéis.com pensei que estaria reservando o hotel que aprece no site , porém neste complexo chamado bahia sur , existe um hotel , chamado hotel Bahia Sur e existe um studio chamado , studio Bahia Sur , que não tem nada haver com o hotel , ao chegar a noite a recepção estava fechada , fui informado pelo hotel que o studio não tinha nada haver com o hotel , este complexo de piscina por exemplo pertence ao hotel e não ao studio , acho perigoso a forma como este studio faz a sua propaganda pelo site e acredito muito que pela seriedade do site , isto deveria ser avaliado de forma melhor

Nice location near Bahia Sur shopping centre. Great view to the tidal nature conservation area. Breakfast in the nearby cafe was not worth the money paid. Pools of the hotel were closed in mid september - the larger pool had been closed for quite a long time judging by the green slime growing in it. With a car you can reach several beaches in 15 minutes.

Fuimos con una persona en silla de ruedas y, aunque habia sitios con dificil acceso para invalidos (zona de piscinas), el personal del hotel y apartamentos nos hizo posible su acceso.
El ultimo dia el ascensor no funcionaba, pero en diez minutos vinieron los tecnicos y lo arreglaron.

Es una pena pero podría ser un gran hotel pero tiene muchas deficiencias:
- La entrada es a las 14:00 pero no pudimos hasta las 17:30 porque no estaba preparada
- La pintura de las ventanas se cae a cachos, hay varias bombillas fundidas tanto dentro como fuera del estudio.
- Se supone que diariamente \"al menos\" te cambian las toallas y recogen la basura pero no es así.
- El recinto se ve sucio y desatendido.
Resumiendo, no volveremos.Una pena.
