실외수영장도 객실 규모 대비 큰편이고 시설 전체적으로 깔끔함
숙소 근처 도로 산책, 러닝하기도 좋고 피트니스 시설은 대충 트레드밀 몇개 갖다놓은 수준 아니고 덤벨은 무게별로 충실히 있고 스미스 머신이랑 랫풀다운, 하체 다 있어서 부위별로 운동 다 할 수 있음

여긴 나만 알고 싶은 뷰 맛집입니다.
매년 2차례 이상 방문하는 호텔입니다.
매년 신관을 이용하다가 이번 방문은 본관을 이용했는데, 또 다른 뷰 포인트가 있어서 좋았습니다.
지리적으로 조용하고, 차량이 있다면 접근성도 좋고, 어디든 갈수 있다는 장점이 있습니다.
본관, 신관 가릴것 없이 어디든 다 좋다는 것이 최고의 장점입니다.
가족 여행이든, 커플 여행이든, 좋은 곳입니다.

이번엔 조식을 이용하지는 않았지만, 조식 맛집이라는 것!!
그리고 석식도 레스토랑 이용 하고자 한다면 강추 입니다.
제주 물가가 엄청 비싼데, 차라리 일정이 빨리 마무리 됐다면 바솔트 레스토랑에서 먹는 석식도 강추 입니다.

그리고 프론트 데스크에서 고생하는 호텔리어분들도 친전한 설명 두말 할 것 없습니다.
돈이 아깝지 않은 호텔입니다.

단, 단점을 꼽자면 리뷰하라고 오는 연락은 항상 체크아웃 하고 메일이 오는데... 체크아웃 전에 리뷰를 할 수 있는 방법 좀 알려주세요~ㅎ 와인 한병 꼭 받고 싶습니다~ㅋㅋ

So disappears this place. The staff were very unprofessional and borderline lazy… they ignored us if they couldn’t speak English. I had to go to the kitchen to ask the chef to take our order. One chap was speaking on his phone and even was playing video games whilst taking our payment. He didn’t let us know the kitchen was closing so we missed dessert.

The beds were painfully hard… I ended up sleeping on my pillows.

- Appreciated the expedia VIP benefit of 1 daily welcome drink (choice of citrus juice, hot/iced americano)

- The room (superior twin in annex) itself was okay, fairly modern. Excellent toiletries from Malin Goetz.

- A short walk from the hotel will bring you to a stretch of restaurants/ cafes etc. We got a happy surprise :) when we spotted a sign on a haenyeo cultural center right next to the hotel. Followed the sign and caught some haenyeos returning from their dive

- Housekeeping was attentive. We opted out from the daily cleaning and got a bag of fresh towels and water everyday

- Soundproofing can be better. We were woken up every morning by housekeeping knocking our neighbour’s door and neighbours walking past our door

- Fantastic gym with sea views. There is a water dispenser in the gym

제주를 자주 여행하는 1인인데 주로 중문쪽 5성급 호텔을 이용했는데 지인 추천으로
더 그랜드 섬오름에 스테이했어요~
위치적으로 올레 7코스 바로 앞 법환포구를 끼고 있어 바다 앞 도로로 산책하거나 식사하기도 편하고
직원들의 친절도 최상이고 범섬을 제대로 만끽할수 있는 room view도 최상! 수영장 (온수풀)과 자쿠지도 크고 사우나 청결 상태도 굿!! 레스토랑도 각종 한식과 이태리식 메뉴의 알찬 구성과 맛으로 만족의 정점을 찍게 해 준 호텔이네요. 와인 좀류도 가성비가 좋아요. 앞으로도 쭉~~방문하고 싶고 강력 추천합니다.

Idyllic Grand Sumorum

The Grand Sumorum is in a great location right in front of the ocean although there is no beach. The views are idyllic, however, and they have two large pools. The location is also close to various restaurants and markets. They also have a large gym with an ocean view. If coming back to Jeju, I would choose this property again as a top choice.

The surrounding area is quiet, but you can easily get buses into town and beyond.

There arent many food options locally, but the hotel has a convinience store onsite.

Beautiful property. Very family friendly. I don’t know if there was a language barrier but my child had a bed accident and they would not change the bedding during our stay. The walls looked a little beaten up, probably from all the roller suitcases.

Big and comfortable stay

Big and comfortable room. They had Netflix and it was good cos when the weather was bad to go out, it kept us entertained. Special thanks to front desk Ms. Daisy. She was very helpful and even helped us to order food in when i asked her on how to use the food delivery app. She also helped us book an airport taxt shuttle. In all, she was really helpful and it helped us alot in this trip. The hotel had a convenience store just right at the basement and it was so convenient for us to buy food/snacks. (Do note you need a credit card for payment as it is self-checkout). It also has it's own restaurant where you can settle your meals there.

