The price doesn't match the services.

Even slippers are not free: 6 Euros! This is not acceptable, especially when the weather is getting cooler.

Parking is 20 Euros a day and so is breakfast per individual.

You could easily find yourself paying in excess of 200 Euros if you want these essential services.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights and were very satisfied with our choice. The property is ideally located right next to a wide beach and is surrounded by numerous restaurants and bars. Public transportation is easily accessible if you wish to visit the center of Cádiz. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was spotlessly clean and surrounding area was nice.The hotel is a bit outdated and would benefit from renovation, however would not deter us from staying there again. Thank you for making our time pleasant.

Nice hotel right on the beach. Beach chairs for rent of around 9EURO per chair/day. The hotel was comfortable but a bit outdated - rooms could use some remodeling and attention to detail. Our shower was very hard to work and after 3 days still were not able to adjust the temperature.

We had a lovely stay in this hotel and found the staff particularly Esther on reception to be very friendly & helpful to our group
The hotel is in a fantastic location right on playa Victoria and only approx 6 eur in a taxi back into the cathedral area of the old town. The red hop on / off bus also stops right outside the hotel who can also sell you the tickets for the red bus.
We had paid the extra supplement for a sea view room which was beautiful to wake up to . We had breakfast on only one morning but thought it was quite expensive at 20euro per person compared to the other hotels we stayed in on our trip.
The only negative we found was that the hotel rooms particularly wooden floors & wooden furniture badly need to be refurbished as they were very worn in parts. The grout in the bathroom tiles etc could also do with being renewed. Because it’s a 30 year old hotel it definitely needs updating in parts however this would not deter us from staying there again. The location is ideal for both spending time at the pool/beach and exploring the old town of Cádiz also.

Sea view room on 5th floor was great. Very spacious and well stocked fridge. Bar service great. Kettle for tea and ice provided on request was a nice touch.
Only 1 uk tv channel though, which should be improved. You can attach your UK fire tv stick though for movies etc. Recommended.

This hotel has excellent location, the staff is very friendly and professional. The room very spacious with balcony and the housekeeping service excellent ( thank to manoli and loli ). The breakfast espectacular ( thank to Alberto, Teodoro, paco and Andres ). The reception súper profesional, they help wit all trips ( Thank Karen, Tatuana , Alvaro, Javier, Antonio, and Noelia ). I strongly recommend this hotel to visit Cadiz.

The oceanview from 5th floor was fantastic. My brother booked Oceanview and ended up on 1st floor where view was obscured by the pool area. Hotel in great location near restaurants we enjoyed. However, our rooms were dated with old scratched furniture and floor. Amenities poor for a 4 star hotel. There was a fridge but no teapot or coffee pot. I asked front desk 3 times for electric tea kettle and finally received one, with 2 cups, but not even a teabag, no sugar or creamer, no spoon. There was only 1 small garbage can in the bathroom, none in main bedroom area.
Buffet breakfast was o.k. with cost 18 Euros.
Summary: great view and beach but anticipate Hotel will have competition with new hotel being built next to it.

The staff went above and beyond to help and make sure we had the best stay! They opened the breakfast early so we could eat before we left. They allowed me to have my lost luggage delivered there even though I had checked out 2 days prior. Very friendly! The rooms are beautiful and clean, very up to date. I have no complaints at all. As far as price goes, it was a little expensive, but in the end it was worth it!

Amazing hotel just next to the beach. We had a room with beach front view. Enjoyed our breakfast on the terrasse every morning. Beautiful beach with many good restaurants nearby. Cadiz city center is a lovely place just a short bus/taxi ride away. You can even walk there as it is only a couple of kilometers.
The hotel staff is very friendly and overall the hotel is amazing!

The hotel is in a great location and the access to the beach is probably the best of all hotel properties. The staff was great to us. My only downside of my stay, I must say it, is that my wife and I are people of color and all the guests looked shocked that we were there. I don’t think they are use to seeing people of color there, we’ll get use it! The staff treated us well and with kindness.

Huge room right on the beautiful beach- can hear the waves. Bliss. About 3 k from the centre but plenty going on in the vicinity . Hotel was smart but very brightly lit so using the bar was not appealing and you were not allowed outside after 8 (unless a private party!) we had to request clean hand towels and shower gel. The cups were not washed and tea and coffee not replaced. Furniture in the room a little shabby. Overall had a great time but hotel disappointing. Cádiz is wonderful!

