Overall enjoyed the stay here. The first night we overheated because we were unable to turn on the AC. Note that we stayed late February. We mentioned it to the staff and they told us it was bc the staff only have the option to turn on the heater OR AC for the whole building. The way we fixed the problem was to turn off the heater in our room and open the window which worked out. If you stay here, PLEASE EAT AT THEIR BREAKFAST BUFFET! It WAS SO GOOD. We regret not getting it the first day. We got it the second day and we loved it. Pro tip: reserve your spot the night before with front desk staff to get a discount. The buffet was very affordable (maybe like $15 USD, which is a steal for a buffet coming from the U.S.)

This is a great find for Jeju! Close (by car) to several waterfalls and parks. Great view of Hallasan. Onsite restaurant had a great breakfast buffet. Hallways are clean and fresh smelling. The rooms are not spacious but not too tight either. The floor to ceiling glass window makes for a great morning view of the sunrise. Bathroom is standard size but very well appointed with shower and tub. I highly recommend to those who plan to rent a car while in Jeju.

This property was soo beautiful when arriving at night. The lights leading up the driveway set the scene. Check in was smooth in pretty lobby. The room was well set up. And the shower was the best we had in Korea. Views from the View on the roof were breathtaking at sunrise. Definitely recommend!

The hotel is quite nicely located near a park and close to the Oedolgae rock, which is one of the geological formations in the surroundings. Also, some of the known waterfalls are only a few minutes away by car.
The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable, pristine clean, spacious, well equipped, quiet and beds were really relaxing.
Breakfast, which we paid separately, contains a huge variety of dishes (mostly Asian cuisine) but also many westerly options.
All in all, one of the best hotels of our Korean tour and definitely a very good option for the region.

This hotel is one of the few examples where the photos do not do the hotel justice. I was pleasantly surprised when I first walked into the room and it was much nicer than the photos. The property had been well maintained and they also provide free coffee/tea in the lobby which was great for jet lag. I have stayed at plenty of 4-5 star hotels (Marriott/Sheraton/Delta, Le Germain, Fairmont) and I would say the quality of the rooms are on par, minus the extra amenities. Rooms were very clean and friendly staff. Quiet area with plenty of spacious parking.

Quiet, clean and nice hotel

Free parking at the hotel. Minimal amenities, but that’s exactly what we didn’t care about to stay here. We wanted a quiet hotel with free and easy parking (Jeju can have some tight, difficult to park in spaces), and a clean, modern hotel. This fit the bill. Happy with the stay. No issues. Some may not like the lack of temperature adjustment in the rooms, but it was fine for us.

Average stay. Hotel service needs improvement.

Chose the hotel because of reviews, but overall stay was average. Dusty in many places (low touch points but visible to the eye). Location was slightly inconvenient if you don’t drive. CU within walking distance, limited things nearby otherwise. Daily make up of room was average, shower flow and pressure was bad. One particular day we were informed that the are servicing the hot water tank - and after hot water was almost not available. Was told by front desk they already reset the hot water tank but it takes time to heat up. Imagine that in winter. toilet didn’t flushed well yet when we informed the front desk was told maintenance is off duty and we were told to wait for the water to flow off slowly! Had to go toilet at lobby instead. Front desk couldn’t speak English and we had to use Google translate to communicate with them. Breakfast was average, and not value for money.

When booking this hotel I read the reviews and they mentioned how clean the rooms were. However, we were so disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. There was someone else's urine on the toilet that had not been cleaned before our arrival, the mirrors had marks on them and they were overlooked when cleaning, the sheets had holes and stains on them. We requested to move rooms 3 times. We were downgraded to a room that was less than we had paid for and then upgraded to a different room the third time. On the third time, we were still unsatisfied with our accomodations. We were very disatisfied with the unsanitary conditions.

Peaceful clean calm hotel with ample parking

From the moment we turned into the long driveway leading to the hotel, we felt a feeling of calm almost zen. The hotel is beautiful, and there is a great feeling of peace. The room was fairly large and the bed was comfortable. Service staff were able to speak some limited English. The free coffee in the cafe area by the lobby was a nice touch. Parking was ample, so this hotel is ideal for folks who are driving and therefore don’t need to stay right in the heart of the town. Down the driveway from the hotel there is a convenience store, and near the convenience store, there is an excellent cafe called Blossom with excellent food. There is also a Korean fried chicken place beside Blossom.

The rooms in this hotel are comfortable but small. The rooftop patio is a beautiful place to socialize in the evening. The staff were very patient and helpful in trying to understand out English asked questions. Be sure to enjoy the breakfast buffet. The buffet was not included in our room cost but was well worth the 14 won. It is so much fun to sample many of the foods of South Korea and the fish specialties of Jeju Island that are offered in the buffet. You even can make your own breakfast ramen.

This hotel is in a great location if you like to walk to explore. A beautiful walk down the hill gets you to the harbor, walking bridge and island and Cheonjeyeon Falls. Our room had a beautiful view of Mt. Hallasan. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Seogwipo Olle Market that has many take out restaurants and shopping. There is a convenience store next door to the hotel. We had a rental car and took one day to explore east and one day to explore west on the island. Seogwipo is centrally located if you want to explore Jeju Island.

Lovely to hear chirping of birds and see Mt Hallasan in the distance. Loved the bathtub (great to refresh after walking the Olle trails) and the balcony (soaked in the peace and serenity in early morning). Shower had good water pressure. Bed and pillows were very comfortable.

15 minutes walk to Oedolgae Rock (Trail 7). Several bus stops in vicinity of hotel (1 to 7 min walk) including Buses 201, 202, 615 and 880. CU convenience store located at entrance of hotel (1 min walk) and cold noodles/dumpling/beef stew restaurant on same road as hotel (3 min walk).

My stay at the Park Sunshine was very enjoyable. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The jr. suite had a beautiful view of Seogwipo and the harbor. The room was so nice, I didn't want to leave. However, the hotel is in a great location - walking distance to the fun food streets and markets of Seogwipo, as well as a beautiful park. It is also on Olle trail 7 - it's a great place for trail travelers.

很棒的酒店

這家是這次濟州之旅很滿意的飯店，雖然離市中心有點距離，但開車也不過2分鐘，走路也不過20分鐘，而且周遭就有公園，距離天地淵也不遠，服務人員都很友善，早餐品項雖然不多，但都算美味，下次來西歸浦，我還會選擇這一家飯店。
