Twenty minute walk to beach. Very friendly hosts. Hard bed. No wTer in room.Traditional Greek breakfast extra cost.Nice pool area although water colder than the sea.The hosts are warm and wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay here. All the staff were really helpful, friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and well looked after although some of the rooms are a bit dated. We loved spending time at the pool during the day and the location was great to get out in the evening - only 5 minutes from Perissa or Perivolos beach by car or a 20 minute walk - where there are plenty of bars and restaurants.

To reception work a grandmother who practic don't speak english.When we arrived, the reserved room was not availble. We were taken to another location, a bedroom with 7 beds (we started the holiday with the left), the next day back to the location. The location is in the happiest case of 2 stars (unfortunately this is Greece). We rented an apartment, with one of the rooms on the street with windows and the door practically without insulation, the bathroom is very small, the salt water in the shower, the beach 15 minutes walk , instead very good cleaning. Santorini is a very small, nice island, I do not recommend it to families with children and only for short stays 3 maximum 5 nights

Cleaness is very good. You got every day new towels. If you look for luxery hotel it is not. The bathroom is pretty small. In some rooms there is no sef /but you can use sef with your own key at the reception/. In some rooms bads are low and windows are small. We had this one first day but we got another one tomorrow. Thanks for it. There is no cattle in the rooms, but you do not need it. There is a bar by the pool where you can get coffe or tea at any time. I was offered with transport to the Perivolas beach free of charge. I used it once because I prefer to change beaches. Perissa beach is closer although a street to Perivolas beach is just by the hotel. Bus station is very close, There is no Carrefur shop any more. I suppose it was actual Big market which is 300 meters away in the direction to Perissa. They have solid choice. You can buy there local white wine from barrel 1,5 liters for 1,95 Euros. It is of good quality as almost all domestic wines we took in any restaurant.
The manager and whole stuff is polite and hepfull.

The hotel was very nice and staff were great. They gave a transportion to and from Thira at any time. The pool was great. They have a pool table by the pool also. Not a lot of sun beds. Room was very simple. Beds, bathroom, kitchen (no stove), and 4 person sit down table. Seemed very old fashion but still a nice stay. Very close to bus stop. And 10-12 min walk to beach and restaurants. I didn’t like that the shower and sink water were salt water.

Our hostess, Vimitra, was so nice and very accommodating. The hotel is close enough yet far enough away from the center of town and the beaches to feel like you have truly escaped to a Greek Island. Decor was authentic Greece with modern amenities. It was nice having breakfast each morning in Greek style and the pool bar was enjoyable for the anytime of day snack and cocktail. The famed black beach is a short ten minute walk as is the center of town in another direction. A bus stop that takes you into other towns including Fira, the capitol and most populated city, is a one minute walk from the hotel . They arranged transportation to and from the airport, twice for dinner, and for a 1/2 day private guided tour of the island. I can not say enough about how pleasant our stay was with this lovely family owned and run business. We would much rather just visit Oia and Fira for an hour while staying in this little gem away from the crowds with easy beach access. We already miss it!!

The hotel itself is quite plain but comfortable and clean but the best thing about the hotel room is a half sized fridge for those who like to snack/are on a budget or just like chilled drinks in the room
The hotel is in a really convenient location, right next to a bus stop and 5 mins walk to the nearest shops and the pool is excellent!

Great staff very helpful and warm. They provided us with converters to charge our phones and laptops, transportation to air port, helpful with directions, and even let us check out later than we were supposed to and held our bags! Our stay was great. And they cleaned our room daily!

Great bang for your buck

AMAZING SERVICE. It's not a five star hotel but definitely a five star experience. All of their rules and scheduling revolves around your plans. There's nothing they won't do. Such great service.

Lovely family run hotel.

Just got back from here and it's a lovely place. The family are so friendly and welcoming and the hotel is lovely. The food is excellent for a hotel, maybe a tiny bit dearer than what I normally pay for food, but for convenience, it's good. The bus stop is a minute walk away, the beach is about ten and the large local shop does a pick up/drop off service, so very handy. Quiet area, nice views and a great stay here. Don't let the bad reviews put you off, because I can't find any faults.

This place is exactly what we needed as we were looking for a mixture of peaceful and exciting holiday. The location is perfect, the staff were very friendly and helpful. They catered to all our needs and requests. The pool was clean and the snack options were reasonable.

It was short but nice stay. Since our room was close to the pool, we had easy access to the bar and pool all the time. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. Just a bit disappointed with the toilet , since it was too small .

For the money it was good but I had room 8 it was fine basic but the mattress on the bed was terrible could feel every spring in it think they should invest in some new ones other than that good for the money !!

Hotel was fine and served its purpose, close to bus stop, 200 m walk to beach and staff were friendly however the bathroom was too small and awkward and was a little noisy with traffic. Basic but functional accommodation.

