Average room breakfast was nice!
Don
Excellent stay. Staff and room were great. There are not washers and dryers for public use at the hotel, which was listed as an amenity.
Janan
Friendly professional staff. Great breakfast. Comfortable room.
tricia
Beautiful hotel with a fabulous breakfast. Close to the distilleries! Highly recommend.
Elizabeth
We enjoyed our stay! The room was comfortable, clean and close to Buffalo trace and Woodford distilleries. Lots of options for dining close by. Breakfast was good.
Karen
We had a room that the thermostat didn’t really control the temperature at all. We turned it to cool & even after increasing the temperature up to 81 the room was still very cold, but when we shut it off completely it became humid. We told the staff about the issue when we checked out.
Belinda
It was clean, relaxing, great location, confortavle, good food, reasonable price, friendly staff.
Janine
Very clean, comfortable and updated well. Convenient location. Just FYI, if toom is close to elevators you here it alot. Ask to be away from elevators and towards backside of hotel and it will be quieter.
KENNETH

Conveniently located near the interstate and a nice clean facility.
Evan
Clean room. Great air conditioning on a very hot and humid day. Loved all the amenities.
Jeron
The staff was great. The room was very clean. Needs a bigger hot water boiler as the showers were sometime just warm, not hot. We did enjoy our stay.
Kevin
Good location, breakfast was great.
DAVID
Big room. Nice in general, especially for the price. Conveniently located. Nice breakfast included.
Christina
Room was only cleaned once in our entire stay. One day they came in and just took our towels and didn’t do anything else. When I called front desk to get more towels the front desk never answers but when you see them downstairs they weren’t doing anything to not answer the phone. Breakfast most the time there were never forks. When interacted with staff they were nice
Christy
This was the best hotel that we have stayed in in a very long time. When we walked into the door to our room, it smelled really nice and clean. Bathrooms and rest of the room was literally spotless! The desk clerks were so sweet and very quick when we checked in and out. Very convenient to coffee shops, food, or basically anything. You HAVE TO try the Agave Mexican Restaurant across the street. It is SOOO GOOD. The only complaint we had was that we couldn’t get the hair dryer to work.(But we actually had a backup in our car), and the doors are kinda thin(?) we could hear conversations from other rooms while walking down the hall.
Chuck
Everything was fine
David
Everything was as expected from a Hampton Inn.
Barbara
What can I say, its a Hampton Inn. Always a great place to relax.
Walter
The Hotel and location was perfect for my travels. My only criticism is that a hospital must be close by because I heard several sirens throughout the night. I would recommend requesting a room on the back side of the hotel which would be away from the highway.
Monta
Bteakfast ess underwealming until our last day (Sunday), it ess great. Staff friendly, pRki g fine.
Rowena

Hampton Inn is always my favorite hotel. It's snobby to say but the clientele seems to be better which creates a better experience.
kelley
The hotel was very clean and the rooms were large. We initially planned to bring our dog but changed plans. The room was certainly large enough to accommodate a large dog. Will definitely stay here again!
Shelley
Excellent hotel. Clean and quiet

Couldn’t use the pool because it was freezing.
Tara
The room was extra hot and the thermostat was not working. When we arrived at the room is was almost 80 degrees and could not be lowered.
Shannon
The breakfast was great
PATRICK
Clean and courteous. Bathrooms could be updated to improve functionality, but otherwise a good stay and conveniently located.
Bruce
The room was very clean and appeared to be recently updated. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. We were traveling and racing against bad weather so we didn't do much more than check in, sleep and check out. That being said, I would stay there again just because of how nice the staff was.
Alex
Convenient location with walkable dining options.
Jennifer
Very clean and great selection of breakfast foods in the morning. Very friendly and professional staff too.
Renelda
This was very clean, very pleasant staff, and fresh breakfast. I will make this a regular stop.
Steven
Excellent experience from start to finish
Randy
Overall, the room met expectations. The shower layout was unusual. The shower faucet was loose as the screws were not holding the facing to the wall. The sink layout was not satisfactory as the faucet was on the side, and it was hard to put your hands under the water.
Wallace
Everything was good

Tesla Superchargers next door. Very convenient for EV drivers.

