We absolutely loved the Bella Santorini. Lena was so warm and welcoming to us all, as was Sophia. The hotel is lovely and clean, and the rooms are cleaned daily. Alex on the bar was really kind and helpful, even cooking off menu for my extremely fussy daughter. Lena even took us on a guide tour of the island which was wonderful. We loved this hotel so much and totally recommend .

This is a real gem in a beautiful secluded area of Santorini. We instantly felt like family and Lina was absolutely wonderful. The staff are amazing, they will take care of everything you need. The pool and bar area are just perfect and relaxing, Alex the bartender is fantastic! The food is really great also and a very good value. The morning breakfast is out of this world, something for everyone. The rooms are nice and clean, but you won't spend much time there. Adventure awaits so just let Lina know what you want to do and she will help find the perfect excursions for you!

Bella Santorini was a fantastic experience! What we love the most was the service ! Lina the owner was amazing, kind and friendly! She helped us to book tours and gave excellent recommendations. Alex the bartender at the pool was also so kind and prepared the best Frappuccino! Denise at the reception was very sweet and helpful too! The hotel is 3 min walking distance to the black beach that was a great experience! We definitely will come back !

It’s 5mins walk from the beach.

Good rooms (115).

Bad:
- WiFi does not work well. Internet is slow through the hotel, signal drops often and some rooms do not get any signal at all.

- Breakfast can do well with better trained and friendly staff. No good option for vegetarians. In fact, cheese is kept in a way that it is touching meat.

Loved the hotel and staff. Room was very nice and spacious. Anna who is the hotel manager was excellent and very kind. Daily house keeping was highly appreciated. Breakfast was well balanced both for vegetarians and meat lovers. Overall 10/10 for us.

A home away from home

We were overwhelmed by the sheer warmth and hospitality shown by the owner. She provided us with an excellent driver who took us to the spots and picked up us later. The buffet breakfast was delicious with so many varieties. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back. Wonderful October family break with our 2 teens

We had a fantastic few days here at the end of the season. Host Lina was fabulous and on check-in had us sorted with a hire car and a wonderful sunset catamaran cruise. It meant we were able to see everything on the island during our short visit. Rooms, facilities and breakfast were all great too. Very close to a lovely beach and plenty of restaurants. We would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

Just amazing and unforgettable!

This hotel is amazing! We’ve been around all the world but this was one of our best holidays. I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to this time.
The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and just beautiful. Swimming pool is huge and quiet. Breakfast is delicious with plenty of choice, all fresh and good quality.
They serve food throughout the day too, this is prepared fresh and so good! Cocktails are just amazing and served on a huge glass. There is a market very close to the hotel.
There is this beautiful church next to the hotel, just beautiful.
All hotel staff is just so friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Efis (not sure how to spell it sorry) at the bar is so friendly and lovely.
Lina will take care of you like family, always ready to help, what a lovely person she is, made our stay and holiday unforgettable.
Hotel is in a quiet area which is lovely, don’t really want to stay in busy Oia or Fira. Hotel is 5 min walk from the beach, beautiful beach with black sand! Sea water is not cold at all. There are so many nice restaurants and bars along the beach, boho style or Greek traditional, all lovely.
Bus stop is front of hotel that will take you to Fira or Oia. We’ve used it to go to Oia one day and Fira a different day, very short journey and easy.
Bella Santorini has everything you will need. We will definitely be back and will recommend it to friends.

We loved our stay at the Bella Santorini! Lena is a gem because she is very organized, genuinely friendly and very helpful. The whole staff was helpful and friendly. Our rooms were very clean and nice. The breakfast was great! The food in general was great. Effy is also a sweetheart, helpful, and cooks really good food. The pool was always clean. The music by the pool was always nice but not too loud. Anything you needed like organized tours, COVID tests was easy because Lena organized everything and did not cheat you on the price. She is very honest and we are glad we took her advice while there. The location is really good because it's a 5 minute walk to the beach where there are plenty of great restaurants and shops. There is a small minimarket near the hotel too. Our family loved our stay here and we highly recommend it.

