Great stay, breakfast was included, beach near by, friendly and approachable staff, all speak english and very well organised. The only downside was people swimming in the swimming pool without a shower prior, so pool can be dirty depending on a day.

Staff and management were amazing. We left kids clothing behind and Maria took it upon herself to have it shipped to us at our next travel destination. They made us feel very comfortable and rooms were squeaky clean! We tried yoga which was a great experience for my wife and I on the beach. Would highly recommend this travel stop!

I would 100% recommend Sea Sound White Katikies. From the moment we landed in Santorini we were made to feel welcome.
The whole team are so warm and accommodating. Eleni is fantastic and was there to greet us on arrival at the reception. She made our trip stress free and helped put us in touch with a local and reliable driver called Yannis.
Eleni helped us to feel at home and was there to help and support us with our questions and queries.
There is a local shop and a local gentleman called Vassilis offered a free and convenient shuttle service to and from the shop to purchase groceries and essentials.
Tefta from housekeeping was great and made our room up each morning.
The pools and surroundings are well maintained.
The staff at Sea Sound White Katikies care about overall guest experience and all considerations are met to ensure guests feel comfortable.

From the moment we reached the property, everything has been just amazing. The property is even more beautiful than the pictures. Everyone at the property made sure we had the best time, with great recommendations and help with anything we needed. Not to miss, the owners, Chris and Marija, they made sure we had everything we needed, at any time of the day. Each staff member is like family and they make you feel like a family staying with them. And the room with the outdoor jacuzzi, was the cherry on top of everything. Definitely coming back here whenever in santorini ❤️

A stunning hotel with amazing staff. This hotel is beautiful, clean and has amazing views. You really are right on the beach. The hotel is located at the south of the island so a taxi or bus is required to get to Oia or Fira. However we enjoyed having a day exploring these lovely towns before retreating back to the quiet part of the island.
Food is excellent and the staff are very accommodating to any of your dietary needs and offer to make you anything you wish.
The entire place is clean, tidy and kept in great condition. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely return. We had a private plunge pool and this topped off our holiday and was kept clean and regularly maintained! Definitely 5* hotel with 5* service!

Impossible to find anything negative to say. Perfect location by the beach , beautiful pool , friendly helpful staff. 10 minute walk along the beach to a variety of bars and restaurants ( bring a torch for walking back at night )

Beautiful place to stay. Definitely remote. You must have a car. We came with a family of 5 and it was very spacious. 3 bedrooms with queen beds. Nothing in in walking distance so if you don’t mind driving this is a great place to stay. Closest grocery store is 8 minutes away. A few Dinner choices about 5 minutes away.

This hotel is at the south of the island in Agios Georgios and hosts a private black beach. The accommodation was clean and airy. The hotel sits on lovely grounds with swimming pool, covered and open loungers and sofas and a clean open-air restaurant. A mix of hotel residents from various countries joined over the 4 nights we stayed there and made for some interesting exchanges.
•The staff were superb! Welcoming, attentive, helpful suggestions and accommodating of our particular needs. They always made us feel like were their ONLY guests (though clearly they were fully booked the full duration of our stay!)
•Pre-arrival communications: timely, responsive, clear and informative.
•The room was spacious and nicely set up. Cross ventilation with both front and back balconies – even with a small clothes rack for small hand washing we did on site. If you are intending on truly “living” in the apartment – the kitchen setup may be limiting. We managed to cobble together breakfasts but only 1 aluminum pan and 1 spatula (LOL)! A courtesy pickup/drop off shuttle (arranged through reception) to the grocery store was great.

This is a unique property, the personal care of the owner is evident and seen in the staff. The staff was great and accommodating. The pool was nice along with the beach access. It is not in the busy tourist areas such as Fira. Thought it was a great value. We had a really nice room location with a jacuzzi on the outdoor balcony. Top notch in terms of service at the outdoor restaurant. Katerina provided great input. The light jazz music at the outdoor restaurant was a nice touch. The water in the bathroom was not drinkable so used bottled water for brushing teeth and etc. All the places that we requested water including restaurants gave bottled water so it must be a norm on the island. High praises for the service that we received while we were at this property. No security was present that we could tell but we had no problems while we were there and it seemed that other areas on the island that we visited had little security concerns. We had a rental car so getting to this location was easier. The hotel offered transportation options. Had a great time at Sea Sound.

The management was responsive to our needs and arranged excursions for us. The executive suite was fabulous and restaurant staff gave a cake and gift for my husband’s birthday. It is quiet and a bit remote but if you rent a car you can get to all the major sites.

