Roseate House is a beautiful hotel with all the amenities you’d expect from a high-end property. The rooms are elegant, the service is courteous, and the atmosphere is calm and welcoming — exactly what a traveler hopes for near the airport.

That said, I was quite frustrated by the lack of flexibility around accessing amenities, particularly the business center. As someone traveling across time zones, I needed a quiet space to work outside of typical office hours, but the staff were unable to open the business center or find a workable solution. For an airport or transit hotel that caters to international travelers, this kind of flexibility is essential.

Overall, it’s a lovely property with great potential — but I hope the management reconsiders the accessibility of amenities to better serve guests who are on different schedules.

I booked and paid for a five star hotel, but instead ended up with motel experience. The room needed renovation badly. The bathroom was terrible with the sewer drain smelling up the whole room. The chemicals used to clean the room or hide the smell ended up causing us allergies.

Plus, the location is unbeatable. Situated in Aerocity, New Delhi, just five minutes from the airport, it offers seamless convenience for travelers. Lots of cafes and restaurant's catering to a variety of tastes and preferences.

After multiple stays, I will always come back to Roseate House!

Reception staff needs better grooming .lack hospitality and warmness .check in and out took too much time inspite of all follow ups. This hotel is very close to the airport. It is conveniently located to shopping and dining in Aerocity, however at the time we visited there was construction going on and a lot of tar was being used. Inside the hotel it was great, but near the hotel Aerocity was badly polluted due to the fact that hot tar was being used. The breakfast buffet is very good, and this is one reason why I chose to stay in the hotel for a second time. I am sure that once the construction in the mall is finished, the environment outside will be better.

Roseate is a polished, five-star hotel professional, luxurious, and well-run but it gave me the same feeling as George Clooney's character in Up in the Air: everything works, but it's not especially enjoyable. The spa was excellent, with a great massage and sauna setup. Still, the dark color scheme and heavy design made the hotel feel more corporate than relaxing.
Considering it's in Aerocity, where there's not much to do, and plenty of cheaper, perfectly good hotels nearby, you might want to save your five-star splurge for somewhere more memorable.

Stayed here for the second time and it was worth it! The place is clean and quiet which is critical for anyone just trying to catch some rest before or after the long flight. The staff was excellent! Forgot the young woman's name who helped me check - in, Sandhya, Saloni or something like that. Sorry, can't recall but she was great and did a very quick check in. The room was very clean and housekeeping staff is very professional. Will certainly stay there again next time when I visit India.

Not worth the money, poor customer service

Everyday a different problem. Concurrent reservations mixed up by reception despite my informing them when I arrived of the multiple bookings.

Despite knowing I'd delayed my flight out due to a fall, housekeeping & reception kept ringing doorbell or phoning my room asking me when I was checking out. Took 10 minutes of calls & finally a long call with day manager to help reception register that I had multiple bookings

On Christmas Day morning, I was woken up at 8am with loud noises of workmen working in the corridor outside my room. As I stepped out for Xmas lunch I almost tripped over a dirt sheet, ladder, paint pots right outside my door ... barricaded in until I could get the front desk to ask them to move. Despite complaining about not being disturbed so early, each morning i was woken by some new wofkman was noisely polishing the brass or touching up cracks. As well as by the strong smelling toxic materials, almost making me faint.

Several other guests met in spa also complained about poor service & constant noise at all hours of day & night. All saying they wouldn't stay again... my advice, go anywhere else except Roseate even if means paying more!

I had forgotten how much I like this hotel, it really is a cut above. I always see if I can afford to stay there and justify the price tag - usually can't as all I am there for is to rest my head before a flight.
It's worth the cost, a beautiful hotel, super-stylish.
Well trained kind and helpful staff.
Beautiful touches throughout the building, stunning peaceful water garden in the centre of the complex.
I would stay here every time if I could.

The hospitality was not up to the built up expectations of the place. The staff were only willing to help you with things that really did not require any attention and did not care about the issues that we actually needed help with. It definitely did not live up to its reputation and is overrated considering the hospitality. If you want to charge a premium you should actually have impressive service, not just limited to asking clients about their day. However, the interior was great and the food was amazing. I hope the owner understands this.

This was the second time I was staying here and the overall quality has deteriorated. Amenities in the room were not replaced after the previous guest, the shampoo bottles were half filled, the behavior of staff was not polite, even breakfast order was not executed properly and they closed the counter. Not at all worth it for the price they charge. It was not a 5 star hotel experience at all.

Stayed here for the first time. Excellent experience. After the noise pollution at Aloft and usual slowest check-ins at a couple of other places, was prepared for the worst but found the staff truly 5 star! Huge shout out to Sushma at the front desk & luggage staff. After a long flight or when catching one, all that one needs is fast check in, quiet room and a comfortable bed. Tbis place checks all those boxes. Thank you!

Amazing! They had free laundry for single female travellers. I felt safe in the hotel as there was emphasis on taking special care of female solo travers. Design wise, the hotel was excellent. Fresh water bottles not plastics and also fresh welcome fruits. Not forgetting the free airport pick up and drop off. All in all, very detailed service delivery.

On arriving 1 hour early I was asked to wait some n e checkin starts at 3 there were club rooms available but I was not upgraded was asked to wait or pay for upgrade
Also after the wait the room given was a remote corner room with very bad construction site no view

Overall, quite good. The food service was excellent. We liked the buffet breakfast especially, where Alan served us with the maximum of efficient friendliness. Problems: (1) we tried to communicate with the hotel prior to arrival about a transfer from the airport but got no response to two messages. When we arrived, however, the hotel had sent a vehicle, which resulted in a double-booking, confusion and expense. (2) The wi-if worked only intermittently. (3) The room and taxes were prepaid but were on the bill anyway. They were taken off after I scrutinized the bill and pointed out the error, but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place.