If you are looking for ocean front Hotel with pool, this is it.
The hotel was clean and we enjoyed the hot tub.
One thing though, the mattress was on the floor without a bed frame. It was like Korean ondol style which was inconvenient for us since I'm 2m tall.

Good hotel, hard to locate, with simple breakfast

Hotel in good condition and comfortable, service staff was helpful and spoke reaonable English. Had difficulty finding hotel even with GPS, as the road leading to entrance was on a slope and there was no visible signs, just a tiny sign after you go down the slope. Breakfast was a set with little variety - we were used to having buffet breakfast on other hotels in Korea.

A must stay in Seogwipo

Location is breath-taking. Facing the coast. Room is super clean and the service is excellent. The staff can speak English. Layout of the room is seamless. The breakfast option has american and korean. Thr abalone porridge is super yummy.

The hotel is in between the Jeju Olle Route 7. The local eateries and cafe are about 15 mins walk away. Good choices and nice place to chill.

김치 더 주실 수 있나요?하니까 김치? 하고 반말로 내뱉고ㅎㅎ

룸은 2박이나 묵엇는데 첫날 샤워하려고보니
샤워기가 터져서 갈앗어요.
층간소음같이 쿵쿵소리 났고요. 4층이라 층간소음이 날수가 없는데 옆방인지 뭔지 층간소음처럼 소리났어요.

위치가 완전 별로에요. 휴

조식 칭찬이랑 룸 깔끔한거보고 갓는데
바닥은 이사해야될집 입주청소 전 같은 상태이고요.
조용한줄알앗는데
시끄러웟고 조식은 맛도 별로엿는데 스탭까지 별로였어요.
저는 이 호텔 절대 추천 안해요.

Staff all very helpful. Desk staff helped us reset GPS. Very pleasant stay. The only negative was the whirlpool outside was not working. The staff made attempts to get it functioning and filled it with warm water so we could relax in it but the jets were not circulating the water.

Hotel is on the beach front which has a lovely view, although you cant swim as there isnt a beach. The pool is nice and relaxing. Our room was really spacious. Its a wodner why they didnt put a king bed instead of a double when there is plenty of space. All rooms have a view of the ocean and overlook the pool which is nice. The hotel is a short taxi ride from the main town. The restaurant/cafe at the front of the property is mediocre in terms of food but has good views. There are other places to eat a short walk to the left of the hotel which are also seafront.

This hotel was rated 4.5 out of 5, I don't understand how did they come up with this rating. The hotel didn't have any room service, hardly spoken English, very limited breakfast options and too far away from immunities. The hotel wasn't value for the money I have paid for the two nights I have stayed. This is not a hotel in fact it's budget motel which misleading what stated in the website. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone nor I would stay there again. If Hotels.com continue to provide falls rating like this one, I would reconsider my booking options in the future.

Beds were extremely comfortable. Great views. Very big. We loved it.
Very fast wifi. Right on the water with views of ocean.
Only negative is the kitchen did not have many utensils - only one saucepan. Hard to cook with one saucepan. Also some areas were dusty/needed a wipe - draws, desk top. But overall highly recommend.

복도 지나가며 사람들이 대화하는 말소리 다 들립니다.

프론트 직원분 손님 응대 직전에 연초 흡연했는지 냄새가 짙었습니다.

레스토랑 직원(키 큰 남자 매니저님) 응대가 어설픕니다.
음료 퀄리티 전체적으로 수준 이하입니다.

신관이라 객실이 깨끗했고, 매트리스도 편안했습니다.
욕조도 구비되어 있어서 피로 풀기에도 좋았습니다.
다만 오션뷰라고 하기엔 바로 앞에 있는 야외 수영장을 이용하는 손님들이 많고, 외부에서 객실 내부가 훤히 들여다 보이는 구조라 커텐을 걷고 오션뷰를 즐기기엔 어려움이 있어서 아쉬웠습니다.
조식은 종류가 알차고 맛있는 편이구요, 식당 와인리스트도 준수한 편입니다.
서귀포 시내에서는 조금 떨어져 있으나 차로 이동하기엔 무난합니다.

