Nice location, near the Olle Market. Staff very friendly and helpful. Love the attitude of the Ahjuma who we always see in the morning. She may not know how to speak english but she always tries her best to communicate with us. Ahjuma! Thank you so much. The male receptionist in the afternoon is also very nice. Overall, the place may not be the same as the other hotels but the staff is what you will really appreciate here.

My only complaint is that the room is way too hot and even after the manager pulled the plug on the underfloor heating the temperature remained above 26c. Must have amazing insulation! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly! They came out and gave us guidance on how to park. There were only a few parking spots and a bit tricky to navigate into. The property itself was huge and there was a fantastic rooftop area which was great for watching sunsets. The room itself was huge and had two balconies. One small private one, and the other was enormous and shared so you could see into another room. Very centrally located and within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops.

It was a nice hotel I really like how they had separate unlike the other hotels I have reviewed they would only have one room for 3 or 4 people to stay in .

Overall the room size and location were good. The bed bugs were not. I woke up to a number of welts, and a rather dismissive response from the staff. The hotel would only believe there was an issue after visiting a doctor and getting medical confirmation. Given most clinics are closed on a Sunday, and time limitations because of flights, it was essentially a brush off, and refusal to acknowledge the problem.

청결은 훌륭해요. 하지만 슬리퍼는 폐기해야 할 정도로 너덜너덜 해서 보기 흉한데 방문을 열면 바로 보이게 올려 놓았습니다. 그리고 3박 했는데.. 1박 후 재실청소 해 주셨으나, 2박 후에는 잊어버린건지 들어 온 흔적도 없기에, 물이랑 수건만 교체 요청하려고 0번 눌렀지만.. 계속 당분간 사용할 수 없다는 맨트만 나옴. 객실료가 저렴해서 그러려니 하고 말았습니다. 재방문이나 추천은 못하겠어요.

서귀포 시내에 있는 호텔이에요. 시내다보니 확실히 건물자체의 주차공간은 협소한데 바로앞,근처에 무료주차장도 있고 타워주차장도 있어요! 올레시장이랑 가까워서 좋아요. 겉에서 볼땐 약간 모텔 같은 느낌? 이고 들어가보면 모텔을 개조한 건가? 싶기도 한데 룸 자체는 넓고 베란다도 있고 공기도 나쁘지않고 청결하고 다 좋았어요! 마음에 들어요. 로비에 둔 귤 많이 가져가서 먹어도 된다고 하셔서 가져가서 먹었는데 진짜 달고 맛있더라구요.ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 재방문 의사 있습니다!
