호텔로 들어오는 바다가 보이는 전경이 너무 예쁩니다. 왔다갔다하면서 늘 즐거웠어요. 호텔은 전반적으로 다 깨끗하고 분위기가 좋습니다. 침대와 침구가 좋아서 3박4일 내내 잘잤어요. 방에서 보이는 수영장과 바다뷰도 좋습니다. 다음에도 중문은 반드시 이 호텔에서 묵으려고 합니다.

온수풀은 생각보다 조금 작았지만, 따뜻하고 좋았어요. 입구 부분은 얕아서 어린이들이 놀기 좋겠지만 어른들은 수영할 공간이 좀 작습니다.

play room이 있어서 pool game 했습니다. 포켓다이는 깨끗했지만 로비에서 따로 보관했다는 공이 너무 더럽고 오래된 느낌이어서 약간 아쉬웠습니다.

주변에 가볼곳이 많아서 호텔내에서 식사를 못해봤네요..다음번에 ^^

I am uncertain as to how to rate this hotel. One impression we had was that this hotel was understaffed and shorthanded. We arrived in the midst of a minor situation having lost some of our luggage on the way from the airport. With lots of help from someone in the bus terminal and a bit of coordination from the hotel front desk we located our luggage and formulated a plan for retrieval.

This involved going to the bus station, about a 30 minute walk, relatively late at night. We were hoping the hotel might offer a shuttle van to help us get our luggage, which would have the proper response from a 4-5 star hotel, but they didn't. So we ended up walking.

There were other similar instances where the service came up short, and it just felt like they were understaffed.

The room itself was nice enough and featured a separate jacuzzi bathtub with a view of the pool/ocean. That was a nice touch. The outdoor pool was warm enough for winter swimming, as advertised, and this was also very pleasant.

We tried the room service once, which was quite good, but expensive as other reviewers have noted. There isn't very much around the hotel in terms of shops or restaurants, but there is a convenience store almost across the street. This was super helpful.

Overall, we might try this property again if we are in Jeju, but it might better to try a different property that might be better staffed.

The staff was really nice and available 24hrs. The room was very spacious, clean, and luxurious. They also provide free laundry self-service with complimentary laundry detergent. Be warned that the machine (dryer mainly) is on the small side (in comparison to the ones in US at least) so you should only wash thinner pieces of clothing that dries quickly with it. Otherwise, you can also utilize the drying racks they peovide in the rooms. Overall, really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful hotel. View from our room was incredible, and amazing to have our own jacuzzi with that view. It is a smaller hotel which suited us, so it was quiet but with lots of nice restaurants and cafes a few minutes walk away (the restaurant round the corner with boar photo on the outside had the best bbq we had in Korea, and found out later it is award winning). Staff are very nice and attentive. Loved the little touches e.g. they had set up the traditional korean games featured in squid games to try out in the games room. Breakfast was very varied too. We wish we could have stayed for longer!

The property is new and quite a bit of distance from the airport. The rooms are clean and spacious with in-room Jacuzzi. The rooms have a sea view and it’s great for couples planning to spend romantic holiday in Jeju. On the flip side, the breakfast has largely Korean options. The swimming pool is something to talk about but fitness centre and other amenities are quite average. Everything is chargeable including the delayed checkout (charged by the hour).

GoldOne Hotel was home for our family of five adults for three beautiful days while exploring the southern and eastern coasts of Jeju.The staff were so friendly and helpful. So nice to float in the pool after a day of hiking, touring. The restaurant was quiet at night and I enjoyed that. The Kimchi Ramen soup was my favorite!

It’s cool. If you are looking for a quieter spot close to beach it’s good. But there’s nothing around the hotel for walking except a few cafes.
The pool is nice. The gym is not good just treadmills. Parking was good. Overall good place for quietness.

If I could have given extra stars for service, I would have. The staff of this hotel is amazing. They are helpful, super accommodating, and the friendliest people you can wish for on your stay.
Remember to take the breakfast buffet, it's amazing and worth the additional cost. My only negative would be that the hotel could use some modernization and overall touch-ups, and the fitness room is below par.

The hotel is in Seogwipo, the South part of the island, approx. 55 min drive from Jeju City airport. The area is quiet and secluded, but this also means there is a drive to get anywhere. The closest sandy beach is a 20 min drive. Given the location, a car is really needed. We didn’t have one and Uber-ed everywhere which can get expensive. The hotel while older, is quite beautiful, especially inside - the rooms and lobby decor are sparkling. The pool area outside can use some updating, especially the lounge chairs and umbrellas. The breakfast was very good, lots of choices both Korean and Western. The hotel also has nice facilities including a gym and a playroom for children. In addition, it has free laundry which is unique for hotels. We really enjoyed our time there and the staff was always attentive to our needs and helpful.

I had a great stay overall with no major issues or complaints. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and hospitable, which made the experience even more pleasant. The location is excellent—close to several attractions and just a 10-minute walk to the beach. While the walk to the beach includes a small hike, it’s a scenic and enjoyable route.
The food options at the hotel were somewhat limited, but they seemed suitable for visitors who prefer dining out. One standout aspect was the driver provided by the hotel, Mr. Park. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and made our local travel smooth and enjoyable.
The pool was nice and inviting, though I did notice some algae floating and along the walls, which raised a bit of concern about maintenance. The rooftop garden on the 6th floor was a lovely spot to relax and unwind.
Overall, a good experience with a few minor areas for improvement. Would recommend for a comfortable and friendly stay.

Amazing place to stay!