The property is great , it is on the beech, it is little far from the main attraction of Sentoroni. It was quiet, peaceful, staff was good. 1km away there another popular beech where I saw hotels too.

We had three bed apartment but there were no doors on any of the bedrooms just arches and curtains. No suitable for groups of couples as there is no privacy. Clean and well equipped. If you want to get away from everything this is the place. Lovely pool area. Breakfast €9 for continental.

I can't say enough great things about our stay at Sea Sound - White Katikies. The PRIVATE, QUIET property is absolutely gorgeous with blooming gardens, beautiful villas, a crystal clear pool, private beach and the most AMAZING staff you could find anywhere!
Upon arrival, staff greeted us and helped us take our luggage to our villa. The villa was just gorgeous - simple decor, fantastic architecture overlooking a beautiful garden. Our three bedrooms were built underground to stay cool during hot days, yet they had windows in each room so there was plenty of light. These rooms were so quiet and peaceful! Upstairs was a lovely living room, kitchen and small balcony. Two unique bathrooms were perfect for our family of seven.
Well lit paths led you through the gardens and through the most clever tree tunnel we had ever seen. At night the gardens are magical with little solar lights lighting up the entire area.
The pool was so clean and had an abundance of chairs, napping beds and lounges. A concrete walkway allowed you to sit right by the sea. If you wanted to venture onto the little private beach, you will find it so delightful with lounges and umbrellas right by the water. They even have water shoes since the area is naturally rocky. We walked up to a nearby popular beach, but headed right back to our private beach. Other beaches are close by and they have great bikes for you to borrow at no charge. A five minute bike ride and you are at Vlachada Beach which is beautiful as well.
The staff is the best!! From the receptionist to the managers, everyone is so so so attentive and helpful. We met the owner, Annie, and she is such a gem! Her architect husband designed the villas and the pride in his work shows everywhere. Nothing was dirty or soiled, nothing was broken - everything in pristine condition.
The food at the little restaurant was spectacular! We had breakfast there each morning and had dinner there twice as well. We had a large group of seven and everyone loved their food! Being able to eat outside was just such a treat!!! We took a special liking to George who worked at the restaurant/bar. What a kind, helpful man with a genuine willingness to help each and every guest. We will miss him!!!!

4 and 1/2 starts overall because of the online listing accuracy. We had 3 bedroom apartment but only one bedroom had a separate door. Two others (in the basement) were connected. We did not have a problem with it since I was staying with my family and friends. My sister and I took the connected bedrooms whereas my friends stayed in a seperate bedroom upstairs. It worked out for us but if you are a privacy freak it can be a problem. I have to admit we never voiced this problem to the manager so I cannot say if they would have accommodate us with a different apartment if we had said something. They probably would judging by how wonderful and attentive their staff was in every way. The bar area and breakfast they serve for 9 euro may seem a little steep for greece prices but worth it. We binged on eggs and coffee every morning. I would highly recommend it. The location is secluded, away from crowds, right at the beach, very close (5-8 min walk) to nearby restaurants and bars. Check out Sea Side Restaurant when you are there for fancy drinks and great music. You can't go wrong with any restaurant down there, they all have wonderful food and passionate servers! Yamas!

My family and I recently stayed at Sea Sound. Everyone at the hotel is very accommodating and eager to please. Check in and out easy. Great pool, property located right on a private beach, good food and drink options at the resort. We got a room with three bedrooms that worked out great for our family. We had a fantastic time. Overall a excellent value for the price we paid. We rented a car from the airport and drove down to the resort (worked out well). Only consideration is that it is a drive to shops and restaurants, but not far. They also can arrange transportation for you at hotel very easily. Highly recommend, we look forward to going back! Quiet Relaxing Getaway
Staying here with friends due to the large pool and being away from everything on a nice beach. We rented the three bedroom apartment with included Wi-Fi for a very reasonable price and it was clean and comfortable. The staff was great and went out of their way to ensure everything was taken care of, from getting us transportation, to giving us extra treats when we ordered food from the poolside bar. There is Perissa beach within walking distance for shops and restaurants if you want to go, which we didn't. We honestly didn't need anything that the staff couldn't provide. It is a beautiful, quiet, relaxing place a little off the beaten path and I sincerely hope I get to visit again.

Great hotel and superior staff. Stay here if you want a lovely quiet room with easy beach access, a beautiful pool and a great poolside bar and restaurant. It is not in the hotspots of Thira or Fira on the cliff, but is a short drive away by car or scooter. Sea Sound is great for families, couples and folks who like quiet, peaceful surroundings. With 15 units it would be great for a small wedding or family reunion.

