Everything!! The staff, the room and all the hotel public spaces. Unfortunately the pool was closed , but we knew in advance. They are giving the hotel a facade upgrade. What a beautiful hotel, absolutely loved our one night stay. Everything was top class 10/10.

We were disappointed with several aspects of our stay.

Water leaked out of the shower stall every time we used it, even though the door was properly closed, leaving the bathroom floor completely wet after each shower.

The pillows were inconsistent in size. Two were unusually large and square, and uncomfortable, more like cushions, while the other two were regular pillows (which was good).

Additionally, we requested to exchange SGD 200 to Indian rupees. The front desk informed us that only SGD 50 could be exchanged due to limited availability, at a rate of 66. We agreed, but were given only 3,000 Indian rupees and told that no more currency was available. This was disappointing for a hotel of this standard. As we were in a rush, we accepted it.

Overall, our experience did not meet expectations.

Pullman proved to be an ideal haven for us to recharge before embarking on a long international flight. Our stay was delightful, with plenty of opportunities to bond as a family within the hotel's comfortable confines, as well as explore the nearby shopping mall for some last-minute retail therapy. The hotel's thoughtful approach to room service was also a highlight, with a menu tailored to alleviate the stresses of jet lag and cater to families' diverse tastes. We're already looking forward to our next stay at Pullman on our future travels to India.

This is an amazing place to stay. The room was emasculate, the bathtub in addition to the shower was so relaxing, and Aerocity is a great place to stay, many great restaurants and you have easy access to the metro to go and see the sites. I highly recommend! I even left my AirPods by mistake and they helped me retrieve them.

Room was good, clean. Staff was ‘able to help’ when I wrote to ask about the spa services. The pool is closed for renovation and the sauna was out of order.

There was a conference while I was there so more that half the lobby was not accessible and the restaurant was closed on specific days.

The food at the executive lounge, the staff there and at the spa was good. The receptionist could barely be hear / hear me due to the noise from conference attendees who were always in the lobby whenever I left or returned to hotel.

There was a conference going on during my stay there. Overwhelming crowd everywhere and the restaurants were closed. I wish they would have informed me earlier. I wouldn’t have stayed there during this time.

Check in was quick and efficient. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was excellent. Housekeeping was efficient and unobtrusive. The breakfast buffet was superb.
The only minor hitch was the room key stopped working almost every day and I had to come down to the reception and have it reset each time.

Very comfy rooms and beds, the Club room access is worth paying for, peaceful lounge area, not too big, would be great for single travellers. Food and drink options good.
Great proximity for the airport as Delhi traffic is atrocious. The area is being developed atm so lots of building work nearby; pool was closed while we were there for this reason.

Breakfast had a wide choice of tasty foods, fresh croissants, live stations etc.
Close to DEL which saves hige amount of time with Delhi traffic.
Staying in a Club room next week, hope it's as good.

Buffet was INR2000 plus. I ordered an omelette with tea and was charged INR1800! How can that be justified?

In the evening I had a soup. The charge was almost INT1000!

The taxi service for a 10 minute drive was INR2424!!

Total rip off! Even The Lemon Tree and other hotels have complimentary airport transfers

Will never stay here again!

The air conditioning was the worst I’ve ever experienced! Had to request for a fan! First time I’ve ever paid money to sleep with a fan in the hotel. Lighting was useless. Couldn’t get ready because the room hardly had any proper lighting. Highly highly disappointed this time!
Would definitely consider a different hotel in Aerocity next time. Wish I could’ve gotten a refund back especially for sleeping with a fan in the room!

Generally, poor and mediocre service. However, the duty manager made it by arranging a free meal for me (I insisted to pay) after 3 back to back frustrating experiences at its Asian restaurant.

Nevertheless, all those frustrations were forgotten after the hotel called me to inform that I had left my valuables In the safe (including my passport). Their prompt action in safekeeping the same until I returned to Delhi after 3 days was a wonderful feeling for which I am grateful. This was done despite the fact that we were not going to staying there during our return trip through Delhi. Full marks for their professional handling of this situation.