The hotel is located very close to the beach, 5/10 minutes walk, but very far from the big towns, so you will need to rent a car or pay for a taxi to visit other places. There are nice restaurants around the beach. The best feature is the pool area. We rented 2 rooms, one was ok, the other one had some issues, I think they remodeled the bathrooms and something was not working properly, they tried to do their best to remove the bad small, but it was on and off during our stay.

Close to a very nice beach but far away from other happenings. Best to rent a car to travel around the island at your own leisure. Hotel under staffed when it has a high occupancy and you could tell the staff was struggling to keep up. The receptionist on duty, Helena, was very helpful and went out of her way to tell us about nice places to see around the island and arranged for us to get a rental car for the 2 days we spent on the island. Its more of a boutique hotel nice for quiet time and relaxation. Take books to read as the internet did not work from the room and TV programing was limited to Greek channels on a small 24inch screen. More of a 2 star hotel although advertised as a 4 star.

Highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were very cozy and clean. Very close to the beach and many fine restaurants. We were greeted by the staff as if we were local residents...like family returning home! A truly great reception at check in. The hotel staff provided us with information on things to do, places to eat...even helped us with securing a large rental van that would accommodate all six of our group...above and beyond expectations!

Stay here if you want great beach access.

Great location close to beautiful beach. Lina (manager) and staff are wonderful. Rooms are comfortable & clean & AC works well. Bathrooms could use an overhaul. But overall a great value for the money. On beach eat at Vega. Use beach chairs at Fougara, they have great WiFi. 20 minute taxi to Fira. Go there at nite. Eat at Ellis. Amazing food incredibly cheap.

Lina our hostess always helpful and cheerful with a welcoming smile. Our room was serviced to perfection daily by Fotinv with a cheerful hello and a radiant smile. The swimming pool was very clean and is ideal for kids as well as casual dippers. Overall a super holiday although santorini is a bit expensive to eat at the multitude of local restaurants. Having read a few reviews and looked at the photos on Expedia - we thought this would be a nice place to stay. Firstly it is miles away from anywhere - you need to hire a car. The initial room they gave us was disgusting - not even a proper shower, you had to hold a hand held shower and crouch down by the sloping roof to have a shower in a sort of wet room!! No complimentary toiletries, and the room itself was cramped and very drab - not like the bright ones in the pictures. It was late at night when we arrived and were too tired to complain. It was like staying in a 2* guest house! The breakfast the next day looked nothing like the picture of the buffet, either. We complained and had to fork out another 100 euros to change room as they said we had booked a basic twin room !!! (I thought a studio was more than a basic room) - they were having none of it and said that was the only option. - The second room was better but nothing like the pictures - though it did have a proper shower! Initially I was quite encouraged by their offer to arrange a taxi pickup at the airport, however I would not recommend this hotel. Very very disappointing - shame on you Expedia for giving it a 4 star rating. 2/3 star much more like it - try staying there and seeing for yourselves

Pics and details on hotels.com were not as described. We complained and were moved to a diff room which fitted our room booking description. On last night we were moved again to another hotel where the toilet clogged after first use, the towels were like sand paper, the bins were just outside our room balcony.

Other point most guests were westerners who love animals and to see the owner kicking a pregnant cat is terrible.

A great find. Spotless rooms, cleaned daily. Ample breakfast bar, with sweet, savoury, hot and cold options, replenished continuously until 10am (which is more than can be said for some top end hotels we've stayed at). Relaxing pool area. Super-nice staff, led by Lina. A great diverse clientele too. Lots of nationalities. Families with young kids, young adults groups, older couples - all getting on fine.

Yes, some reviews have commented on the location not being optimal, with a view of unfinished construction - but, pretty much anywhere on Santorini there's a view of something unfinished. Similarly with the lack of footpaths - which do seem to be a bit of a luxury on Santorini. Take a torch / flashlight to be seen at night! The benefit of being set back from the main strip is that it's much quieter. We slept with windows open for a natural breeze - No bugs or mosquitoes either.