Beautiful apartment. Beside beach, I swam in sea every day. It was beautiful to walk one minute from apartment and swim in the lovely clean sea water. My family lived the pool and sun bathing area. Complex is really clean and lovely landscaping. Staff very friendly.

amazing service, secluded beach
the service provided in this hotel is top-notch. you will know they are waiting for you upon your arrival; they help you with your luggages; they bring food to your room. they also provide complimentary taxi service for a few kilometers nearby. the rooms are pure white and very clean. they also have access to the black sand beach which is secluded. some things to consider while staying in this hotel: it is in the far south. the only way to get there is by a taxi. the hotel personnel will help you with the pick-up and drop-off services. there is a bus but the frequency is very low. if you rent a car or a quad bike you should be fine.

We loved staying here. Everyone was so nice. You will want to have a car or some transportation if you stay here. That said, its only a few minutes drive to the main town of Fira. Very affordable for the amount of space we had. We had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A dream for my two kids to each have their own bedrooms on vacation.

Lovely location close to the sea
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It's a huge property with lots of open spaces. We were in a White Maisonette with Sea View. Had a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea (about 100 metres away) and pool. The apartment had two floors, very spacious, and well-equipped. Disappointment was the not-so-good job of the cleaning staff. The coffee maker had coffee grounds/filter from the previous guests, mugs and spoons had stains, our dirty towels were never picked up, etc. Also the fact that the fridge and water heater were on the main floor whereas the microwave and dishes were on the lower floor was an inconvenience. The private beach of Sea Sound is too pebbled with hardly any sand. But, Perissa Beach is just a 2-minute drive from there and is a beautiful black-sand beach. Don't bother with the breakfast for 7 euros. Definitely not worth the money. After the first day, we made our own breakfast. We were also somewhat disappointed that they quoted us higher rates from that shown on their website when we mailed them. We got a much better rate on a booking website instead. I hope the owners read this review and train the cleaning staff, move all kitchen equipment to the same floor, improve the breakfast, and are consistent in their communications. The staff are very friendly though. Despite some shortcomings, overall it's a lovely place to stay and we would certainly recommend it.

located near a beach,its expansive with a well sculpted structures in accord with the santorini architecture.the rooms are with white linen and wardrobes as shown in the hotel pics,and oh they are huge!dint need A.C even in the mornin as absence of any hotel or building nearby got cool breeze flowing straight from the beach into our room.the ambiance was very cosy and roomy,apt for any island.the utilities mite look basic but they were clean and neat.a bit of bother though was the reception that had attending timings making u question wether sea sound is a hotel or a pension?also they advertise their rooms having a kitchen,but IT IS WITHOUT A COOKING TOP OR COOKING UTENSILS.one can find just a pair of cutlery,glasses and plates spread around the cupboards.the fridge was huge enough to stock a weeks groceries.the landlady is nice,warm n friendly.located near perissa and perivolos beaches,around 7 km from the port and 14km from fira.30km from oia.bike rentals & carrefour supermarket easily found in perissa.overall a pleasant stay with tons of sweet memories from the island....greece is beautiful!!!

The resort is very isolated so you will need a car. The nearest eatery (Dimitri’s) is about 10 minute walk away. The resort has no restaurant. If you're arriving late or don't have a car, I STRONGLY suggest you find food before arriving at the resort. It was only through extremely good luck and some very friendly hospitality that we managed to get dinner on our first night.
We were a little disappointed with some of the recommendations the resort gave us. They booked us on a tour which cost us 25euro. When speaking to someone else on the same tour they only paid 15 euro so we were frustrated.
The breakfast wasn't much good and was over priced we thought. 6euro for a small continental breakfast and almost undrinkable coffee was very disappointing. In the early days of our stay, omelettes were free, but half way through they decided to impose an added fee of 5 euro.
Our room had a sink and cutlery and crockery, but nothing to cook on.
The shower was just a very weak dribble in a hand held contraption.

I was very happy with the service that we received. Eva and Anni helped us to arrange Airport transfer, Hot Spring Tour, Scotter rental and Snorkeling. Everthing was delivered at hotel and resonable price.
Eva and Anni were very helpful and thanks to them for making our trip very memorable.

Adorable hôtel avec de grandes chambres confortables avec terrasse et frigo. Très grande piscine avec de confortables transats et accès à une très jolie plage de sable noire à paillettes (prévoir des chaussures car rochers comme partout à santorin). Endroit très apaisant loin de la foule de touristes. Idéal pour couples et familles. Yoga possible pour les lève-tôt et cours de cuisine.
