Loved our stay here. Great location in the heart of the city but very quiet. Located on a pedestrian-only street, full of shops and cafes and tapas bars. Hotel and our room were spotlessly clean and well equipped. Very comfortable beds. Elevator is very handy! Great restaurant next door for amazing seafood, and a couple of great cafes across the street and a few doors down for a quick and delicious breakfast. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed on the third floor with a balcony and the room had a a kitchen (though we did not need to use it). Bed was comfortable, clean bathroom. Staff members, Mari and I believe, Concetta was her name, were extremely helpful. They assisted us with our restaurant reservation and arranged for our taxi to the train station. Prime location next to San Antonio Plaza and access to other parts of the city.

This property was really wonderful. The two bedroom was very well appointed and in excellent condition as well as being centrally located. They had a very nice, high-end restaurant and very good service. The only slight challenge was that because the front desk service is splt between two buildings you could not always find someone to ask questios to or to get any referral. But still I would gladly book here again and recommend it to anyone.

This hotel was the nicest that we stayed in during our tour of Spain. It had a kitchenette which was very convenient for us to keep snacks. They had a Nespresso machine and left coffee pods and sugar in the room. It was beautifully furnished and very clean. The shower was great. It was on a lovely and lively street with shops and restaurants and centrally located to everything. Would definitely stay here again. Also, had an elevator which was a nice convenience and the A/C was very effective.

A nice small hotel in a peatonal street, with restaurants, stores and supermarkets in the same street. The room was comfortable and as shown in the pictures. The weather was hot, but the air conditioning worked very well. My only complaint is not about the hotel, but there was a strike (not a taxi strike but there was no access to some streets) and we called a taxi and were waiting for a taxi in the heat of the street and it didn’t come and we lost our train. Although the personal was nice and tried to help, I think they should have informed us earlier so that we could have looked for alternatives on time. We had to walk to the train station, a 20-25 minutes walk, with luggage and a very hot weather.

The property was in a quiet area of the old town and once you close the main doors of the room it is very quiet indeed. It was great to have a kitchenette especially as we were vegetarian but there are plenty of vegetarian options in the city. Beautiful room/ hotel and the staff were really helpful. Great place to just chill and enjoy the space. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay! If available would thoroughly recommend the penthouse suite - even better than the photos! Two ensuite bedrooms with good wardrobe space and a large kitchen/living room. It was light and spacious. The terrace was HUGE! Comfortably furnished with the buzz from the street below. Perfect for relaxing after a day exploring.

The only thing lacking was hair conditioner - i was able to pick some up for a few euros from the supermarket next door. We'd love to return. Cadiz is very relaxed.

Really do feel like you are in a \"palace\" when you walk through that front door. They have kept many of the original details which make the place special. We had a room off off the street, so not much of a view but it is on one of the main streets of Cadiz so it was quieter option. The beds were great and the staff was very helpful. It is such a great option for a family. The roof wasn't open when we were there so I can't comment on that, but it was a great area to get to know Cadiz. Everything walkable from this space. We booked one night and ended up staying 2!

This hotel was gorgeous the lobby the rooms they were super spacious and super pretty. I love that they had a washing machine in the room so you could do your laundry and they had a rack where you could air it out to dry. It was really convenient because I have been traveling for a couple of days and had some dirty clothes that I needed to wash. They provide you with the laundry detergent and the softener which I found very convenient. One thing I would comment on is that if you go in the spring months like March to May it might be a little bit chilly outside and because their AC unit is central they won’t turn on the AC so you might be a little bit warm in the room. We did open the windows and it had good airflow so we slept fine, but it was warm if you didn’t.

Great stay with one exception: our room was part of an adjoining room with someone we did not know. There was a door between us which left very little privacy as we could even heard them snoring. This was disappointing because everything else about the hotel we loved.

I would strongly discourage this property if you are considering a 2 bedroom unit. The resort website shows lots of photos of rooms with windows to the outdoors, however the 2 bedroom unit is what they called “interior”. There were no windows. None. It was like being in a dungeon. We could never tell the weather outside or get any fresh air. We felt very claustrophobic as well unsafe. Further the kitchen is not properly equipped for cooking. We also were told on the day of arrival that we could check in at 330pm, however when we arrived we were told the unit wasn’t ready and had to wait for hours in the tiny lobby until 6:30. When we brought our concerns to the front desk attendant they provided no solution. We asked to leave and get a refund for the unused time and were told no. We ended up leaving & just paying because it was so terrible.

We had the penthouse which is very spacious with a huge private terrace and had everything you could possibly need - extremely well equipped. Parking is available in Plaza San Antonio - 50 metres away - at €25/ 24 hrs. Probably cheaper options, but it’s very convenient.

This is a gorgeous property, right off a beautiful square and a street with lots of local flavor. Somehow we didn’t see many tourists in this area, so it felt more authentic. Cadiz is a beautiful town and it was easy to walk everywhere from this property. Check in was quick and staff were very helpful with question we had. We stayed in the penthouse and it was gorgeous and a real treat with a huge rooftop terrace, canopies to protect from the heat and a place to dry our clothes from the washer. I would highly recommend this property for a family or group of friends!

When we arrived in Cadiz which was our first time in the city and we arrived at the hotel my husband and I were just in awe with the architecture of the hotel. I felt a very good vibes especially with our room which overlooks the beautiful street and the Plaza de San Antonio. The room has high ceilings and a balcony. The windows by ye balcony was a very nice feature. There’s a kitchenette that made me able to cook most of he time. We stayed for 8 days and we felt so relaxed and at home. The location is walkable to all the interesting places to visit in the old city . It’s safe even at night and lots of nice restaurants. The market is 6 minute walk and the convenience store is right beside the hotel . Highly recommend to stay in this hotel when visiting Cádiz. Special mention to the staff Christian, Conchita and Mary who has helped us a lot with recommendations on where to visit and eat . The cleaning staff were wonderful. Five stars to this hotel *****

I stayed for 2 nights with my husband, my sister and my 8 month old baby. We had the 2 bedroom apartment and it was just perfect for us. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the whole apartment was spotless clean. Communication with the receptionist was very good and they gave us all the instructions for a late check in via whatsapp which was very nice. The location is perfect for a short stay or even a longer one. The apartment has all the amenities and the hotel is in a pedestrianized road full of restaurants, markets, bakeries and cafes. Easy to go everywhere walking. I would definetly recommend.
