The location is good. It's very closed to the water fall, and seaside, only 3 minutes walk. and 15 minutes walk to the shopping area.

Cheap, but beware
Hotel stay was cheap, location was decent, room was large, and there was parking.
The bathroom tile was covered in black mold, so the girl at the front desk told us we could change rooms the next day, but made no mention of how to do so. She saw me the next day and said because we didn't check out of our room at 11 am that we couldn't move rooms, so we ended up staying another night in the same room.
Next day, she says we can change our room, but we need to pack up all of our things by 11 am and can leave our bags at the front reception, but we won't be able to check in to a new room until 3 pm.
We rushed our morning to come back to pack up, but then I noticed a sign that said the front desk was unattended until 3 pm, so I didn't feel comfortable just leaving our bags unattended.
We lugged our stuff around in our car rental until we got back at 4 pm to check in. She was there and quickly gave me a new room key.
We should have just stayed in the original room. The new room's bathroom was more disgusting than the original room. The tile was falling off the wall and there was mold.
We decided it wasn't worth saying anything again because it was our last night.
The next morning around 10:15 am, we were finishing packing up and getting dressed. We said we weren't ready, but the cleaning lady flung the door open. I was standing in my bra, and she didn't just close the door. She moved it to a crack open and kept taking to us. I couldn't believe what was happening.

The hotel is very far from Jeju airport and it is not located near the beaches, the nearest of which is about two-hour ardous bus ride. The rooms are clean and of good size. The breakfast,however, is not self service and is meager that leaves with half empty stomach. They give you one slice of bread and one stick of sausage cut in half. You can drink as much juice and milk though. The staff speaks little English and do not seem to have much knowledge about local transportation and attractions, or maybe they can't communicate the info they have.

Nine Boutique Hotel is a clean and homely hotel. The room is spacious with 2 queen beds. There is free parking within the vicinity and thus is great for those who self drive. How I wish there is more variety in the breakfast as it is the same every morning.

The hotel is super comfortable, beautiful boutique style cafe and ambiance. There were 10 of us in total who really enjoyed our stay here in Jeju. The location was good and staff were super friendly. The rooms were clean and roomy, can ask for extra person's bedding is needed. The chicken place across the street is bomb, must go there!!

I'd like to recommend this hotel strongly.
First of all, its location is near the famous sightseeing attraction 'Olle Market' where you can try various tasty local foods. So you can park your car at this hotel's parking lot for free and then walk to the Olle Market to dine. It is also in front of a harbour and so this hotel building has a great ocean view. The room has a sort of obstructed ocean view. But you can still earn access to the rooftop for viewing the ocean after requesting it to the staffs.
Usually, it is hard to find a reasonably cheap hotel at great locations. But this was an exceptional treasure to find. You can't beat the price. This hotel won't hurt your budget but you will be able to have a happy vacation.

This hotel also included a free breakfast which was a nicely portioned toast every day during my stay.

Nice comfortable hotel near attractions
Stayed for 3 nights, very big room and oversees the fall entrance and near the iconic bridge. Breakfast are included, but menu is the same everyday which can be quite boring for long stay. Nice front desk staff who is also very open to help u order in room meals from the neighborhood. :) love the stay.

Great little gem
We ended up switching to this hotel after the one that we originally booked (Crystal Hotel) gave us a room that reeked of cigarettes and didn't have any other rooms we could switch to. I was nervous about 9 Boutique Hotel because it is quite cheap (I think we paid 44,000 won/night) but it was actually delightful! The front desk staff were friendly and helpful: they let us leave our luggage at the front in the morning before checking in, helped us arrange a taxi to the airport (about 45,000 won - pretty cheap), and answered all the questions they could during our stay. The free breakfast (served between 8am-9am) is quite good! The common area of the hotel is nicely furnished and feels relaxing. The staff allowed us to hang out there to get our bearings before we even checked in later that day. It's pretty close to several good restaurants, as well as the Chonjiyeon Waterfall. The room was clean, spacious, and had great blackout drapes at night. The bed was firm but comfortable. Overall, feel lucky to have found this place!

