Arch Suites is a complex of six suites overlooking Perissa mountain, situated close to Perivolos beach. The property is about 12km distant from the airport 10km from the port and about 10km distant from Fira.
The style is characterized as modern eclectic, due to the mixing of different decorative trends on a neutral base, which is the earthy color of the walls. It has influences from the Cycladic character of the house, such as the arches and the camaras.

Could hear everything from room next to ours! Great breakfast but needs to start earlier like 7AM. Limited amenities...no iron/ironing board, no body lotion. Safe way too small, about 9\"x9\"x9\", opens with a key no electronic code. Bulky metal keys to room and the 2 hotel entrances. Good thing for cell phones...we were out shopping, husband went to room before me and had keys, when I got to hotel I was locked out! I would not stay here again or recommend hotel.

Great location behind the pantheon and perfect location for getting around. The hotel is a simple hotel but it’s clean and comfy and reception is very nice. It’s on the 4th floor of elevator building but there’s no signage so you have to do a little research to find it. We had a triple that worked out perfectly

We have stayed in several hotels in Rome over the last couple of years, and this one is was by far the best yet. Check in was efficient and the staff were fantastic. Our room had a view of an Ancient Roman wall as well as the dome of the Pantheon from our terrace. It was amazing to eat our breakfast on the terrace each morning while listening to the sounds of Rome from above, including the people, traffic, and the bells The hotel was perfect for walking to major sites and for shopping. As well, the room was very clean and had excellent air conditioning. We could have spent much more time soaking in the atmosphere from balcony. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Rome. Thank you for a great stay!

Very central location. 5 min walk from the Pantheon and 15-20 min walk to the Trevi Fountain and The Colosseum. The staff was very friendly, especially Antonio during breakfast. The rooms were spacious and very clean. We would stay here again.

Colosseum & Spanish Steps are about 20-25 mins walk. Perfect central base in historic Rome for a short city break, without the need to use taxi, buses, trams or Metro is you dont want to. Hotel was comfortable, with good A/C.

This hotel is a small collection of rooms on the fourth floor of a nice building near the Pantheon. There is a small elevator that works fine, a beautiful staircase for walking down if preferable. Our room had a lovely balcony with tremendous views of the city. Much of Rome was walkable from our location. Staff provided an excellent breakfast each day and kept our room clean and well supplied. Staff was also very knowledgable and helpful with sightseeing advise.The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Internet was a bit weak, only powering two devices at a time, but was consistent;y working.

Rooms are not sound proof and we could literally hear everything being said/done in the room next door. Ear plugs are a must. Despite that, I would still return and recommend.

We could not have been any happier with our stay (3 couples in 3 rooms). Everyone was great, the facility was immaculate, it was a close walk to just about everywhere and to top it off they serve a great breakfast. Not your normal hotel—12 rooms on two floors of a multi purpose building including another small hotel. Take elevator or stairs to fourth floor to find the office. Recommend it highly.

Our stay was fantastic. The staff were just great. Flavia helped us over and over as our travel plans changed. The man who helps with the breakfast was so friendly and helpful. The four person room was large and clean. Compared to many rooms in Europe, it was huge. It was very clean. The bathroom was great. The free breakfast was perfect to start the day without being overly heavy. The air conditioning worked well on what was the hottest day ever recorded in Rome (106 F). The location was perfect to walk to anything from a 30 min walk to the Vatican, 3 minute walk to the Pantheon, and about 30 to the Collisseum.

My daughter & I were traveling & safety is always of utmost importance for a trip like this. The hotel is tucked away on a side street/alley. The area is fairly busy. We never felt unsafe. The hotel is in a very central location, which makes walking to most of the attractions. Very doable if you enjoy walking a fair amount. At street level there is an arch that you walk through and then on the right there is a door with a person sitting in the office just to the right. The elevator is on the left, will fit 1 person, 1 large suitcase, and 1carry-on comfortably. It it appears to be ADA compliant based on US standards. The hotel is on the third floor so you go up a little elevator, or you can take the beautiful marble staircase. The breakfast was great & includes made to order scrambled eggs. The orange juice tasted like it was fresh squeezed daily. They will hold your luggage if you arrive prior to check in. When you exit the elevator on the third floor, you will go to the left and the entrance is there. There is a very kind lady that sits at the desk who will assign your room and give you keys not only to your room, but also the entry door to the hotel, which is locked in the evening. so, there is a double security set up with locked doors. Our room was very spacious. We had the triple. The seagulls get quite noisy in the courtyard so you will want to bring a pair of earplugs. Beds & pillows, very comfortable. Stairs to loft: short treads little too small. I recommend hotel

I have been to Rome several times and wanted a place close to the Pantheon, as I consider this to be central to many of the places I'd like to visit. I found Arch Rome Suites online and it clicked all the boxes for me. The staff were exceptionally nice, the hotel was close to everything (including several restaurants on the same street), breakfast was fantastic (they made omelets to order and squeezed fresh oj!), and the room was spacious and clean. We would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Rome.

Location was really good, it’s within walking distance to everything. We had an issue with missing airpods in our room after sightseeing for the first day so we thought this hotel was sketchy. But it turns out that it was stuck in between the sheets and blanket, they must’ve been on the sheets when they made the bed. Stuff happens i guess, i found it so no harm done. Breakfast was great there was an attendant making fresh eggs every day. The only thing is that the you can hear EVERYTHING, the walls are paper thin. Maybe think about sound proofing a bit or adding a door to the kitchen to block all the noise? I even had to knock on my neighbors door at 12:30am on our last night there to ask her to keep it down (she was on the phone on speakerphone and i could hear her whole life). The bathroom was tiny but clean. We had a room with a balcony and it was perfect to wake up and have a real cappuccino out there and enjoy the views of the pantheon. Overall a good stay and nice hotel! Just bring earplugs

This boutique hotel was within close proximity to the Pantheon and Piazza Navona. They are are close to a main via where you can find restaurants, shopping and taxi a taxi stand. The staff was excellent and very welcoming and accommodating. Our room was very nice and clean. Highly recommend this hotel!

Not a negative thing can be said about this hotel and it’s amazing staff. All the receptionist to the girl working the breakfast room were extremely kind. They went above and beyond to chat with my family and I and provided great recommendations and a delicious breakfast. The location of this hotel is so strategic! You are 5 - 20 minutes walk from the historical locations. We stayed in the family room and were happily surprised about finding this hidden gem near the Pantheon. 10/10 recommend! My family and I will be back soon.

I went for a few days as a couple to celebrate New Year’s eve and tour around Rome and the hotel was situated in a perfect area. Moreover, the room was spacious and the furniture is nice and modern, the amenities were abundant and everything was great. However, a few notes I want to share was that the hotel was a little hard to find at first, a big sign on the wall or some staff at the entrance of the building would be very helpful. Secondly the room didn’t have a mirror aside from the bathroom mirror which seems like a small thing but quite convenient. And last but not least the checkout to be done at 10AM without the possibility of extending given that the check in was at 14:00 seems unnecessary and quite unfair since no more than 2 hours is required to be done with cleaning all the rooms for the next guests, including the fact that you need a couple of hours to pack and get ready after having breakfast which ends at 10 as well.

This was a last minute decision to spend the weekend in Rome, because we could! (Yellow!) We had stayed here before and had a great experience. Love the location! The room with balcony is very comfortable and clean. Continental breakfast with plenty of food, juices, coffee and tea. The staff is helpful and friendly, and our dog stays for free! Highly recommended!
