The staff is genuinely friendly, welcoming, and works hard, and the hotel sits directly on the beach with excellent views from the pool. If you’re looking for a quieter part of Santorini away from the crowds of Oia, this location may suit you well.

That said, this property simply does not meet the expectations of a five-star luxury resort.
The overall feel is much closer to a four-star hotel—or even something comparable to a Courtyard by Marriott or Hampton Inn in the United States—than a luxury resort. The hotel is divided by a large parking lot, including parking used by an adjacent property, which significantly detracts from the resort atmosphere.
Our transportation experience was also disappointing. We arranged and paid for two private vans from the airport but were instead placed on a shared shuttle. One member of our group accidentally left a phone behind, and neither the hotel nor anyone else could even identify or contact the transportation company that had been arranged.
Service was inconsistent in other ways as well. By late afternoon (around 5:00 p.m.), there were no beach towels available at the pool, and staff stopped replenishing them even though the pool remained open. Our luggage was simply left outside our room instead of being delivered inside. The spa was also underwhelming, with very small, dark treatment rooms that felt more like a basement than a luxury spa.
The guest rooms are clean and perfectly adequate, but they are not luxurious.

The property is very isolated and away from everything. There is hardly any beach to view or sit by. The grounds were poorly maintained. The best thing about the resort was the spacious room and the fact that the pool in the room is heated. There is zero premium alcohol so if you plan to hang by the pool prepare to be served cheap alcohol. Forget about it trying to order in-room dining because we were told twice they couldn't accommodate are request even though it was before the kitchen closed. I tried to get a drink in the lobby before heading out and we were told we had to walk all the way back to the pool bar. I asked for a bottle of water while we waited outside for our ride to an excursion and we were told they give us 1 of water in our rooms once a day!!!!! We also had someone enter our room without knocking and luckily I was not getting dressed!! The best part about Santorini was being away from the resort because I was frustrated with every part of the resort while I was there. Even when we returned I made a complaint and they said they would have someone contact right away and that never happened. Just don't go!

Great hotel, modern and contemporary. Rooms each have a jacuzzi and the view was very nice. The restaurant on the beach is beautiful and they serve the best breakfast à la carte we had during our stay (we stayed in different hotels). Would highly recommend to stay there for a couple of nights to relax. Only issue is not much to do around walking distance so best if you want to relax or ok to take taxis everywhere

Excellent hotel with excellent breakfast and very good staff and service. Lovely private beach. Would highly reccomend a car if staying here as very limited options for dining within walking distance and it’s really easy to drive and explore the island. Very highly reccomend

The hotel was lovely, staff were so friendly and helpful.

The room was gorgeous with private pool and 2nd floor balcony, with a cave style room (3 floors!). The hotel was so relaxing and breakfast was amazing.

Only downsides were:
Drinks were very expensive, and probably worth it to go to the beach club / marina most nights
They could do with another shuttle service, as the taxis were limited and the shuttle booked quickly up if hotel was busy.
The breakfast service was a little slow at times, with coffee refills and drink refills, but the view and atmosphere made you forget about it instantly.

Beautiful well kept property with excellent staff. Our room was fabulous and the private pool was even bigger than expected Maria at Reception was very helpful.
There were only two downsides. 1. The property is quite remote and there aren’t pedestrian pathways on most roads so travelling pretty much anywhere requires car/taxi etc.,. 2. Whilst the food at the hotels restaurants tastes good and presentation/service is great, there are very limited options for vegetarians and they don’t have as many traditional Greek dishes as we would’ve liked.

Overall a lovely hotel and we’d stay again but only for a few nights due to the food limitations.

The hotel it’s self was amazing. The only downsides where the room was very cold especially in the evening. The staff where incredible in terms of house keeping and reception team but some areas of the hotel seemed little bit ridiculous like a very limited vegetarian menu option with zero flexibility to serve pizza from lunch time menu for dinner when the restaurant was completely empty and chefs where idly.
Overall a very nice relaxing stay away from hustle and bustle from main town.

The rooms and patio (with private heated pool) were very nice. The restaurant was lovely with good food - wonderful breakfast.
The staff tended to be nice but very inexperienced. While at the front desk, on more than one occasion they interrupted my conversation to take a phone call - even when there were other free staff 10 feet away. It is very frustrating to stand there being ignored while they take phone calls. If they were asked a question they didnt know the answer to, rather than saying I dont know or asking a colleague who was 10 feet away, they would go online and hemming and hawing try to find an answer. The restaurant staff tried hard but often mixed up orders. The staff could benefit from more instruction.

What a great place to stay in Santorini! It’s a little further out then most places but it has black sands on the private beach and is a perfect place for couples or those with kids as each room has a private pool/hot tub combo. The property is new and nice and the management is on top of everything. 5-Star stay!

The hotel itself is just perfect: brand new, offering almost private beach, private pools in some rooms, high end restaurant with sea view where à la carte breakfast is proposed. The staff is very professional and friendly, particularly Sandra at the reception and Babis in the restaurant. Towels and robes are provided and changed twice per day. There is a small spa in the hotel. But the area around is not well maintained (as the whole island), there is a lot of trash alongside the roads and on the beach outside of hotel, no sidewalks and a lot of unfinished buildings around.

This spot is a treasure! Tucked away in a quiet beachside locale only a 25 minute drive from lovely but touristy Oia, we quickly unplugged and relaxed. Each staff member made us feel at home, the food was so delicious, we returned each day for breakfast & most dinners.

Lots of dining variety along the coast a 5 minute drive away, but we opted for the ease of a stroll on the Picture ask Seabreeze grounds.

The spa was also divine. This was a tough place for us to leave. You’ll love it!

First time in santorini and we chose to stay at this resort. I was taken aback by how attentive and engaging the staff was every time we passed by them in the lobby. They greet you every time and open the doors for you.
They have a pretty great a la carte beach front breakfast included with the room.
Almost nightly or every other night the hotel staff brings in little desserts from the kitchen.
When visiting the beach they have cabanas and lounge chairs to lay out in and provide water and a snack or beverage menu. The bar is very close to where the beach is and the pool. They offer different dinner options, when we first landed and checked they were having a grill night which was very good.
The room we had was very comfortable and we enjoyed the private jacuzzi. The resort provides you with water shoes to go into the water at the beach that you can keep after your stay.
There’s a black sand beach market and restaurant if you walk along the shore for 15 minutes which is nice to visit and eat at or hangout.
If you’re looking to be in the business of the city this location may not be for you, it’s on the south side of the island and a lot of the things to see like Oia and Fira are north but if you’re looking to relax like we were this place is perfect and you can always get a ride from a taxi service or rent a vehicle to get around.
Don’t hesitate to stay here you definitely won’t regret it because it’ll be an amazing experience.

This is a 5-star property! The accommodations are well done, the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, and ensure your holiday is the best they can provide. The free breakfast is so good, their wide menu from gastronomy to simple foods is exactly what we liked. Each room has a beautiful private heated pool, the main pools are a great way to cool down. I would highly encourage people to stay at the property and feel the luxury that surrounds you.

This place is brand new and stunning. The staff is overly attentive and aims to please. We had a slight flooding issue and they moved us seamlessly. The food options did feel a bit limited and “non Greek” which was a bummer. Additionally, the location is remote so about a 40 minute drive to oia. The hotel arranged transfers and all was ok to get around the island but it is expensive 60-70 per ride.