Pleasant stay at Nine Boutique Hotel
For a hotel in Jeju, especially outside the city its very good. Rooms are spacious and modern. Staff is also service oriented. As we did not want to have traditional Korean breakfast everyday, the lady was very nice to cook and serve us a hearty English breakfast for the last 2 days. IMO my stay here was even more pleasant than my stay in a hotel in Jeju city.

Cheonjiyeon fall is literary right next to the hotel. The property is located away from the busy street, there is a Korean BBQ restaurant specialized in black pork within 3 mins walk of the restaurant. If you walk further, there are other restaurants nearby the hotel, there are also restaurants in the parking lot for the waterfall. Our room was big, and it has a small balcony. There's also a cafe attached to the property.

The room is extremely spacious. The hotel is new and well maintained. The view was pretty decent as well. It is near the main attractions and food shops are just a stone throw away. Price is very reasonable. Overall, great for couples, family and friends.

First night, the room power suddenly gone out. Everything stopped. We had to pull out the power room card and insert it back to restore the power. Few hours later, when I was having my shower, the power is off again!!! I can't see anything in the washroom because no windows or any light. I shouted and no one heard as they felt asleep. I had to 'find' the door in the dark and open a bit to shout again to wake them up. Again, pull out the room card and insert again to restore the power. As it's very late, we didn't request for changing room. My mom get up around 3am and went to the wash room but can't turn on the light. She didn't know the room card problem and try the switch on the wall for a long time and can't make it. So she woke us up and we had to do the same to the room card to restore the power.... When we wake up in the morning, we found the power was off.... That means that night the power was off for at least 4 times. We told the staff in the morning about this and she said she'll change the room for us for the 2nd night. But we have to pack everything into suitcase for them to move for us. And we were moved us to a lower floor room as she said no other room is available. My mom is not happy with this as we stay for 2 nights and she didn't expect to pack and unpack everyday. She then expect they can move us to a higher floor for compensation but they didn't.

The hotel was great! Rooms were large and had a lot of space to move around with a young Child. The complimentary coffee/beer was a welcome treat too! The decor was really nice and the staff were helpful in helping us find the place that we wanted to go despite the language barrier.

It was a short stay and we weren't expecting too much since it was quite affordable. Everything worked out pretty well, pretty close to Olle market where we got our dinner. The only thing that bothered me was the washroom sink drain, it wasn't working very well and left a bit of residue around the sink when drained. Other than that, pretty solid accomodation!

We had a great stay at this hotel. Staff is really nice, but their english is really basic. Great variety of food for breakfast and was included. When we checked in, we received coupons for free americano or draft beer. That was really nice! Room was spacious, bed was fair.

관광지 물가 생각하면 가격이 괜찮은 편인데 주변 다른 모텔이나 호텔보다 외관만 봐도 좋아요 1층에 카페까지 해서 그런가 시설에 신경을 많이 쓴 것 같아용ㅍ안까지 비교할 순 없지만.. 룸 컨디션 깔끔하고 좋네요 추천받아서 간덴데 위치도 올레시장이나 이중섭거리랑 도보 십분정도에요 오르막길이라 좀 힘들었지만.. 조식은 사진보니 가성비 별로인거 같아서 신청 안했어요 어짜피 전날 시장에서 사다놨던거 먹어도 되고 아침일찍 시장이 여니까요! 주변방에 사람이 없었는진 모르겠는데 조용하고 좋았어요 아 테이블크기는 좀 아쉽네요ㅠㅠ

가성비 좋은 호텔이어서 선택했어요. 근데 화장실 수도꼭지의 냉온수 방향이 반대로 되어있어 손에 화상을 입었어요. 방마다 수도꼭지 방향이 제멋대로 인 것 같아요. 숙박하시는 분들은 이 점 참고해서 안전하게 머무시면 좋을 것 같아요.

장급으로 생각하시면 될듯합니다.후기가 좋아 3박 예약을 했는데 방충망은 낡아 갈라져 파리. 모기 방안으로 들어오고 완전 가족들한테 미안해 혼났습니다. 뷰라는건 아예 생각도 마시길. 바로 옆에 여관. ㅇㅇ장 있네요.