This beautiful hotel is in the best location for all to do in the island the black beach is 5minutes walk and all other restaurants and cafe's are in walking or 7 to 10 minutes drive. the owner Evangliana she is the best person we ever meet on the vacation destinations we been, she treat all gusts like family and she does its with a smile day and night, she welcome us and treat us like her on family I seen her doing the same for all the gusts all the staff at the hotel are amazing too. they will help in any questions you got. the pool and the breakfast is very nice. Any one with the family and couples or a solo vacationer will have a great time in this hotel. any thing you want to do just ask liana she will get it for you.

Close to black beach, nice hotel pool to relax in with views of hills. Hotel staff were the friendliest I've ever dealt with, I got really sick with food poisoning on the way over to Santorini and the staff spoon fed me medicine and made sure I was feeling better. They were also very helpful with facts about the island and ways around to things to do. We loved our stay here!

Nice quite boutique hotel in Santorini

We spent 6 nights in the hotel. Overall our experience was great. We were looking for \"base\" to explore Santorini, but we did not want to stay in a crowded city areas or chain hotels. The place was ideal for our purpose. We stayed in a sea view unit which was surprisingly large including two rooms.with a private balcony. The unit was very clean and very well maintained. The hotel has very nice pool, small bar and kitchen were you can order lunch or dinner. We had lunch and the Greek salad was probably the best that we tried during the trip.
The hotel serves very nice breakfast including international and local dishes.
The hotel is 3 minutes walk from the beach were you can find all variety of the food-try Savvas Popeye.
There is also a small mini market in 3 minutes walk which is very convenient.
Thira - the main city- is 20 - 30 minutes drive by the car (depending on traffic)
The hostess Lina and all hotel staff were very responsive to our needs:
They helped us to arrange whine tour, book a catamaran tour, rent a car and arrange all the transportation (we rented car only for couple of days to explore the island).
Lina and Elena are very knowledgeable professionals and helped us to plan and schedule our stay - we would probably miss several nice locations without their advises.
I highly recommend the place and definitely will stay there one more time.

If your looking for a place to stay where the staff know you by name, take care of all travel arrangements and excursions, as well as being a 5 min walk to the black sand beach and a huge selection of places to eat... then Bella Santorini is where you'd want to stay!!
Bella Santorini has a great breakfest selection and a huge pool for afternoon lounging! We would come back to this hotel again and recommend it to our friends and family!! Memorable stay! Thanks Lina and friends!!

Had a fabulous time at Bella Santorini. The staff and ownership were absolutely amazing. We felt like part of the family as soon as we arrived. As this was our first time here, the staff went out of their way to make some great recommendations for dining and exploring. Also made transportation details with the vehicle and recreation quads being delivered right to the hotel property. Will definitely be back!

A fantastic holiday!!

We had a fabulous holiday! Our room had two bedrooms, a kitchenette, a small bathroom and living area. There were 3 of us occupying the room and there was easily space for 4 adults plus a small child (settee makes into double bed). Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Lovely friendly atmosphere. Good choice and quality of food at breakfast. Snacks and meals available during the day for eating by the pool. Room cleaned daily. Excellent water pressure to shower and always plenty of hot water. Room had one balcony to side overlooking the sea and a second balcony to the 1st floor bedroom overlooking pool - this area was lovely for enjoying the evening sun. Bella Santorini is just a 10 minute easy walk to the seafront where there is a good choice of bars, restaurants and shops. We never had a single bad meal. Food and drink prices vary, but there is something for every budget. Lena and her staff at the Bella Santorini work hard to ensure customers have a fantastic holiday. We made friends with other guests and would like to return in the future. Lena arranged car hire, a wonderful boat trip and also entertained guests with her singing and Greek dancing. Pool area is always clean and never a shortage of sunbeds. Would recommend car hire as easiest way to get around the island. We hired a car for 3 days and this was sufficient for our needs as we also enjoyed time by the pool and had plenty of walks from the hotel. You will not be disappointed if you book here!

