The outside of the building looked horrible, the hotel looked like they let anybody stay there. The office was tacky, parking lot was horrible. The beds and rooms are too small. I will not stay there ever again. The double charged me on my room.

That place should be condemned uneven floors. The shower was dangerous dirty TV didn’t work at all for three days. I noticed other people were moving from different rooms to other rooms because the same problem no TV. The guy pretended that he was trying to fix it but never fixed. It never offered us another room. Will never stay in that room at all.

I paid for my room on Expedia. They asked for a credit card for incidentals which is to be expected. I left the room as clean as when I arrived. Then 4 days later I got charged $53.55. I’ve called the hotel 3 times and everytime the clerk says they don’t know why I was charged that and they took my info and said the manager would call me. 3 days later he’s still not called me. I ended up filing a dispute with the credit card company and waiting on them to reimburse my money.

The amenities were terrible. I couldn’t connect to the WiFi, housekeeping never came to my room (this was extra frustrating as my trash cans were full from the food I’d brought in the night before and I’d spilled soda on the floor, so there was a large sticky patch), and the only things available for the continental breakfast were stale bread to be toasted and stale cereal. In addition, the driveway and parking lots are in desperate need of repair and repainting. The exterior of the building is pretty run down, and my door’s deadbolt was difficult to use. There also wasn’t a notepad or pen in the room that I could use to communicate with housekeeping

The heat worked fine since it was cold out. It's a good place to stay if you are just needing a low-price place to stay for a night or maybe two. Staff was friendly. No open restaurant withing walking distance so you'll need a car, but wasn't a problem for me.

Pool was never open. Room had roaches crawling up walls, no outlet covers so wired exposed, etc. Had to park around the corner most times. Hotel manager was a nut, even asked me to clean the grounds because I received a discount at booking!

The room was good except, no outlets to plug in Cpap machines. Also the cord on the phone receiver kept falling out. There was only one ice machine located at the back of the complex. Amenities sucked! Besides the ice machine both coffee pots broke and breakfast was a joke! Still trying to figure out why the price went up $20!!

Room was fine but a bit dated. You know what you generally are going to get at a Days Inn. Breakfast was very disappointing. When we went, there was 1 piece of white bread (to toast), 3 mini muffins, a few packets of oatmeal and 2 types of cereal. That was about it. Coffee was warm but didn't really taste like coffee.

If you're expecting breakfast, don't. I've had better breakfast out of vending machines. Other than that the property is under renovation so there were some things that made it just an ok place to stay. Walls not finished being painted. Sockets without covers. First room the TV didn't work, the lamps had half the amount of bulbs needed and the air conditioner didn't work all that well. This did change a little when we complained and received a new room.

Hands down worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I arrived into Frankfort around 11pm, and checked into my room. I was given room 209 when I arrived to the room after checking in when I swiped my key card to enter the room there was already someone booked to that room. I went back to the office to let the man know that the room already had people in the room, despite being exhausted and ready to get some sleep I was calm about the situation but the man acted and treated me like it was my fault that the room already had people in the room. He gave me another room this time room 210. When we entered this room the beds was not made dirty towels on the floor and pop cans setting all over the dresser. I thought maybe someone was still using the room because that’s what it looked like it definitely had not been cleaned from the last people who stayed. There was roaches crawling on everything and the mini fridge was full of roaches and dead roaches. I went back to the front desk to let the man know that either someone was still booked to this room or it had not been cleaned. He stated that there was no one in that room and that it was fine for me to use. I could not make the man understand that the room was dirty and that the beds had not even been made from the last visitors. I returned back to the room to take photos to go show him and when I got back to the front desk to show him he told me that was the only room he had so I lost my $80 had to book new hotel denied refund

You get what you pay for. This is the best value in Frankfort. If not for the price, I would not stay here. The room, even though it was \"renovated,\" had issues. The only accessible power outlet that worked was by the sink. The door locks were not very responsive to the key cards. The toilet would barely flush, and the room was dark even with all the lights on.

The entire place seems to be fairly well cleaned. The only issue I noticed with cleaning was that there were long dark hairs on the bath towels, which isn't pleasant.

Bed bugs!

I have been trying to request a refund. I was in the room 20 mins and found bed bugs! Hotel was sketchy when we pulled up and with me having a restoration background i decided to start checking the beds and whatnot. The flooring was vinyl and had definite signs of water damage. Upon checking the beds i found bed bugs...see attached photos. Immediately we grabbed our stuff and got out of there. Ths staff tried moving us to a new room but i know if one room had them they probably all had them. I booked online so was told i had to request the refund online and have not heard back!

It was tolerable. The shower curtain was too small so water would run onto the floor. The shower curtain rod fell off and I had to put it back on myself. The walls and ceilings must have been very thin as I heard people talking in the room next door late at night while trying to go to sleep, and I believe a heard of elephants were in the room above me.

Cars pulling in and out all night, loud people outside. 2nd room, again, lamps didn’t work, outlets didn’t work, put food in fridge only to find out next morning it doesn’t work. Smells like pot in our room. Definitely would not recommend even if you want a cheap room.

Stay itself and the room were nice enough. Didn't appreciate being woke up to banging on the door at 9am trying to do housekeeping. I acknowledged that I was still in the room and the knocking persisted. Then went to go take a shower at around 930 to find they SHUT THE WATER OFF to my room. Tried again at around 10am and it was back on but it was the most orange water I've ever seen... So if you're looking forward to sleeping in and showering when you wake up. Be prepared for housekeeping to want you out by 9 am when checkout is at 11...hotels.com app won't allow me to upload a picture for whatever reason. Don’t stay here

Don’t stay here unless you have no other choice. The room I was given was not remotely similar to their advertised photos. Outdated, musty smelling AC unit, bed was extremely old, tv didn’t work, floor was sticky, house cleaner pounded in my door after one night stay saying I needed to check out and I told her I booked two nights and it had only been one and shut the door on her, and the worst of all I was in my room and they gave a key to some random person because they had a “system error” that stated my room was empty. Again don’t stay here unless you absolutely have no other choice.