Our room had a sea view which was fantastic.
The room was superb together with the balcony and a large amount of storage and good sized bathroom . In addition breakfast was to a high standard with plenty of choice.

The location of this hotel is excellent, near the beach, bars and restaurants. The tourist hop on /off bus takes you into the old town. The hotel parking is very expensive and the wi-fi didn't always work. Check out was a long and painful experience as there was only one member of staff dealing with a queue of people.

Lovely hotel but seemed to be somewhat understaffed. Long waits at reception whenever we needed to ask anything, although great staff. Slightly odd that, despite being on the beach, there was no direct access from hotel to beach, have to walk out front (away from beach) and walk around the hotel. But that is being picky, book a sea view room and they are beautiful. Also ate dinner in hotel restaurant (not the buffet) and it was extremely good, highly recommended.

Staying for 1 week at Playa Victoria was an excellent experience. Every morning the breakfast provided a great start to the day. Breakfast worked for my gluten allergy wife and vegetarian son. The hotel is in a great location to walk to restaurants and of course the beach. We took day trips (rental vehicle) to Bolonia, Sevilla and Jerez. There are many wonderful sites to see in each location. We never had time for the swimming pool but enjoyed an afternoon drink at the lobby bar. I would recommend Playa Victoria.

This place was pretty excellent. Helpful friendly staff, wonderful beach view (if reserved), generous breakfast (though a bit bustling and some food quality could be better; you'll always find enough.) Good location near shoreline nightlife but outside the old town. Really enjoyed our stay and a good point to explore Cadiz and local area (via car). Note in-hotel garage parking is currently 20 Euro/day.

If staying on the beach is your goal, this is the place for you! It was a bit too loud for our preference - the crowds, the vehicles, the music all were a negative to us. The hotel itself is nice. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was good. It's just the location that was a downer for us.

Enjoyed our stay here. We had a sea view which was great and the beach was lovely. It was around 40 minutes to walk into the old town or 5 minutes on the bus which stops right outside the hotel. The hotel was nice and suited the location. There was only a few minor points which would improve the room - need a better hairdryer (it overheated every minute so better take your own), could do with a full length mirror and really needed a kettle especially when you don't have breakfast included. Overall well worth a couple of nights stay.

Delighted to have chosen this hotel

Five of us stayed in this hotel for three nights at the end of a holiday in southern Spain. With a beach-side location and uninterrupted views of the Atlantic from our rooms, this hotel proved to be an excellent choice for us. Add to this the friendly service we enjoyed from the staff and the range of food available at breakfast and it is not surprising that we all rated the hotel highly. The hotel is located about 2 miles from the old city of Cadiz-which is where all the sights and best restaurants are to be found-and so you have to be prepared to walk a fair amount or catch a bus, or drive or pay 6 euros for a taxi. For us this was really not much of an inconvenience; indeed we viewed the walks as both enjoyable and therapeutic!

Front desk staff were efficient but officious. They offered no \"tourist\" advice unlike most of the places we stayed in Spain. The rooms were nice but need attention to detail. Air quality / circulation was just adequate. The couch had a tear in the cushion with stuffing hanging out. No room amenities that you would expect in a hotel of this calibre like kettle or coffee maker. Great for beach location but overall I was disappointed based on the outside appearance of the hotel.

Great location, parking is expensive and it’s so tight that if u park there are building pillars on both sides of each parking spot and u can’t get out if u park. I scratched door or my rental car trying to get out.
Air Conditioning didn’t work so I had open the windows for some breeze. It 28 degree Celsius that day, so u can imagine spending night on beach hotel with no ac and with hot and humid weather

Staff were not helpful , complained that the room was a little tired , grubby , and despite the hotel being half empty couldn't offer us an alternative . They then asked for 75 euros per night if we wanted an upgrade . Breakfast was at best mediocre and to add insult to injury on Monday morning turned up for breakfast at 9.05 am to be informed breakfast was finished as the clocks had gone forward and we had forgotten . Breakfast finshed at 10.0am , we were 5 minutes late !!! Not impressed !! Customer service 0