Fantastic hotel

We have just returned from Santorini and this hotel was excellent. The staff were so helpful and even gave us a lift to the town to draw some cash out when we first arrived. It is in such a great location, so clean, staff fantastic, lovely gardens and pool, room large and very comfy. We can not fault it in any way and will be going back. Breakfast was great too. This made out stay on the island so much fun and considering how high priced other hotels are why bother when you have it all here.

Great place, right near the beach and eateries

The staff here are absolutely among the best in europe! After travelling, Greece, Italy, Croatia and Spain we are yet to find more helpful, warm and accomodation staff who treat you like family and ensure that you have the best experience possible! Nothing was too much trouble and they would always make sure you got a good deal and went to the best places!

After flying 24 hours we had the most amazing 3 nights in Santorini and led by Lena the team here makes everything a breeze!

Thank you for one of the most amazing experiences we have had in our lives!

Utterly disappointed

I've been a long time user of expedia and have always been happy with my bookings, but this time it is necessary to speak up about my disappointment.

First of all, this is NOT a 4 star hotel. If you google the place, you'll know it's actually 3 star. Wrong expectation leads to disappointment.

The hotel has a nice pool (we picked this place because of the photos on Expedia), but the rooms are not up to the standards at all. We were given a room 1 double bed was in a dingy room with no windows and 2 sofa beds in a living room. The unit was below ground level, and since we didn't want a basement experience for what we were expecting to be a nice trip, we opted to rest on the sofa beds.

After a few hours of stay I was bitten by bed bugs. A few hours! Our booking was non-refundable, so we thought we'd make peace with it. But after 2 nights of stay and more bites, my left leg got all swollen. I took this to the reception, and they denied it. They said the only explanation would've been I was allergic to some food I ate on the island. Completely untrue as you can clearly see there are bite marks, and also the 3-bite pattern. Another lady then offered to change our room, but with clogged bathroom, bedbugs in the room, bad ham at breakfast, and dirty towels, we couldn't stay any longer. Had to make a new reservation at a different place. The rest of the staff member were actually quite friendly. What a shame.

Avoid this place at all cost.

Amazing hotel, location, and especially owner. Located a 5min walk from a great black sand beach with loads or seats, restaurants, and clean water. The owner is a wonderful hostess, always greats you with a smile, explains everything and is very accommodating. Ask her to sing also, she is fantastic! Great little hotel, friendly staff!

A perfect location, amazing weather, peaceful and very relaxing. Right near a huge beach with beautiful black sand, and many many great places to eat and drink.
The hotel was clean and the pool fairly quiet (in September anyway!). Mythos and Greek salad, what's not to love?
Whilst I was there alone, the staff could not be more friendly. Thank you so much guys, I had a great time :)

A relaxing and comfortable spot near ish to beach

Hotel experiences should be rated on problems encountered, and resolution to problems. Ideally there should be no problems, but sometimes, as on this occasion there was one, not of their or our making. However, the resolution was very good, and on that basis, made our stay far more relaxing.
The poolside is not big enough for all the guests, so we often went to the beach, which was a 5 min walk, and very comfortable.
Room size was adequate, with reasonable facilities.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, great pool, close to the beach

Bella Santorini is in the quieter part of the island and is a 5 minute stroll away from Perivolos black sand beach and beachfront restaurant strip. My room was lovely. It was more like an apartment with a small kitchen area just inside the front door, the bathroom just up the corridor and then the bedroom a little further up the corridor. I had a little balcony with table and chairs overlooking a garden area and the sea from a distance. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The area where the hotel is situated is quiet.

Quiet location. Extremely friendly staff

We were visiting for five days to attend a friends wedding. This hotel was in a quieter spot in Santorini which was perfect. Great staff, lovely pool area and great food. I will be visiting this hotel again. Even a cuddle on departure. A family feel. Perfect!