바다 바로 앞에 있어서 원없이 바다를 볼 수 있는 것이 큰 장점인 호텔이다. 범섬이 손에 잡힐 듯이 가까이 보이고 호텔 앞에 나있는 산책길을 걸으면 그 길을 온통 나혼자 차지한 느낌이 들 정도로 뿌듯해진다. 호텔 부대시설 다 좋고 청결하게 관리되고 있으며 객실의 침구와 타올 등도 만족스럽다. 아침 조식이 깔끔하고 맛있고 군더더기 없이 훌륭하다는 것 또한 이 호텔의 큰 장점이다. 몇 번 이미 와본 호텔이지만 이 근처에 다시 올 일이 있을 땐 무조건 재방문할 가치가 있다

조용하고 아늑한 호텔입니다.

6월에 출장으로 며칠 혼자 묵었었는데 괜찮아서 이번에 다시 딸과 함께 묵었습니다.
겨울임에도 야외 수영장 춥지 않았고, 자쿠지, 사우나, 헬스장 다 완벽했습니다.
바로 앞 바닷가 산책로도, 본관에 서재도 훌륭합니다. 아기자기 동선이 매우 효율적이에요.

신관의 경우에는 부대시설 이용이 편리하고, 본관의 경우 여름에 1층 풀억세스룸이 괜찮아보이네요.

신관의 경우, 뒤에 산뷰(실은 주차장뷰나 비닐하우스뷰) 도 나쁘지 않습니다. 산뷰에 조식을 신청하시는것도 괜찮으실겁니다.

조식도 만족합니다. 조식장소 뷰가 좋아요. 김치찌개 성게미역국 맛있고, 오믈렛 쌀국수 요리해주십니다. 커피 원두 괜찮고요. 다만, 과일은 신선도에 조금 신경써 주시면 좋겠어요.

직원분들도 다 친절하시네요. 특히 프런트 이0대 주임님, 덕분에 따뜻하고 편안하게 묵을 수 있었습니다. 사우나실에 박0옥 여사님~ 덕분에 이번에 다시 딸이랑 같이 와서 수영장에서 즐겁게 보냈습니다. 감사합니다.

아, 마지막으로. 호텔 옆에(걸어서 1분거리) 해녀의집이 있습니다. 뿔소라, 전복 저렴하게 먹을 수 있어요.

駐車場は横幅が190cmの車ではとても狭い状況でしたが、ジムの前スペースにも停めることができたため、問題ありませんでした。

깨끗하고 전체적으로 만족스러우나 욕실 환풍기 시설이 문제있는것인지 냄새가 악취 수준이였던점 매우불편했으며
룸에 의자가 좌식이라 불편했네요. 다음번엔 한단계 업그레이드해야할것같아요.

大満足でした。まず、プールの景観が素晴らしく、チェックアウト後もプールサイドでのんびり。また、大浴場と水風呂があったことも嬉しいポイントですが、プールを出て真っ直ぐ行ける動線の良さ、日本並の清潔感ある浴室、備え付けのアメニティ類も充実しており安心して使えました。朝食のラインナップは多くないものの、ちゃんと美味しかったです。ホテル周辺の道は夜もライトアップされており、人も程よくいたので夜もお散歩ができました。ちなみに夕日と朝日、どちらも見れるという素晴らしい立地です。日本人には会いませんでした。こっそり定宿にしようと思いましたが、あまりにもコスパ良く素晴らしかったので書きます。ご参考まで。

오랫동안 사랑했던 곳, 이번 방문은 아쉬움이 큽니다.

2017년부터 매년 제주도를 방문할 때마다 이곳을 이용했습니다. 뛰어난 청결 상태와 주변 맛집, 편리한 생활 인프라 덕분에 늘 만족하며 신뢰를 보냈던 곳입니다.
하지만 이번 방문에서는 여러모로 실망스러운 점이 많아 안타까운 마음이었습니다.
체크인 시간보다 한 시간 일찍 도착하여 캐리어 보관 가능 여부를 문의하려던 중, 제 말이 끝나기도 전에 직원이 말을 끊으며 응대하는 방식에 당황스러웠습니다. 또한, 작년 숙박 프로모션 때 맛있게 먹었던 팥빙수가 생각나 레스토랑에 문의했는데, 직원은 기억이 나지 않는다는 듯 의아한 표정으로 응대했습니다. 심지어 제가 어렵게 찾아 보여드리려던 사진을 준비하는 동안에도 말이죠.
호텔 이용객에게는 소중한 추억으로 남는 순간들이 호텔 측 관리자나 직원분들께는 그저 지나가는 하나의 이벤트일 수 있다는 점은 이해합니다. 하지만, 적어도 고객을 응대하는 과정에서는 조금 더 세심한 표정 관리와 친절한 태도가 필요하다고 생각합니다. 이러한 아쉬움은 첫날부터 저를 불편하게 했습니다.
호텔 방 안에서 예전의 좋았던 기억들을 떠올리며 한참 동안 사진첩을 넘겨봤습니다. 시간이 흐르면서 사람의 마음도 변하는 것인지, 늘 확신을 가지고 주변 사람들에게 추천했던 이 호텔에 대해 이제는 저부터도 다른 곳으로 눈길을 돌리게 됩니다. 많은 기대를 안고 찾았던 만큼 실망감도 컸던 이번 방문이었습니다.

