The mixed dorm was was very clean and comfortable. The provided usb hub for charging was excellent. The only concern is the lounge was closed at 11pm which was too early with nothing to do around the area.

I was amazed by the hostel setup. There is an indoor and outdoor area for you to relax. I am staying in a mixed dorm which attached to a private bathroom for male and female separately. There are also shared bathrooms and toilets just next to my dorm. The location of the hostel is very near to the city of Seowipo, so there are a lot of nice restaurants, convenient stores and shops nearby. The hostel is also very easy accessible with public buses as there are a few bus stops nearby. In addition, the front desk staff speak very fluent English.

Recommend You Stay @ Mido Hostel
The staff was helpful and polite. They had a solution for any issue or question I had. Mido is also in walking disctance to the water front where you can dine on Food Street and look out at the water, walk across and take pics on the well lit bridge, close to 2 beautiful waterfalls. All 20 minutes or less away. By the second day I knew my way around to navigate solely on public transportation. The location was great for traveling to the Western and Eastern and through the many amazing sites in the Southern region of the island. I used my Tmoney card for the long distance (similar to greyhound and Megabus - in the US); it was very affordable. I took a few cab rides. One was for 30 minutes (from the eastern to the northern region) the cost was under $20. That would NEVER happen in the US on the eastcoast. The hostel's eating area was kept very well and was a comfortable place to meet and dine with other guests. I was able to fill my water bottle up daily with filtered water. I am not used to doing the dishes when I stayed away, but it was cool. The 600 bus stop is only 12 minutes from the hostel location, but download Mas.Me before heading to Jeju so that you can navigate yourself there. I arrived after dark and needed specific directions to walk. I ended up going into the Sun Beach Hotel to request directions. I would stay at Mido again if I were to return to Seogwipo.

Privacy is good even in dorm rooms each bunk has a curtain, light, hook, tiny shelf for phone, book and water bottle, and plug.
Leaving early, 8am, for waterfalls is recommended if you want a bit more peace and less crowded.

Très bon séjour au global, hôtel jeune avec une décoration moderne et trendy, bien situé. 1 boisson/personne/nuit offerte ! Tout était parfait sauf le petit déjeuner qui pourrait être amélioré simplement en offrant gratuitement le café. Petite note négative pour le matelas trop dur pour nous.

그냥 하루 숙박만 혼자 했습니다. 4인실 사용했는데, 그냥 하루 묶고 가기엔 깔끔해요~ 근데 짐을 풀고 하기엔 약간 공간이 좁았어요. 도심에 있어서 객실이나 욕실이 넓직하진 않지만 괜찮았어요. 보통 남자들은 군대 다녀왔으니 혼자 이용하기엔 불편 없을듯해요. 바다 가까워서 또 좋았어요.

두번째 방문입니다
혼성 도미토리에서 묵었는데 첫날 밤에 하수구냄새같은게 올라와 한동안 힘들었습니다. 화장실에서 나는건 아닌것같은데 다행히 둘째날에는 괜찮더군요. 이외에는 시설물 관리도 잘되어있고 숙소도 청결합니다. 투숙객들간에 매너도 잘 지켜지고, 공용공간이 잘 마련되어있어 휴식을 취하기 좋습니다. 서귀포 주요 관광지와도 가까워서 다음 여행에도 또 예약할듯해요

평가와 가격이 메리트가 있어 선택했습니다. 대중교통 접근성도 좋아서 차가 없어도 가기 좋을거같아요. 근처 올레시장이 걸어서 2분 거리에 있어서 유명한 맛집들도 많고요. 가벼운 짐과 가벼운 마음으로 제주를 방문할때 정말 딱 좋은 곳입니다. 8인실에 묵었는데 서로 배려도 잘 해주시고, 규칙이 있지만 어렵게 숙지 하지 않아도 어떤것들만 조심하면 될지 눈에 보입니다. 다음에 또 갈 기회가 되면 방문할께요.

좋은 숙소였습니다
일단 주변에 올레시장이 있고 교통편이 편리하였습니다. 저녁마다 영화를 틀어줘서 맥주한캔과함께 감상하는 영화도 즐거웠습니다.
다만 사람들이 많이 이용하다보니 친구들과함께 도미토리에 온사람들이 소등시간 이후에도 떠들어서 잠들기 힘들때도 있었습니다. 그외 모든시설은 깨끗하고 좋습니다

A good choice for a bed with low price. Concise & tidy environment. Not tidy up bed everyday. Staffs are not too active but they are polite. To sum up, Mido is not as good as online comments but it is not bad.