Tired hotel close to Beach with Swimming Pool

The hotel staff are very helpful and check in was easy with no waiting. However, I had got the impression from the pictures on the hotels website that the hotel was closer to the beach than it actually is, there is actually a large expanse of brown land with some unfinished building work between the hotel and road and next set of buildings which does spoil the view somewhat. I would say that some very clever photos have been taken as felt disappointed on arrival. Our room looked very tired and there was mould in the bathroom in the corners where the tiles meet the bath, the skirting was also quite dirty in places. One of the pillow cases had some old stains on it and the towels were so stiff that my partner decided to see if it would stand up of its own accord! We had only booked the one night and so decided not to make a fuss and live with it. We would have been very disappointed had we been staying here for 2 weeks. There was a fridge and kettle and it would have been nice had the hotel provide coffee and tea sachets. On a positive note the pool area was lovely and I cannot fault the breakfast provided - in fact the croissants were warm and deliciously soft and there was a choice of cereals plus fried eggs, sausage and bacon too, along with fruit.

Nice hotel- close to beach

Overall a very pleasant stay. Room very clean and pool area very relaxing. Staff very attentive and always happy to help.
Some elements are tired and need updating like wardrobes, patio furniture. Breakfast was also of very poor quality. Some better Quality food would go a long way and the coffee was the worst/weakest I have tasted.
The poolside food was very good quality though and reasonably priced which meant it was easy to stay in and relax if you wanted to do so. Good for kids as morning round the pool were busy but afternoons quiet for sleep time. I would recommend but say buy your own breakfast.

Nice Hotel. Close to the beach

The hotel is average. You get a clean bedroom with a double bed and a mirror. In the living area there is a sofa bed ( a single firm mattress on top of a concrete base with cusions along the back) and a fridge and a sink. There's a standard bathroom (with a broken door lock ) shower and toilet.
The swimming pool is nice but there's not enough sunbeds so you end up going to the beach which is only a 5 minute walk.

To sum it up the hotel is average and located just a few minutes walk from the main beach.

Good value excellent location for the beach

The hotel is family run. The staff are very welcoming, knowledge and attentive. The pool is nice and had a great atmosphere; it is perfect for kids. Rooms are nice and clean. Frankly, the weather is so gorgeous that it would be a waste of money to pay for ultra luxury hotels. We only spent our sleeping hours inside. Every room has a balcony. The hotel is a 5min walk from Perivolos Beach and it's amazing tavernas. We had no problem being picked up for tours of the island. Oia and Fira are 45min and 30min away. For us, it was fine as we wanted swimming pools and beach. A taxi to Oia and Fira is expensive, but the buses are easy.

Great staff, wonderful experience.

We got to the hotel around 3 pm. The staff immediately asked us what we wanted to do while we were on the island do that we could make the most of our short stay. We were able to arrange a private tour of the island hitting little known spots. The best part by far was the sunset at sandos winery. Great time!

The stay was great!
You must rent a car, if you want to see the Towns of Fira and Oia. Otherwise you will spend a lot of money to use Taxis. You are very close to the Black Beach, which is 10/15 minutes walking distance. A Mini Market is close by 5 minutes walk. Bring in a beach towel if you can or you might wait to get a towel.

A nice little hotel on the south end of Santorini.

Owner was very personable. She upgraded us to a suite. The rooms were simple but ample and provided all we needed. There was a balcony with a view on the sea. The hotel is not \"on\" the sea but very close by. The breakfast by the pool was very pleasant.

Outstanding 5 Star Hotel with outstanding staff

Outstanding hotel with top staff. Hotel is located in the quiet area not far from the beach. Bus stop is opposite the hotel and the car rental is 2 minutes away. There are lots of excellent restaurants and bars along the beach. The owner of the hotel is very helpful ladyou with a great character. Whatever you need she would be there for you. She even took us to the restaurant when we arrive late at hotel due to our flight. She recommend us few excursions which was second to none especially catamaran tour. Other 2 staff were also very helpful and provided whatever we needed. The breakfast was amazing with lots of variety. I would recommend this hotel to anybody.

Bella Santorini was PERFECT for our honeymoon!