아주 사소한 것들이 연박동안 자주 발생하니 평생 적지 않았던 리뷰도 올리게 되었습니다.

다음에 방문하면 꼭 개선이 되었으면.. 하는 마음에 작성합니다. 제 추억에서 소중한 공간입니다 ㅠㅠ

재미있는 여행

친절하고 편의점 가깝고 조금만 걸어가면 식당도 몇군데 있어서 편해요. 한국인보다 외국인이 많아 수영하면서 유럽 놀어온것 같은 기분도 느껴져요. 술은 수영장에서는 안돼고 바로 붙어있는 호텔 레스토랑 야외 테이블에서 먹어야 해서 쬐~~끔 아쉽지만 그거 빼고는 전체적으로 대만족입니다.

We looked for a hotel with a sandbeach.
Sadly it was a stonebeach so we had to drive far away to enjoy the beach.
The rest was perfect!
And we recommend to rent a car in advance!

Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Hotel ist eine Unterkunft auf höchstem Level.
Es bietet 4 sehr schöne Pools, davon ein Jacuzzi mit Blick aufs Meer. Diese Pools sind exklusiv für Hotelgäste und kostenfrei nutzbar.
Das Restaurant bietet ein exzellentes Frühstück an. Es gibt koreanisches, kontinentales und europäische Speisen. Darüberhinaus können weitere Speisen bestellt werden, die von den Köchen frisch zubereitet werden.
Zusätzlich kann man im Restaurant à la carte zu Mittag und zu Abend essen.
Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, lichtdurchflutet und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit ist exzellent, es wird jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Dabei werden alle Handtücher getauscht und auch die Badutensilien neu ausgelegt.
Das Personal ist sehr diskret, aber immer verfübar und außerordentlich hilfsbereit und nett.

Der Strand ist sehr nah gelegen. Entlang der Küste gibt es einen beleuchteten Weg, an dem man Abends wunderbar spazieren gehen kann.

Ganz in der Nähe, in 5 Min Fußweg, gibt es zwei kleine Restaurants der bekannten Haenyeo Damen, in denen man wenige, aber immer frische Spezialitäten der lokalen Küche genießen kann.

Es war eine wunderschöne Erfahrung in einer Oase der Entpannung und des Wohlseins.

Schönes Hotel mit tollem Ausblick. Viele Pools/Sauna, eigenes Restaurant, viele sehr günstige Restaurants und Shops fußläufig erreichbar. Wander/Radweg führt direkt am Hotel vorbei. Leider sehr hellhörig, trotz ruhiger Lage (vielleicht hatten wir auch Pech mit den Nachbarn die gefühlt 24/7 die Möbel verrückt haben).

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful location! You definitely need to rent a car for this one, but there was plenty of parking space and it was the perfect location to explore Jeju's southern coast. It's in a small town with gorgeous sea views and some restaurants around that you can just walk to for dinner if you're tired of driving. The hotel restaurant was great as well, and I really miss their amazing breakfast buffet with both Korean and Western options. I had the abalone porridge every day! Spacious, clean, comfortable rooms with good quality bathroom amenities as well.

We had a wonderful stay and I can definitely recommend this hotel.
The stuff is so extremely friendly. Our flight towards Jeju was cancelled and therefore, we could only arrive one day later. I just wanted to inform the hotel about the arrival next day but they changed the whole booking for free and did everything to help us.

Es ist ein reines Familienhotel für koreanische Familien.
Im Pool sind permanent unzählige Nichtschwimmer die dort nur rumtreiben.
Der Frühstücksraum ist zu klein, wir mussten zweimal auf die Warteliste um einen Tisch zubekommen. Es gibt in Zimmer keine Stühle oder Sessel zum sitzen. Es gibt nur eine Futon Matratze auf dem Boden.

Panorama Suite ist groß, aber stark renovierungs bedürftig. Schimmel in den Fugen im Spülbecken und Badezimmer machen es nicht besser. Das gesamte Hotel wirkt altbacken. Wir sind in ein anderes Hotel gewechselt.
