Peaceful area and spacious room with friendly staf

Not really a sea view, was sideways on so you had to stick your head out the window to see the seaview. Room was spacious and clean and the staff were very friendly. Good bus links and restaurants nearby with a 7/11 across the road and a small convenience store by reception. The area was very quiet so we slept well.

The best part of the Eastern Hotel is the price. It is a small room with fewer amenities and unfriendly front desk people, but you can stay here for affordable prices. Young front desk staff were very unfriendly and so ignorant when asked which restaurants were recommended. The room was so hot but you could turn the AC. I don't think that the hotel restaurant is good (I didn't try), you can walk down 10 mins to find good restaurants.

Très bien

La chambre est très grande. J'avais vue sur la mer.
Le lit double est immense alors c'était très confortable.
Il y a un service payant pour utiliser machine à laver et sèche linge. C'est un service super pratique pour amener moins de vêtements avec soi.

가격대비 호텔의 만족도는 충분히 인정합니다
하지만 첫 인상인 호텔 프론트 남자 직원의 응대는 좀 아쉽습니다

저녘 체크인때 응대했던 남직원은 서비스 마인드를 좀더 고취 시켰으면 좋겠습니다
손님 질문과 응대에 무뚝뚝함과 그리고 권위 의식을 가지고 고객을 대한다면
서비스에 특화된 호텔의 품격과 퀄리티를 하락 시킬것입니다.

반면 다음날 오전 체크 아웃할때 나이드신 여자 직원분의 상냥한 말투와 미소는
하룻밤 가졌던 불편한 감정을 누그려트릴 정도로 기분좋은 응대였습니다.

한마디 다정한 말과 미소 친절함이 고객 마음을 이렇게 바꿀수 있습니다.

다음 방문시 이런점을 고쳐주시면 더많은 고객으로 부터 인정받고 번창하는 호텔이 될듯 합니다

편안한 제주여행시 도움이 되는 호텔이었어요^^

제주 여행시 숙소에 대한 여러 생각이 드는데 개인적으로 호텔이용시 여러 부대시설을 잘 사용하지 않은 1일으로 저같은 숙박객은 적합한 호텔이라고 생각합니다.룸 업그레이드를 해주셔서 바다전망, 넓은 침대로 숙박할 수 있어서 감사드리고 주차장이 추가로 되어 있지만 1~2분 거리여서 불편하지는 않았습니다.

1층 행인들의 담배매연과 인근 피트니스에서의 운동소리가 새벽에 들려 놀라기도 했지만 대체로 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다. 코로나에 대한 일상접근도 많이 완화되었는데 아침 조식 신청에 대한 의견을 드립니다.

어둡고 낡았지만 뷰는 좋은곳

간접조명 밖에 없어서 굉장히 어둡고 낙후되었으나 관리가 전혀 안되고 있는 느낌. 침대도 최악이였고 슬리퍼도 굉장히 지저분했으나 모든걸 상쇄시키는 뷰.

저렴한가격에 깨끗하긴하지만 주차가 기계주차라 조금 불편하고 호텔내 편의시설이 거의 전무하다시피 해서 모든걸 밖에나가서 해결해야하는게 좀 불편한거 빼곤 나름 괜찮아요
지하에 식당도 있는거같던데 간단한 조식이라도 먹을수 있었음 더 좋았을꺼 같네요

방은 깨끗하고 심플합니다. 냉난방작동잘되고 조용하고 가격에 비해서 편안합니다. 다만 냉장고에 물2병이 다고 커피나 차종류 없습니다. 외부주차장이 너무 외진곳에 떨어져 있어 불편했고 편의점도 길건너편까지 가야해서 좀 불편. 업무용으로 숙박하기에는 좋으나 가족과 여행시 숙소로는 비추

서귀포 신도시 윗쪽에 위치하고 있어 바다전망이 좋으며 룸에서 일출도 볼수있다. 단 주차장이 좁고 별도 주차장이 떨어져있다. 주변 식사거리 차로 5분거리에 있다.

아쉬운 부분도 있지만 괜찮은 숙소입니다.

새로지은 호텔이 아닌 기존호텔의 업체가 바뀐 것 같습니다.
편의점이 가깝고 시설도 좋은편이나 침구류에 머리카락과 먼지가 좀 있었습니다.
화장실은 샤워부스와 세면대 모두 깨끗했습니다.
객실별 뷰차이가 심하니 예약 시 오션뷰 체크를 하시고,
주차가 기계식이라 대형 SUV나 경차는 주차에 제약이 있는점 참고하시면 좋을것 같습니다.

짱!

SUV라 기계식 주차장 이용못해 외부주차장을 이용해야했는데, 짐이없으면 걸을만한 거리지만 짐이 많을땐 힘든 길이었습니다.
그 외 직원분들은 친절했고 세탁시설과 작은 헬스장, 매일 해주는 하우스키핑이 너무 맘에 들었네요.
처음에 뷰가 아무것도 없는곳이라 사이드오션뷰로 업그레이드 했는데 역시 뷰가 조금이라도 있는게 안답답한것 같아요.
주변에 편의시설, 식당도 많고
이 가격에 이정도 퀄리티라는게 믿기지 않네요 ㅎㅎ

성수기에 싸게 잘 머물다 갔음. 저가호텔이라 서비스랄건 없지만… 일회용품은 비누랑 샤워캡 정도이고 비누도 숙박기간내에는 다시 안줌. 티나 커피 제공 없음. 매일 생수2병, 타월 교체해주고 지하에 무료로 이용할수있는 세탁기, 건조기 있음. 주차타워 빼는데 시간 좀 걸림. 제일 저렴한 객실이라 뷰 없음 옆건물 창문이랑 완전 맞닿음. 직원분들 친절하심.

이번에 남편과 이민을 가기전 자매들과 여행을 다녀왔어요
가격이 저렴해서 큰 기대는 안하고 간 호텔이었습니다
그런데 직원분들이 다 친절하고 숙소는 쾌적했습니다
