I had a great experience staying at this hotel during my trip to Jeju Island. The location is one of its best features it’s situated in Seogwipo-si, close to many of the island’s top attractions, which made exploring the area super convenient.

There’s a bus stop right in front of the hotel, which was a huge plus for getting around without needing a car. Whether you’re heading to waterfalls, local markets, or coastal walks, everything felt easily accessible.

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The staff were friendly and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a fantastic base for my Jeju adventure, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the island!

Good hotel for city stay

Very clean hotel, comfortable bed, good sized room. I had city view room on level 9 where I could see snow covered mountains. Swimming pool was outdoor and closed for winter. Good location next to food streets and shopping. Check in was easy, very good customer service at check in and staff had fluent English.There is a convenience store on the street level of the hotel and a chicken restaurant.

Hotel in Seogwipo

It's close to waterfalls. In southern tip of Jeju. Was able to use it as base to climb Hallasan. Hallasan entrance is either a 30 minute or 60 minute taxi ride depending on the location of the trailhead. I paid 40 bucks to get to 60 minute trailhead by taxi. The hotel is economical. Prices per night averaged 40 to 50 bucks a night. My stay was in June. Bring your own toiletries. They only replenish water and towels. They have a bottle of shampoo and body wash in the shower. There are a few laundromats in the vicinity. The swimming pool was not in working order during my visit. They have a breakfast buffet for around 15 bucks. The cleanliness of the room was okay. Some reviews I read before booking the place had reviewers complaining about certain things, but I'd say that for the price, it's fine. If you want greeters bowing as you enter, try hotels near the Little Prince Museum near the west side of the island. We saw some upscale hotels there.

Close to public transport stops, cafes and shops. The hotel is large but very quiet and the hotel staff were very polite. There is a convenience store and a cafe bene within the hotel itself and in the basement a gym for customers to use. The room is nice and clean.

No issues with this hotel. I had a great stay. It is less than a 2 minute walk to Ocean Palace Hotel, where my friends stayed and the pick up location for day tours I booked through Viator. Close to the market and restaurants.

The hotel is affordable and at a good location close to shopping and waterfall. Be forewarned, the rooftop pool is only open from 9-6 with last entry at 530. You also required to wear a swim cap. The pool is also only open for 2 months in the summer. I had issues with the booking. Front desk staff was less than helpful with the situation and had a bad attitude. Be warned that Expedia has incorrect listing. There are no mountain view rooms.

The staff is friendly but the hotel is somewhat disappointing. They don’t provide you with any amenities. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash come from one, huge bottle that previous people have used. When we got our room, our bottle was less than half full. You don’t even get a single pen or a notepad to use and when you ask for one at the front desk, they tell you to buy one at the convenience store. The carpets are extremely dirty. There were red stains that my family and I wondered whether it was blood or not. It is even worse in the buffet lounge. But you do get two complementary bottles of water. Overall this hotel isn’t meant for comfort. Just make sure you bring your own amenities, sleep, and check out.

Nice quiet hotel with nice views.

There is a market nearby and a food street as well, you will not have trouble finding food to eat. There is also some tourist spots nearby the hotel and some shops and lots of coffee shops. There is a waterfall near the hotel which is only a few minutes of driving.
the parking entrance is inside an alley, you will need to leave your keys and they'll park the car for you.
I find the staff are not very helpful nor friendly. Maybe it's Korea culture? They don't smile and if you ask them a question, they give very brief answers like they don't want to answer you.

First and foremost, the breakfast buffet didn't have bacon and eggs as advertised, self return of dishes also a bit annoying as there were 4 servers.

Urine on toilet seat of previous guest.

View was nice but miniature compared to advertised photos.

Parking was a disaster. Was told to park 100 meters away for reasons unknown. Fought with parking attendant and ended up parking next to hotel outside.

Bedding, pillows, and bed quite satisfactory. Very comfy and slept well.

Probably wouldn't stay here again as pool was shut down and emptied of water...in September.