First of all, the hotel manager, Litsa is AMAZING. She gave us a warm welcome as if we were family, and prepared a delicious dinner for us which we enjoyed on our balcony under the moonlight= WIN. She is quite the chef! She also cooked us breakfast and delivered it to our room every morning. What we loved most about the Bella Santorini is that it didn't feel so touristy... it truly felt like we were in someone's home and we truly got a taste of Santorini life. Located in Perivolos, which is on the southern bend of the island and is known for having the most beautiful beaches in Santorini, Bella is far from the hustle and bustle (and tourism) of the metropolitan Oia area, and is well within walking distance (3 minute walk!) of the black, volcanic pebble Perivolos beach and gorgeous, crystal clear sea. My husband and I rented an ATV so we could explore the entire island. (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! - Check out Moto Manos, very close to Bella, for rental, They will actually drop off the ATV for you at the hotel). We made trips back and forth to Oia, Fira and Perivolos and enjoyed the sites, the various beaches and of course the AMAZING food. We tried everything (from restaurants to excursions) that Litsa recommended and we were SO pleased. The Sunset BBQ cruise was incredible. Seaside restaurant was absolutely phenomenal- food/ambiance were so fantastic that we ended up closing down the place each night! We will be back next year and we will definitely stay at the Bella Santorini again

We had the pleasure of meeting Litza since the day we arrived who went above and beyond trying to make our trip the most memorable one. Since the moment we arrived she greeted us with a really nice upgrade to a room y a hotel beach side and the following day when we returned to the room, we were greeted by a nice bottle of wine in our Honeymoon Villa. I would say the only inconvenience we fund during our stay was the size of the shower (very small) but that's only 15 minutes of of the day that were outweighed by the great service, very tasteful breakfast and amazing people that surrounded us during our stay in Santorini.

Fantastic!!

We stayed at Bella Santorini for 2 weeks and enjoyed every minute. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with the bedding and towels changed frequently.
The complimentary breakfast served has a wide choice with different options on a daily basis.
The 2 ladies running the hotel are very friendly and welcoming providing much valuable information. The catamaran trip suggested was fantastic and the coach trip gave a good overview of the island.
Thanks for an amazing time, we would definitely recommend a stay here!

Lovely Week Stay at Bella Santorini mid Sep 2015

The Bella Santorini hotel was perfect for the week stay my family & I had. We had our 1 year old child with us and the staff there was so friendly and helpful in catering for all our needs. The breakfasts were delicious and lots of tastey along with healthy options which they made there. The pool was a comfortable size. We ate at the hotel a few times whilst we relaxed near the pool area and were very pleased with the salads and pastas we ordered. The location was a short stroll from what we believe to be the best beach in Santorini, with many restaurants and bars and small shops. The hotel arranged our airport transportation and other taxis as and when we needed. The room was a comfortable size with a safe outdoor area for our daughter. The room was cleaned daily and the staff accommodated our timings and did this around when our child was having her daytime naps. Very pleased with our stay, and we thought the staff at the hotel were so nice, accommodating and friendly!

We received a friendly welcome and very much enjoyed our stay. The pool is very nice and the beach is just a short walk away. Breakfast is quite good and the pastries are very tasty. The staff are very helpful and the rooms are nice and clean. Just don't forget a corkscrew! They don't supply one and Greek wine bottles use corks Reception is closed from about 10 so some improvisation was required!

Hotel staff was wonderful. Great pool and they provide a home cooked breakfast every day. They are happy to help you with anything you need (transportation, local recommendations etc). It is a bit far from Fira and Oia (20-45 min drive) but a short walk to Perissa beach. Highly recommend!

Greek hospitality at its best!

We have just come back from a fantastic week's holiday at Bella Santorini. As prearranged with the hotel, we were picked up from the airport despite our plane being over 3 hours late. Reception normally closes at 10pm but we were warmly greeted by our hosts some time around midnight and immediately felt at home. Our room was perfect for our family of 5. Comfy beds, good shower, great air conditioning, lovely balcony overlooking the gorgeous pool. Our room was cleaned daily and towels replenished. It was just as we had expected. The pool was lovely. Our kids would have played there all day but we forced them to explore the island (trips arranged for us by hotel - thank you). There was always free sun loungers. The parasols provided welcome shade. The bar had a huge selection of drinks and we were always served promptly. There was also a nice menu and the food was home made, fresh and delicious. Bar prices were reasonable and compared favourably with local beach bars and restaurants. The gardens are beautiful with some very pretty flowers. My daughter took some photos of the flowers to use in her school arts project. The breakfasts were fantastic with a huge selection of fresh, homemade pastries alongside eggs, bacon, sausages, bread, salads,yoghurt, honey, tea, coffee, juices Etc

Great hotel in great location for us.