Nice pool, friendly staff, take pride in their hotel. Will pick you up from the port or airport. Quiet and away from all the tourists traps with quick transits to Fira and even closer to Kamari and Pyrgos. Would definitely go back

Hotel near BUS stop, mini market and main street

Good hotel because of its location - nearby the beach however the street was very noisy thanks to the motorbikes..the Island has amazing view but there are many people also in September so prepare that it won´t be so quiet as a small Island..the big advantage is the variety of provided services on the Island, such as many sunbeds, restaurants, shops, buses, nice places to watch the sunset and some trips..the holiday is not boring and everyone can find what he likes..the sea was warm, it has never rained and there was crystal water. No immigrants or no problem to walk at night..it is a safe Island..however the prices for food are little bit higher than on Naxos, Paros and etc. What I didn ´t not like was the traffic and the smell from cars..

We hired a quad for 10 days, and travelled the island numerous times, but I can honestly say Perrissa and the little hotel was the best we could find, we stayed in room 19, was small, but perfect for a couple, everything clean, every day, pool was beautiful and immaculate, a very lovely traditional Greek paradise....

Nice hotel, within steps to the beach.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is family owned so the whole family works it and the atmosphere is nice and friendly. They are really helpful and the place was very clean. Late at night we enjoyed lounging by the pool and the bar, there is a pool table as well. Pretty laid back. Within steps to the beach but I would recommend Renting a small buggy or bike to get around since it's easier. Do recommend doing the tours the hotel offers. They were great!!!

Really enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Beach Resort. A lovely little hotel with clean rooms, a nice pool and bar and lounge. The staff were very friendly to us. It was good value too, although that could be Greece in general (seemed worth more to us - a real bargain). The island is amazing with lovely beaches, crystal water and lots of things to go visit. There's a bus top next to the hotel and it's easy to get around. We spent our days exploring the ancient ruins, visiting the museums or just hanging out and relaxing. Lovely holiday!! Thanks!

we went towards the end of the season 10th oct a family run hotel in a rural setting not far from the black beach they do a continental breakfast with a good choice of food there is an infinity pool and bar area this is a 3 star hotel with 5 star feeling we couldnt have asked for more

Very friendly and helpful staff, who helped out with all our queries and organising day trips. Handy location, 5/10 minute walk from the beach, and right beside the bus stop with frequent buses to Fira. Accomodation is basic and a little dated but was clean with all necessary amenities. Swimming pool and pool bar area was lovely. Had a great stay here, thanks to the wonderful staff.

Lovely hotel with amazing staff

The hotel staff were all lovely! Had a clean room with fresh towels and bedding every day. The hotel is about 20 mins walk from the beach/ centre of perissa which was a good distance although the roads do not have pavements so took some getting used to walking on the road. There is a bus stop a 2 minute walk from the hotel with regular buses to Fira, at least two every hour running all hours of day/night. The pool area is lovely and was often nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend to friends

Subpar even for the price

Hotel is definitely need of some TLC. The cold water on the sink did not work at all. The shower was tiny and water splashed all over the restroom since the curtain could not contain the water. Staff tried to charge me twice despite showing them my hotels.com voucher confirming my stay was paid in full. There are many other options close to town that are a better value for the money. I would not stay again.

Great hotel- if you get a heavily discounted price

Room was fine. Large comfortable bed. Electric stove was a nice plus. However, utensils were a little dirty and had a few dots of what looked like rust on them. Bowls/plates were plastic and also a little dirty. Nothing like your typical suite in the states. Wi-fi does not work in room, depending on how far away you are from the reception area.

Staff was the worst. Price for shuttle to airport on Expedia is INACCURATE and they refuse to go off of the publicly listed price, charging $20 Euro instead of the posted $13 Euro. (For a budget traveler like me, the difference is 3 snacks or a solid meal and I was not pleased). Also tried to double charge me when I checked out. Almost gave them my credit card, but to be sure, checked my credit card balance online and saw that Expedia ALREADY CHARGED ME for this hotel. Had to fight a little bit to not get charged again.

This hotel is fine. Close enough to grocery store, 24 hour bakery, and the beach. If you choose this hotel, BE ON YOUR TOES, they will, accidentally or on purpose, try to rip you off of your money.

Unbelievably friendly and helpful service.

An exceptional experience. We were collected from the airport and from the time we arrived in the hotel nothing was too much trouble for the people there. We travelled mid April and the holiday season is not yet in full swing which means that a number of the shops and restaurants in the vicinity are yet to open. Nonetheless Fera, the main town was bustling and it is certainly worth taking a day to visit for a little shopping.
We can recommend Phillipos restaurant on the seafront at Perivolos and the owner is happy to collect you from and return you to your hotel.
We enjoyed our stay so much we hope to return at the end of the season for another stay. We eat out for dinner on three evenings but on the other evening we purchased a takeaway kebab, a bottle of wine, tomatoes ans Strawberries and eat at the table on our balcony. The hotel were happy to provide plates and cutlery for us.

Close to the beach, nice staff, hotel is eh

I was in Santorini during the blackout and it was a fairly frustrating experience. The hotel staff is extremely nice, but they were not open with us about how difficult things would be without power, and they sort of shrugged and weren't as helpful as they could be. e.g. they didn't TELL us about the blackout until we asked why our air conditioner and fridge weren't working.

Regardless of the blackout, which was a surprising twist, the rooms just weren't great. The rooms and beds were small and cramped.

The staff was extremely nice, but the owner doesn't speak English so well, and communication was difficult and arduous.

Location is great, right by the beach, but it wasn't worth it. I feel bad complaining about the hotel, because I really enjoyed the staff, they were really sweet.
