Check in staff were so amazing. When ordering a cab, they would come out and make sure the driver knew where we were going. Only unfortunate thing is the area is undergoing demolition of the neighboring mall. Not much around the property. But still a nice view

Excellent experience from check-in to check-out. Receive by staff at level 1 entrance, guided to Level 2 check-in and staff show us to our rooms. Super friendly and room is very clean and very nice.

The hotel is located next to the bay and shopping outlet, which is not far away from the city center. We spent more than a day there and found many bargains at the outlet. Notice there is an arcade right across from the hotel which kids can also spend a great deal of time on crane games and video games.

This hotel is spotlessly clean and the room is spacious with a large balcony. The Harbour view is remarkable. The staff are helpful and friendly.
Not much restaurants and no convenient store nearby, some restaurants in the Marinoa City outlet next to the hotel opens at 10am.
A facial treatment is highly recommended.

Great hotel, great staff. Great location for visiting to Nokonoshima as it's very near to the ferry port. Good shopping and restaurants next door in the Marinoa Shopping complex.

I would definitely recommend my friend to stay and for myself , there will be a definite return. Hotel is serene and beautiful. All rooms have a seaview. Staff is nice and professional, and speak perfect English. Distance to the city center is nothing and I am sure once you stay in this hotel, you will regard yourself as lucky to be able to live further away to see a nice area in Fukuoka.

Very Nice Hotel
Out of all the hotels I have stayed in Japan, I think this one was the best. The room was large, quiet, clean and sophisticated [as seen on photos] with a beautiful view of Fukuoka Tower, and boats docked along the pier. The room also included two twin plush beds and linen, full shower with large tub with same scenery as the room. Breakfast was additional cost to the room but you have the option of in-bed service or eat in the elegant dinning room overlooking the same view as the rooms. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Once we were in the room it didn't feel like a hotel but more like a master bedroom you want at your home.

The room not only has a large balcony facing the sea, I could enjoy seaview taking a bath in the bathtub. The room is very bright if all lights are on, which is a rarity nowadays. The TV is comparatively small but who watch TV while vacationing in Japan? Services were excellent. We were led to the rooms by reception staff. Tips were politely and resolutely declined. Breakfast was western style with not much choices but several kinds of fruits were on the buffet table. The hotel is just next to the marinoa outlet but far away from city center. Not good for business travelers but ideal for bargain hunters with a rented car.

お部屋の窓から見渡せるハーバービューは本当に最高で、平日のおかげか静かだったのもとても良かったです。お風呂の窓も大きくて、朝風呂で外を眺めて癒されました。
ただ、窓が水滴と砂埃で曇っていたのが残念でした。景色は文句なしで素敵なので、折角ならピカピカの窓から見たかったです。
ベビーベッドを用意していただきましたが、お部屋が思っていたよりも狭くてスーツケースを2個広げられるスペースを確保するのが大変でした。収納が少ないので、子どもが小学生くらいであれば大きいお部屋に変更したほうがいいと思いました。

海の見える部屋に泊まらせたので、部屋もサービスも良かったです。朝食は感染症対策で部屋で食べましたが、レストランの方がセッティングまでしてくれて、楽しく朝食時間を過ごすことができました。ホテルは駅から少し離れているので、車で移動しないといけないから、少々不便ですが、隣にアウトレットがあり、買い物や食事は便利です。