Pullman Aero-trocity: worst experience in 15 yrs

Appalling experience: Smoking Rooms, Dripping Toilets, and Zero Help

I stayed at the Pullman New Delhi Aerocity from 15–17 July, and in 15 years of frequent international travel, I have never been treated so poorly.

Before arrival, I emailed about my late check-in due to a 2:30 AM flight — no reply. I had to call (at international rates) to confirm they’d hold the booking.

I arrived at 3:50 AM to a disorganised 20-minute check-in, despite being the only guest. Staff were distracted, some on their phones, and no one from the concierge team offered the usual welcome or point of contact.

I was assigned a twin smoking room, despite paying for a non-smoking king. The room reeked of cigarette smoke and was clearly in poor condition, with a stained bath. When I asked to change, I stood another 20 minutes at reception with no solution and, exhausted, had no choice but to stay the night. Only later did I discover the toilet had a constant drip that echoed through the room all night.

At 8 AM, desperate to shower and prepare for a 9 AM meeting, I again requested a room change — was told to wait. Only when I packed my bags and firmly insisted was I finally given the room I had booked.

Checkout was cold and uninterested. I was spoken to without eye contact, not asked how my stay was, and when I raised my experience, staff showed no care.

It honestly felt like Accor has entered the five-star, high-cost hostel game — just without telling the guests. I will not be returning.

The hotel is doing major outdoor renovation which can be heard in the rooms. Even after changing to another room it could still be heard. They only do the during day time, but if you plan to do work at the room its very annoying.

We had to call several times the reception to get things done. For example we needed to call 3 times to get plates in the room.

We needed to extend the stay for half a day and they said the room is not available. After several request all of a sudden they gave the room. I felt that they didn’t want us a guest.

This hotel is in a great location near the airport, which is very convenient for business travel. The meeting rooms are pleasant, the staff is friendly and helpful, and everything is clean and well-maintained. The food is average to good by hotel standards.

However, the decor is noticeably dated, and the rooms are quite dark due to insufficient lighting. While it’s a reliable option, I’d likely choose a more modern hotel next time if available.

we made use of the Gym which was very well equipped and the lovely outdoor swimming pool.

Unbearably noisy stay

We checked in for a 7 hour stay to bathe and sleep prior to a 26 hour journey home. We were unable to sleep due to incessant blasting music that literally vibrated the building and our room for 6 hours. Not sure what event was on but it was unacceptable as a hotel resident.
Additionally, upon checkout, we were overcharged by 20,000 rupees by a rather incompetent desk clerk including the room and meal charges for a fellow traveller on a separate booking. This was credited and corrected several hours later when objections to the bill were lodged.

When booking this hotel the details state that the hotel provides airport transfers. Please note that this is misleading as they call a taxi for you for your account. This is not a courtesy hotel service!

Flying in from Paris, with a scheduled morning meeting in the city, I appreciated very much the early morning check-in so could have a quick shower prior to my meeting.
At the other hand, earlier airport pickup requested through Expedia email did not seem to have reached the hotel staff. Subsequently, hotel staff was very helpful in rectifying the situation and promptly sending out a car to pick me up.

the check in and check out process is painfully slow. I dont even know why. 10s of their staff would be loitering around but it takes them 30 mins to check in and check out. I dont understand. the room smelt of urine may be because we were in two twin bed room which may have been used by kids but there has to be way to get rid of the smell. Great property in Aerocity. Close to airport within 15 min. The hotel has decent amenities and a good buffet. Price is more reasonable amongst the other five star Aerocity Hotels. If your looking for a decent hotel in Aerocity with 5 star amenities than you’ll be fine at the Pullman. If you want more bells and whistles than consider the other 5 star hotels in the area but for me it was fine and I will be coming back.

Wonderful experience. After spending 2 weeks in 1 star hotels in Tamil Nadu, Pullman Aerocity was the medicine and nurture I needed. I especially make commendations to the head concierge, who went out of his way to assist me. I used the Spa and Salon for the best facial Ive ever had. The buffet dinner and breakfast was beyond compare. Sumptuous bedding and towels. I languished in the super deep king bath. Only 10 minutes drive from domestic terminal. Typical 5 star cost but worth every dollar as a luxury splurge.
