Mandilaria Studios is a complex of budget accommodation studio in Emborio at a short distance from Perivolos beach and at 2 km from Perissa.

Built in an austere architectural style, in the colors of ochre and white, the studios fully integrate with the surroundings, creating a peaceful atmosphere, ideal for relaxing and carefree holidays, with your family, friends or your companion, in one of the most discerning locations of the island.andilaria complex consists of 12 airy and sunny studios, distributed in two floors.

lovely place to stay so clean bedding & towels changed every day, room and balcony very pleasant, swimming pool very quiet most days and gorgeous, walked to Emporio and to Perissa beach also used local buses a bit pot luck but did the job would definitely stay again

Booked a last minute trip and picked this accommodation because of other reviews. Is a budget accommodation but well maintained. Daily housekeeping was great, room cleaned and fresh bedding and towels every day. Studio units with no frills but all you need as a base for getting out and about. Was made very welcome on arrival despite the extremely late hour after flight delays and the owner was really helpful throughout, very thoughtful and just make guests feel well looked after.

We had an amazing stay here. We booked only the day before travel. With a quick email we had a transfer arranged for us. The apartments were nice & quiet. Often had the pool to ourselves. The pool was lovely! We were given a map of the island and good information about where to visit. Which was great. The rooms were cleaned every single day with fresh towels, bedding and shower mat. We didn’t hire a car but across the road from the apartments is a bus stop. The buses are every 20mins. It was really handy except when the buses were full & we couldn’t get on. At one point we waited well 1hr 20mins before getting on. That being said without the buses we would of struggled to get round the island! The beach of Perissa is about 25min walk from the apartments. Lots of bars and restaurants there. So we ate down there most nights. There is one restaurant next to the apartments. The Grill house. We ate there once but probably wouldn’t be inclined to eat there again. Great supermarket next door too. Overall we had a lovely stay. I would 100% stay in these apartments again. They are perfect for anyone wanting to be away from the hustle & bustle of the main tourist attractions. Thanks for a great stay!

Enjoyed a relaxing 7 night stay at Mandilaria Studios with my family. The studio overall was amazing with their staff having excellent hospitality. Stellios was very helpful in recommending local tourist spots, transport, supermarket, beaches and restaurants. The location of the studio was very accessible to the bus stop and supermarket (2-3 minute walk) and the walk to Perissa beach being (20-25 minute walk). We loved Stellios’ recommendation of the grill restaurant nearby. They were very welcoming and assured us to not hesitate to reach out for any assistance especially when I was injured by the balcony door due to the strong wind (suggested having a stopper to prevent this).

Thank you for making our stay at Mandilaria Studios one of our highlights from our Santorini trip, it was such a memorable experience. I will strongly recommend to whoever is planning to visit Santorini and would definitely stay again.

Stelios was very helpful and friendly, the property was clean and cleaned our room and swapped towels everyday. It was quiet and although others were staying in the apartments you wouldn't even notice anyone else by noise or sight. Very spacious and stelios would do anything to help us enjoy our stay.

Absolute gem of a place. Its a 2 level apartment with a double bed upstairs and living room kitchenette bathroom and sofa bed down stairs. The place is run by father and son, who are ALWAYS in the property, very friendly, helpful and sweet people. half a block from a supermarket and restaurant, 5 blocks from a 24 hour bakery, 4 blocks to the beach but I would still recommend you get a car in santorini. We got in late (flight delay) and the owner waited for us until untold hours, wouldnt accept a tip for his troubles, wouldnt charge us for a late check out since he had the room empty for the next day. It is so refreshing to find down to earth decent to a fault people... but that has pretty much been our Greek experience... I will miss this place. Great vacations THANK YOU MANDILARIA!!!

I had the best time staying at Mandalaria Studios! The place is perfect, the rooms were super clean and comfortable. Ideal location close to the bus stop and the supermarket. The man on reception (I can’t remember his name) was the best and so welcoming and lovely! Answered all of my questions and gave me really good information. Even made it possible for me to stay an extra night when my flight was delayed! Absolutely brilliant, would highly recommend!

Superb stay. Hidden gem near to beach

I did not have high expectation when booking into this accommodation but how wrong I was. Stelios was extremely helpful and the room was super clean. The location is slightly further from the beach but it is next to the main road with bus stop just within 5 mibs walk and straight down to Perissa beach. The mountain view from the pool makes it so unforgettable. I will ge back.

Lovely stay.

Amazing host was very friendly and welcoming. The studio was perfect, really clean and the bathroom particularly was very nice and modern. Location is a little out of the way but with bus links makes it easier and the beach is a nice walk away. Would recommend :)

A nice stay in Santorini, great value hotel!

We only stayed one night before we flew out from santorini, but from what we saw the hotel was brilliant! Rooms were spacious, clean and included a fridge and terrace area. The pool was really well maintained. Staff were very accommodating and let us stay in the room later due to our late flight. The location isn't the best, about 15 minutes walk to the beach, but we had a quad bike so it was OK. Overall, I would recommend this hotel!

A little affordable gem in Santorini

This was an ideal place for me to stay. It was away from the crowds but convenient to everything. I would strongly recommend having a car, which is pretty easy to do.
The service was great and the place itself was spotlessly clean. The immediate surroundings had some construction going on (but NOT noisy) and the neighborhood is not \"posh\" but it is completely safe. Having the little \"kitchenette\" was a bonus as there is a grocery store just a few meters away.
The pool was quite relaxing too :-)

As a Single Traveller i always feel annoyed that I have to pay the same price as 2 people on a transfer from Airport & to Port.. why!!!
Also these Transfers have now gone up to 25€ each way.. This is only in Santorini..on other Islands it Free.. 50€ is more than the cost of another nights stay... this is so wrong...

