I cannot stress how much I do not recommend this hotel!
Positives: air conditioning worked very well, the bathroom amenities were sufficient and the view from the room was nice

I cannot stress how much I do not recommend this hotel! I only ended up staying for 1/4 nights that I booked here. There was no staff available for check-in, at the reception desk or anywhere else. Guests are expected to call someone over the phone to check in, and the key cards for the room are left out on the reception desk to pick up yourself - this did not make me feel safe; How does the hotel know who is coming in and out of their rooms?

You can get help from the front desk staff in almost everything. He explained to me in very details on how to get to those close scenic spots. He also introduced me some good restaurants nearby.

Friendly staff but speak limited English. Good value. Rooms are ok and beds were actually comfortable. Nice window view of lush greenery. Dim lighting in bathroom and towels are small. There was a strange smell around the same time everyday but then it would go away. Not sure of cause. You would definitely need a rental car or driver to get to newer parts of Seogwipo and areas of Jeju.

I really liked the hotel. Overall, it's so clean, room is big and comfortable, staffs are super friendly and helpful... But if there is the only thing I think it would be better for the hotel if they can speak English. It was ok for me cuz I could understand some Korean, but I think the hotel is perfect even for foreigners, so they should have Wnglish available for foreigners like me. Other than that, my mom and I loved the hotel. Perfect for family trip, and for solo travelers who want to explore the countryside side of Jeju. There are many good local restaurants which are about 8~10 mins walking. There's one Black pork BBQ but I dont rememeber the name, it's painted in black, close to New Kyungnam Hotel, everyone should go there. We even came back to that restaurant twice in our 2 day staying there.

The hotel did not have ocean or mountain view as advertised. I had a hole in the wall and there were no bath/body towels, only hand towels. The staff were not friendly. I would not recommend this hotel.

It was a pretty good stay at Poong Gyung. Convenient location, extremely near to attractions such as Cheonjiyeon Falls. Except for the small leak at the basin area, overall cleanliness and room was good. Would love to visit again!

체크인-아웃시 리셉션 응대자가 없어서 당황했습니다. 체크인시 담당자와 통화해야 체크인이 되는 시스템입니다. 객실에 비해 외부 주차공간이 적어서 자리났을때 호다닥 주차해야하는 편. 객실자체는 만족합니다. 한라산뷰 예상했는데 시티뷰+호텔 바로앞 호수뷰 기대와는 달라서 조금 아쉬웠습니다.

무엇보다 보안이 너무 그랬습니다. 우선 처음 입실한 분이라면 발코니 확인하십시오. 잠겨있지 않습니다. 제가 확인하지 않았다면 잠그지 않고 잤을겁니다. 그리고 문에 보조 잠금키가 없습니다. 마스터키 하나면 다 열리는 문이 여자들끼리 갔는데 어찌나 불안하던지요... 그리고 위에도 말했듯이 잠깐 외출했다가 일찍 들어왔는데 저희 층 방 문들이 전부 활짝 열려있었습니다. 저희 방쪽으로 가는데 남의 방 가방이며 옷들, 소지품이 널려있는 것까지 다 보이더라구요. 사람은 없었습니다. 아니 어찌나 당황스럽던지... 남의 물건이 그대로 있는 방들의 문을 다 활짝 열어놓고 사람은 보이지도 않았습니다. 너무 찝찝하고 기분 나빠서 방으로 뛰어 들어갔는데 다행히 저흰 가방 문을 다 잠그고 나가서 다행이었죠.기본적인 보안 개념이 없나 라는 생각을 했습니다. 여기 숙소에 지내신다면 자기 물건 모두 제대로 챙겨놓고 외출 해야 하니 이 점 유의하시기 바랍니다.
이 금액과 거의 비슷한 대의 다른 숙소가 있었는데 그 쪽으로 할 걸 그랬습니다. 저희 쪽은 뷰도 별로여서 왜 풍경호텔인지 의문이었다는....

무엇보다 보안이 너무 그랬습니다. 우선 처음 입실한 분이라면 발코니 확인하십시오. 잠겨있지 않습니다. 제가 확인하지 않았다면 잠그지 않고 잤을겁니다. 그리고 문에 보조 잠금키가 없습니다. 마스터키 하나면 다 열리는 문이 여자들끼리 갔는데 어찌나 불안하던지요... 그리고 위에도 말했듯이 잠깐 외출했다가 일찍 들어왔는데 저희 층 방 문들이 전부 활짝 열려있었습니다. 저희 방쪽으로 가는데 남의 방 가방이며 옷들, 소지품이 널려있는 것까지 다 보이더라구요. 사람은 없었습니다. 아니 어찌나 당황스럽던지... 남의 물건이 그대로 있는 방들의 문을 다 활짝 열어놓고 사람은 보이지도 않았습니다. 너무 찝찝하고 기분 나빠서 방으로 뛰어 들어갔는데 다행히 저흰 가방 문을 다 잠그고 나가서 다행이었죠.기본적인 보안 개념이 없나 라는 생각을 했습니다. 여기 숙소에 지내신다면 자기 물건 모두 제대로 챙겨놓고 외출 해야 하니 이 점 유의하시기 바랍니다.

풍경호텔을 예약했으나 당일 3시간 전에 안내 전화가 와서 알겠다고 하고 갔더니

ホテルから西帰浦市内まではタクシーで5分くらいで行けるのでとても便利でした。

신관의 위치는 좋으나 호텔 facility는 모두 모텔..

본관과 신관으로 구분되어 있는데 황우지 해안 스노쿨링이 목적이신 분들은 신관 숙박 강추 합니다. 걸어서 다녀올 수 있는 거리에 있습니다. 사장님 너무 친절하시고 신관 오션뷰도 나오고 올레 시장 및 천지연 폭포도 차량으로 금방이라 아주 만족하며 지냈습니다. 사진엔 없지만 저희가 머문 신관은 복층이라 밑에는 더블침대 위에는 개인 매트 2장으로 애들 있는 4명 가족도 머물 수 있게 되어 있네요. 이런 부분이 왜 사진으로 없는지 안타깝네요. 아무튼 너무 잘 지내고 돌아갑니다~