Pool fantastic, shame about the rest

The issues that we asked them to resolve regarding, air conditioning, transport, breakfast were treated with distain. But junior staff were polite. It's situated close to the beach. The resort restaurants are great and are very happy to welcome you as tourists.

The hotel was very good value for money. Breakfast was nice. Close to the beach but the views weren't great as lots of unkept fields and half finished buildings made it not very pretty. The breakfast area was just a cheap conserveraty and could do with a lot of tlc and some character. Fitted sheets would have made the bed more comfortable. Having said all that it was a lovely holiday and The staff were very friendly.

Nice welcome from staff. Room had been double booked for 1st night so swift and fair arrangements made at reception for transfer to another hotel on the beach and short transfers for a night which was fine. When busy, seating capacity around pool and outdoors for breakfast a little limited but acceptable. Room clean and sizeable but shower has no elevated attachment to stand under meaning head has to be held which is annoying. Pool nice but not heated like many others on the Island. Reception staff pleasant and helpful for local knowledge and bookings etc. Hotel is only 5 mins from beach and some decent restaurants. In sum, fine overall with some small areas for improvement.

Nice people, lovely hotel, not near anything

This is a mixed review. The hotel was lovely, the staff more than helpful and the food was amazing. If you just wanted the beach it was a perfect location. Unfortunately, it is a bus ride away from Santorini downtown and a long bus ride to Oia, where the sunsets and beautiful blue and white buildings are located. The bus does not run all day and it takes nearly an hour to get to the aforementioned locations. you'd have to plan your day accordingly. That said, the hotel room was large with a separate living space with a fridge and sink though the sofa bed needed a good cleaning. I think they need a bit of work, but they were very helpful.

Website says and shows something totally nice, reality is .......
We were first assigned a room which was not habitable by any standards, with 6.5 to 7' ceiling, bath and toilet fitted under a flight of stairs. After some mnegotiation Evelyn assigned a nicer first floor room with a balcny. Facilities there were OK, but the flush in the toilet leaked and made noise non stop.
For the second day we were shunted to NOSJOS, which was worse than a retirements village unit. No bath tub, no shower, there was just a 2' X 2' shower base with a plastic stool with a hand held shower.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location.

We've just come back from a 10 day stay at Bella Santorini. We travelled as a family of 4 with a 10 and 12 year old. The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff very friendly. It was very much Greek style but the rooms were comfortable and had air conditioning. The location was excellent being very close to the beach at perivolos and to lots of lovely restaurants.
We hired a car for the day while we were there to go to Thira and Oia and see the sun set in imberivogli. We had a lovely day but were glad to be staying on the beach. We also went to the waterpark in nearby perissa beach one day which was good fun.

Lovely holiday :)

For me, this hotel was a little piece of heaven. The level of cleanliness was high. The pool area was very chilled and peaceful with great views all sides. The staff were also very helpful and friendly, and because it is such a small hotel they cooked/prepared everything from scratch. The breakfasts were varied and well worth getting up for. Thank you Bella Santorini for a lovely, relaxing time :)

First, LOVED the enthusiastic staff here, and their wi-fi worked well.
Also, the tour they booked for us was great and well-priced!

We partly chose this hotel for the hot tub and \"breakfast included\" and found neither to be true: breakfast was an extra 5€ a day and the pool, which included jets @one end, remained unheated, too cold to use during our stay. There was no hot tub.

Just a few suggestions:
--After a long trip, would have preferred a large bottle of water and a nap before the sales pitch on tours.
--No need to tell us other tours we booked in advance, online, were bad ones. All were great!
--And why not offer hotel guests unlimited, distilled water, as many hotels do?So grateful the Brits next door shared some of their water until I could walk to the minimarket the next day.