Over all it was a good experience. Spacious and comfortable room with a comfortable bed, good bathroom and great shower. Unfortunately, during my stay the guests next door were parting till 2am, which is understandable when you are on holidays, but personally I’d prefer a quitter place good welcoming service.

Superb Mandilaria!

A brilliant place to stay, lovely people looked after us and we really enjoyed ourselves. I would recommend very highly. The cleanliness of the apartment really impressed us and Stelios was an excellent host! This is a family run business and we felt like part of the family. The pool was large and very clean, will visit again.

Good location away from the busy areas

My husband and I were very happy with our stay at Mandilaria Studios. Check in was very easy. It is a small complex and they were ready and waiting for our arrival. The pool area was as depicted. Very nice set up. Nice clean rooms and shower a decent size. Wifi connections worked well.
We also liked the location of the Studios. In a quiet part of Santorini away from the busy/touristy areas. We rented a car so travel to all locations in Santorini was easy. Would recommend.

From the moment we arrived, we were met by friendly reception staff who escorted us to our room. Lovely clean, spacious, bottle of water left in fridge for us. Fab superking bed which was great. Nothing was an issue to ask at reception from helping us with tour booking to making gorgeous frappe by the clean & immaculately kept pool area.
Room was cleaned daily, sheets & fresh towels. Supermarket & bus stop 3 mins away...5* & would definitely like to return.

Great staff but lacking in comfort

Overall, we were highly satisfied with the service as the staff is excellent. Unfortunately, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and it was quite a distant walk to most of the places we wanted to go. The buses are unreliable and always late, therefore we wish we would have chosen a more centrally located hotel. It is located right next to a grocery store, which is convenient. The room itself was very nice, as was the pool.

Good value base away from the crowds

We had a lovely warm welcome when we arrived at Mandilaria Studios from Stelios The studios were a great value place to stay when we spent a week in Santorini. The beaches and cafes of Perissa are a few minutes away by car, and Fira and other villages easily accessible from this location.

Stelios gave us some good advice and information about the island without pushing trips or selling which we really appreciated.

The room was a ground floor budget studio and to this end was basic but provided all we needed for our week. The main thing is it was fresh and clean, with a good sized and hot shower, fridge to keep the drinks chilled, ample parking and good WiFi connection too.
A supermarket, with keen prices, is a two minute walk from the studios. Good for cheese and all the basics - though we did tend to eat out with so many restaurants and cafes over the island.
Based on the ground floor, we could sit on the verandah facing the front garden, see a little sea and the mountain.
One of the best things is the pool, which by Santorini standards, is a good size and private to the studios. We had the pool to ourselves nearly every time we swam and could dry off under the parasols and sun loungers.
We would definitely recommend as a good value base for a holiday on this beautiful island.

Small and friendly

About 25 min walk from Perivilos beach. Only 12 rooms with good facilities, recently refurbished. Our first floor room 6 described as partial sea views, but better than that with excellent clear 100 degree vista. Well stocked food store 5 min walk with great value friendly restaurant next door. Onsite pool and surround kept very clean. Would recommend as great mid priced accommodation.

Lovely hotel in a quiet area, close to beaches!

My family stayed at Mandilaria Studios for 5 days. It is a lovely property in a quiet area. We were able to get anywhere on the island within 30 minutes by car, and there is also a bus stop right at the end of the road. Rooms are spacious and clean and include a small kitchen area with sink, fridge, and hot plate if you want to cook. Supermarket is a 2 minute walk to the end of the road.

The pool and lounge area is beautiful and we spent many mornings there enjoying breakfast and Greek coffee. Great place for kids or families traveling together - lots of space to gather and enjoy each other's company.

Lovely little family run hotel

We stayed here for a week and were made to feel extremely welcome by the staff. The room was simple but nice and always cleaned to a high standard. The pool was great although we didnt get to spend too much time around it as there was so much to do on the island! The beach was approximately a mile and a half away, around a half hour walk, although we got a quad bike for half the week to fully explore the island. There was a supermarket 2 minutes away which was very convenient and lots of lovely food places on the way to the beach, especially Atlas, a pizzeria with homemade pizza baked in a traditional wood oven.

Very nice and very good price

With my boyfriend we spent 2 weeks at mandilaria studios, the room was nice, with kitchen, air condition and a big pool for everyone. Quiet location in one of the cheapest area of santorini; close to perissa beach, one of the best ones and good start point to explore the island. Highly recomended!

Loved my split level studio

had a great time here my room was great had a split level studio staff really helpful could not ask for more great for the money, if you want views of the bay and white buildings you be paying a lot more. For this place you really need transport its just a little to far from the beach for walking i had a hire car and was no problem to me

Estancia excepcional

Tuvimos una estancia excepcional allí. Los estudios están muy cuidados, aunque con mobiliario básico, sí se tiene todo lo necesario y todo está bien conservado y limpio. Habitaciones silenciosas y hotel muy tranquilo. Tiene dos piscinas estupendas, una para adultos y otra para niños. Stellios y su familia dan un servicio genial, siempre disponibles para cualquier duda o problema que puedas tener. Además, tiene un supermercado grande, cajero y un restaurante a menos de 2 minutos. Si volvemos a Santorini sin duda repetiremos