We loved our stay at GoldOne Hotel & Suites. One of the days we were there, I stayed at the hotel for most of the day doing laundry and relaxing. My spouse was hiking up mount Hallasan. I was not doing an 8 1/2 hike up the mountain so I stayed behind. The two ladies down at the front desk and coffee bar were SO SO nice and helpful. They found out I spoke some Korean, so they insisted on helping me remember more of my language skills. They made me speak to them all day in Korean and helped me with phrases I could not remember to say. I cannot thank them enough for how much fun I had that day. They even both gathered to say goodbye to us the next morning when we checked out! We loved the location of the hotel and the room was so nice and comfortable. We played table tennis in the game room one night and also ate one of our meals in the hotel restraint. Great food! If you are going to Jeju, STAY HERE!

The room was spacious and clean. The jacuzzi, however, was placed in an odd spot by the window overlooking the pool—great in theory, but in practice we had to keep the blinds down for privacy, which took away the “view” experience (unless you’re comfortable using it in a swimsuit). The floors were slightly squeaky. On a brighter note, we had dinner at the Italian restaurant on-site, and the Aglio Olio was absolutely delicious—one of the best I’ve ever had! Free parking and free laundry were also great perks.

Poor service, lack of acknowledgement of VIP Access benefits which are deliberately refused at this hotel. Everything is run down and in need of maintenance. Air condition control lights are the brightest I have ever seen in a hotel effectively lighting up the entire room, which ruins your sleep. Stay clear of this hotel!

Front desk check in was a little chaotic, & we were asked about how we wanted our eggs cooked at breakfast. That was a bit odd. The manager Mr Son was very nice & so were the servers in restaurants & front desk personnel. Hotel needs some updates, it's like decor back in the 70's. Breakfast items can be improved, as the set menu with steak & eggs everyday were too heavy. There was a good bbq restaurant near by, otherwise it's a 15 minutes walk to local restaurants

I was honestly impressed by how uniquely the hotel expresses its own brand identity.
The ocean view was amazing, and the spacious rooms, along with the pool and gym, really showed how much they care about the guests.

Upon arrival, Bomi with concierge was exceptional. She welcomed us with open arms, even upgrading our original garden view room to an ocean view room. Each time we stepped into the lobby, she was instantly ready to accommodate any need we had, from pool towels (for the outdoor heated pool) to dinner plans. If the experience stopped there, it would be 5-star! But there’s more!

Our room was perfection, with grand touches, such as heated toilet seats, personal jacuzzi and complimentary items (robes, slippers, bottled water, tea and coffee). The bedding was quite comfortable, and the view of Beomseom Island in the East China Sea from the room matched the relaxation that came with the sound of the ocean within walking distance of Gold One Hotel.

We chose dinner at the La Scala Restaurant with top notch service and delicious BBQ platter and mushroom soup. Breakfast the next morning included a vast variety of food, served with coffee and tangerine juice.

If our travels return us to Jeju Island, we will certainly look to make reservation once again at Gold One! Thank you!!

This hotel was underwhelming. It’s clean and the staff are pleasant but the location isn’t ideal for those looking to explore the area on foot. The hotel is a bit run down with a musty smell and during the offseason the hotel doesn’t offer much in terms of dining options particularly at breakfast. All nearby cafes aren’t open until mid morning. It may be better during the summer but if coming during the off-season you can probably find something better.

What we like:
- Rooms are spacious and well equipped. There is even a jacuzzi.
- Ocean facing with a great view at dawn.
- ample parking and EV charging points available.
- Free usage of washing machine and dryers
- Short drive to major attractions like Jeongbang Falls, Marilyn Olle Market and Seogwipo World Cup Stadium
- Many cafes, restaurants and dining options within a short drive away
- Staff are friendly and helpful

We travelled to Jeju in the off-season and despite it appearing as if rooms were available, we did not receive our Expedia VIP gold room upgrade. We were told by the hotel staff that \"the hotel does not honour Expedia room upgrades.\" We understand its not guaranteed but it doesnt seem fair when there's rooms available and we selected the hotel for that benefit. That being said the spa on the balcony was amazing! The female receptionist was exceptionally helpful.

The toilet flushing wasn’t working with the console so we had to flush from behind the toilet, pushing the button in and it was quite a dirty feel, staff were informed and they fixed it the next day but asked us to deal with it for the first day rather than change rooms. Enjoyed the spa in the room, and the location was quite good, being close enough to the city and other activities to the west.

The hotel was nice, clean and close enough to shopping and restaurants - some on foot, otherwise by a quick taxi ride. What stood out more than anything was the excellent staff! Especially 보미 and 연아! They took so much time to explain sites and options around the area and give recommendations for food and activities. And they were friendly and interested in our adventures as well. They made the hotel special. Of course the view sitting in the tub looking out onto the ocean was pretty amazing also!

This property has a lovely outlook. The property itself is a little tired in places. We had a 2 bedroom suite which was great. Our balcony view was great. There was a washing machine and dryer free to use. What was standout of this hotel was the staff - they were so friendly and helpful! We ate in the restaurant for one lunch. The staff at this resort was unbelievable. They were very friendly and accommodating & hospitable. The breakfast was delicious and there is a nearby convenience store and dining options, if you like raw fish or Korean barbecue. The pool was great… But the only drawback was the facilities were a bit outdated. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place to stay at Jeju Island!

Love the property! The staffs are so nice and accommodating. The aesthetic is excellent. Make sure to book your transportation plans to see other places though.

The hotel itself was wonderful. My room was spacious, clean, and in excellent condition. I highly recommend. The restaurant didn't really have a lot of options and kind of overpriced, but besides that, everything else was wonderful.

wonderful hotel with great views and rooms.

It is an amazing and quiet hotel with a beautiful view on the sea. The location is perfect and the rooms are big and confortable. The swimming pool with the sea view is also a great touch to the stay.