Theodore
Very comfortable.
Tiffany
Love it here!
Shari
We were given the wrong room and that was embarrassing.
Cindy
Very clean
Dylan
Room was a little hot for our taste. Digital check-in was a waste of time. I had go to the front desk anyways. Staff was rude about how long it took for us to return a cart. They came to our room after 15 minutes of checking in to retrieve the cart that had yet to be unloaded. Overall stay was pretty good. Room was clean.
Joni
Great staff, clean rooms, easy to get to, but being right off I127, we heard emergency vehicles all afternoon and all night. Either a main thoroughfare to move emergency vehicles across town, or it’s close to a station or hospital. Never staying here again.
Joe
The staff was amazing, the rooms were impeccable and the whole place smelled very nice
Barbara
Clean and quiet updated rooms. Located near many restaurants and easy access to the highway.
Steve
Could not find an exhaust fan in bathroom, could not find towels hooks in bathroom.
Susan
This hotel was wonderful and the shower was amazing.

This property redeemed the Hilton name in my book. We have not stayed at a Hilton since we have had several bad experiences in the past. We took a chance on this place and very glad we did. This is what a Hilton hotel should look like. Kudos to the staff. It was a great stay!
ROXANNA
I RESERVED A ROOM WITH WALKIN SHOWER. ROOM HAD BATHTUB. MY HUSBAND IS DISABLED.

My stay is very enjoyable. The staff, Keith in particular, are very friendly and helpful. They are professional in all their interactions with me. Keith has been extremely helpful to me. He's kind and understanding. I hope the owner and management know who they have with him. He is definitely an asset.
I love that I am able to have my pet with me too. There is a designated area for him to take care of business, they do ask we pick up after our fur babies. They provide the bags and have trash bins nearby for disposal. No problem for me to do that. Should be done anyway.
They also gave me permission to let my grandchildren enjoy the pool. They had a great time! Thank you Keith!
The room is quiet and comfortable. And there's plenty of parking that's easily accessed.
The Hampton Inn is located near 2 shopping centers. The shopping centers have grocery store, Walmart, Lowe's, Shoe Carnival to mention a few. There are plenty of restaurants nearby as well. There's fast food and dine in close by. Some are in the shopping centers and some are not.
The hospital is nearby as well. Hopefully no one will need to go there, puts a damper on a vacation.
Overall, I recommend the Hampton Inn if you're in Frankfort Kentucky.

Good hotel
Was happy to get an upgraded room when the initial room received had non working A/C.
Debbie
The staff was great except for housekeeping. I couldn't understand what he was saying. Also, my room wasn't vacuumed. I know because there's a piece of a leaf just under the desk. It's been there the whole time.
I do like that they accept pets. There's plenty of parking. Overall, good.

Caryn
Desk staff were great! Hotel was ok.
Looked nice but needed to be cleaned a bit better. It was very noisy, doors slamming and ice machine was VERY noisy! Front desk staff were very friendly and always greeted us.
SIGNE
They were in the last stages of remodeling, very gracious. Shower was very nice. Love the soft bath towels. Bed was great.
Joseph
The renovated rooms are great. The staff members were very friendly. The location is safe and convenient.
Eric
Property was under construction but didn’t know in advance..
Glory
Newly remodeled, rooms were very nice. Lobby was under construction still but breakfast was good.
Richard
under construction.
DENISSE
front desk staff excellent but housekeepers not the best and not friendly at all
Scott
Hotel is looking tired, have stayed numerous times and definitely needs some updating in rooms. Toilet paper holder wouid not hold the paper. Staff propped it up on it, to me not a good sign that things are taken care of
Robert
Wonderful stay even during a refresh remodel being worked on.
David
Clean, convenient, and accommodating. Just what we needed for a quick overnight stay.

All was fine. You should know that the covering on the tub is beginning to peel off.
Melissa
They were renovating, so it was not an issue, but the breakfast could have been a little better.
Pam
Nicest Hampton I’ve ever stayed in. Everything is clean and smells fresh. Our room has nice amenities…microwave, refrigerator and very comfy bed.
