The room was dirty, worn and damaged. I booked the room including breakfast and when I checked-in I had to pay the breakfast apart to my room reservation. Expedia show the room rate including the breakfast but at the moment of check-in the hotel don't recognize the amenities included.

I was asked by your hotel before I arrived if I needed an airport pickup. I requested one, but the car never arrived. I even called the hotel after I landed at IGI, but my call wasn't answered. Upon reaching the hotel, all I received was a ton of lame excuses not becoming of a high star hotel- including \" we will take care next time\" ! Really?? Pride Plaza do better. Thanks,

4 bookings in 5 weeks in India. Net result, excellent! I have already posted detailed reviews of this property and staff. In sum, I'll be looking to stay here on my every trip to India.

Two suggestions. Make room service menu available without WhatsApp. In fact, the room service never even sent the hard copy of the menu (I don't use WhatsApp) even two hours after they told me. Second, hire more staff - wait time just to get help with the luggage at the time of checkout was over 40 minutes. For water, had to call twice after waiting for an hour. Not sure if it's logistics or low on staff, that's the only areas of improvement. But excellent overall!

Dirty and so dated. Bed sheets had stains including blood. The room was full of dust, the headboard had stains all over it and bathroom was awful. the toilet flusher got stuck in the middle of the night so all we could hear was running water. The shower and soap dispensers were rusty, the tap over the sink was wonky and towels so old that they don't even dry. Certainly not 5star more like 3 star.

The Pride Plaza Hotel is roughly a ten minute walk from the metro station. The breakfast buffet was quite extensive. A varied selection is available during the dinner hour. Complimentary bottled water is replenishable. The parking staff aided me locating the Get My Guide driver. One needs to show the staff the Get Your Guide confirmation with a contact number.

Location Great but service at the hotel is not that good. We were booked for 6 days but stayed only for 2 days as the was an incident on 10th November 2025 in Delhi. The taxi charges are way to high if you made the reservation at the hotel. Overall experience was not great.

Rooms aren’t clean.
The carpet surely needs steam cleaning. From the observation it was evident that the rooms are vaccumed and handed over to next occupants…. Which is fine but once every 3-4 months they should be steam cleaned.

Worst part in the room is the shower blind… which was installed to provide a glass feature; but the blind has rust on it due to water contact and it is severely outdated along with having mold.
Please take it on board and work on these as I stayed over two rooms and issues were prominent in both rooms.

Check in terrible, staff wanted to take deposit for the mini bar but only accept credit card no other cards. I didn't have it with me, so they told me they will lock the mini bar - what a joke? The room was paid before arrival.

Second thing, the bedroom, it was so dirty and smell of mould. I went back to the reception to show them the stage of the room, they changed the room but the second room was dirty too.
Please find different hotel if you want clean bedsheets and mattress.

Fantastic stay! Had stayed here twice in 10 days before booking it for my family members too. Sent some requests ahead of time and the hotel staff was excellent! Rooms are worn out and a bit dirty. I had to ask for another room. The food at the restaurant is mediocre...a 4 out of a 10. This is definitely not a 5 star hotel. I suppose their focus is on passengers to and from the airport on a short stay. So there is no focus on services. Will never stay again at this property.

The only think I don’t like I went for breakfast and the housekeeper went to my room without my permission I told the manager she didn’t even apologize. All my belongings were in the room I don’t like it all then I think it’s not safety but it doesn’t look good

Very attentive staff, always willing to please. Our ‘Concierge’ RAUNAK helped out in numerous occasions including being extremely helpful when we needed to get medical care! Found various clinics, but made an instrumental suggestion of the Fortus hospital that was not just a great suggestion, but the experience at the hospital was exemplary!! We were treated like VIP’s Thanks Raunak! On the ‘culinary’ team, Sophia and Ravinder stuck out as shining stars, always helpful and smiling. The showed actual concern for our vacation enjoyment. Almost your entire team were a pleasure to be around. The only sad moment for us is when we arrived exhausted and extremely late (3am!). After check in we waited a long time for our bags (as you can imagine we just wanted to go to sleep!). After an extended period of time I forced myself back downstairs to the lobby to find 3-4 bell persons standing around my bags which were sitting in the same place as they were when we came in. As I approached my suitcases, one of the ‘bell-man” asked what my room number was! We were the only people in the hotel @ 3am!! I angrily’dragged’ my luggage back to my room. (sad). Their job is to get your bags to your room - that’s it! Other than that ‘initial’ experience….the Hotel was wonderful with a great Breakfast and such easy access to the ‘World Mark’ experience next door… Thanks: Donna and Mark

Room is spacious and clean. Room services are very quick and professional. And they do their best to accommodate any requests you make (eg. asking for a room closer to the elevator)
Staff are really nice and courteous.
They also remember you when you visit next and they do their best to make your stay and travel as smooth and comfortable as they can. Ever since my first visit, I’ve been staying here every time I come back to Delhi.

So far, I've stayed here twice (one night each time) in a week. First was excellent. Second time ran into a few quirks, including trying to order food for room service. Everything in India seems tied to WhatsApp. As we didn't have WhatsApp on phone, we couldn't order room service. Called room service and the guy said that he'll send a menu. Nope, never sent it. We went downstairs and had food anyway. The other negative experience was when waiting for the cab after check out. The door staff is excellent but cabs need better management as two almost climbed on my feet. They have zero regard for senior citizens as well as my mom waited on the side (carpet) yet a car tried to drive over it. Unfortunately, in India, women and senior citizens are invisible and car drivers are I'll mannered - bigger the car, worse the behavior. Maybe hotel can figure out a barrierbor some kind so that people can wait without fearing for their lives.

Communication with the customer could be so much better. Cannot be that busy that they cannot respond to messages. We needed to have another bed for an adolescent- teenager, for one night, was forced to pay for another room. Booked a room for 3 adults, but was told that it was meant for only 2 adults and one child - on our reservation. The place is good otherwise, but some how our Indian business nature comes in to play, instead of being simply courteous.

This was my favorite hotel. I got greeted with an amazing Hindu ritual. Staff was awesome, from the desk person, all the way to the security guards. The spa is magnificent as well and quite affordable. Restaurant is fine but it is close to other nice options. Definitely I will come back.

The room itself was clean, comfortable, and equipped with sufficient amenities, which we appreciated.

However, our check-in experience was disappointing. The front desk agent was evasive and undertrained when we asked whether our back-to-back bookings could remain in the same room, and instead instructed us to return the next day to check in again, which is an unusual request. Upon entering the room, I discovered an exposed nail in the closet drawer that punctured my hand, and the room phone was unusable as the person on the other end could not hear me. It was also strange that no key card was required to activate the room’s electricity.

As instructed, we returned the next day to recheck in. We hoped to stay in the same room and have the reported issues addressed while we were out. Instead, we felt pressured to move, which made us suspect the room may have just been released from out-of-service due to availability. We accepted the suggestion and moved to a different room on another floor, though we had expected a gesture of goodwill or an upgrade given the circumstances.

Breakfast was chaotic, with little sense of order. Our seats were taken while we briefly stepped away, and we both experienced an immediate reaction to the food, which is something that had not occurred at any other point during our time in India.

Overall, while there were no major issues that totally ruined our stay, there were several aspects that left much to be desired.