The hotel is not really a full fledged 4 star hotel. The room was decent and comfortable. Breakfast was OK but quiet basic. The swimming pool is small, located on the roof and costs and extra payment of about 10$ per person to visit for each entrance. The carpets in the room and hallways are dirty and need replacement. It was a little difficult to find the hotel with the GPS, although it is centrally located and walking distance to the market and harbor. There are lots of place to eat near the hotel and also a western style cafe on the entrance floor.

Only 1 bath towel per couple and then they ran out of bath towels and couldnt give us clean ones. No coffee or tea sachets in the room! Room view was awful.shower leaked into toilet area! No safe.

An Average Hotel to Stay

1. Location is close to shopping. 5 minute walk from the hotel to the shop. Located in street food but the street food is shop concept instead of open area type.
2. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel main enter door. Take Bus No.510 to world cup stadium and the bus stop to the hotel from world cup stadium is located opposite the hotel in front of the petrol station.
3. If driving there is a parking space opposite the hotel next to the petrol station. The petrol station is opposite to the hotel so no problem if car run out of petrol.
4. Free breakfast is given only for 1 time when check in as my booking is no breakfast. Good offer from the hotel. After 8:30am there is no refill for the food so need to get early for the breakfast before ran out of food.
5. Overall stay is good.

Car park was good, automated with a staff keeping ur car n keys. Really fast when collecting the car. Famous waterfalls nearby (5mins drive). Room was decent but not the best, my pillow stinks. ):

방컨디션을 좀더 좋게 청소부분 좀더 신경써주시고, 한 프론트에 엠호텔, 엠스테이 나누어져 있다보니 프론트직원분들이 서로 눈치게임하듯이 기본적인 공동응대를 안해주셔서 처음에 당황했네요. 그리고 체크인관련 전화통화시 응대반응이 퉁명스럽게 하셔서 기분이 좋지 않았습니다

Beetje gedateerd hotel. Kamer bood voldoende maar niet overmatig ruimte voor 4 personen. Het aanbieden van 1 40x60cm handdoekje per persoon vind ik niet van deze tijd. Zwembad oogt op de plaatjes veel groter dan in werkelijkheid maar gaf wel verkoeling en plezier voor een 7-jarige.

위치 완벽, 룸/수영장 청결

얼리 체크인 허용 안해준 것 빼고는 투숙하는 내내 만족스러웠습니다.
수영장도 크지는 않지만 깨끗하게 관리되어 즐겁게 이용할수 있었습미다.
서귀포 내 웬만힌 곳은 도보 나 버스 한번로 갈 수 있어 편안한 여행에 큰 도움이 되었네요.

최악이에요. 몸이 너무 간지러워서 처음엔 건조해서 그런가 했는데 나중에 알고보니 진드기 알레르기였어요. 타올, 침구 등 위생관리가 안되는 거 같고 바닥이 카펫인데 제대로 관리 안하는 듯. 너무 간지러워서 밤에 잠을 못 잘 지경이었어요. 두번 다시 안 갑니다.

주변 인프라는 말 할 필요없이 좋았구요
대신 코드가 다 아랫쪽에 있어서 충전할 물 끓일때마다 바닥에 앉아서 해야하는 불편함이있었고 환기시키려는데 창문이 너무 위험해서 아찔~! 조심해야겠더라구요
전기차충전소도 없고 타워주차장이라 승용 외에는 인근 공영주차장을 이용해야하는 번거로움이 있어 좀 그랬네요

제주20일 살이 숙소중에 가장 좋았어요 . 주변에 걸어서 시장 . 식당등이 가까웠고 마운틴뷰는 최고였습니다.
아쉬웠던 점은 기계식 주차라 조금 걸어서 무료주차장에 세워야 했던것과 바닥이 카펫이라 알러지가 있었던점 빼고는 훌륭한 호텔이었습니다

전 베개 빼곤 다 맘에 들었어요.
(베개가 너무 딱딱해서 숙면을 취하기 힘들었네요 ㅠ)
숙소가 깨끗하고 조용해서 좋구요,
무엇보다 주변 편의시설과 가까워서 너무 좋았습니다.
전 출장 때문에 묵었지만 여행지 숙소로도 최고입니다.
