Staff were very accommodating, kind, and professional throughout our stay. The room was very clean, and breakfast offered many tasty choices each morning. Our only complaints were the noise from the room above it often sounded like furniture was being moved and the jacuzzi was cold. Overall, a very pleasant stay with excellent service. My daughter and I had an absolutely wonderful time at Anastasia Luxury Beach Hotel. The family are the most beautiful hosts and really care about every detail. The hotel is immaculate and in a beautiful location with the beach literally on the doorstep. Everything about our stay was stunning and the breakfast was amazing… I am grateful to have travelled to several luxury hotels where we have had breakfast. But I can say that the breakfast at Anastasia Luxury Beach hotel was the most delicious of them all, having a different selection of the finest and freshest food, fruits and juices each day. Truly outstanding. This hotel hands down is the best hotel in Santorini. Thank you to all the family and staff for making our stay very special and memorable.

All the staff I met during my stay at Anastasia Princess was incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I felt at home and as part of the family. From the day we got there, Emerald welcomed us with warmth at the reception and provided valuable information throughout our stay. Whenever I interacted with the cleaning staff, servers, bartender , they had a way of brightening my day with their welcoming smiles and energy. The food was amazing, from breakfast, snacks, drinks and lunch items. Celebrated my birthday here and they did something for me which made me feel extra special! The property was so peaceful and clean at all times and I would definitely go back and recommended staying here. It be great if the bar and snack bar was open longer but there are lots of restaurants around the area so it wasn't much of a hussle to get food. Thank you Anastasia family for such amazing hospitality, hope to see you all again soon!!!

This is the most visually beautiful hotel we have stayed in. It was the perfect balance of authentic and modern. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the area was quiet, so we slept very well. We loved exploring the local shops and restaurants along the beachfront. Because the hotel is so conveniently located, we could go back to our room as often as we needed.

Breakfast was delicious. There were many fresh and new options each morning. We really liked the outdoor seating too. Very comfortable with a beautiful view of the hotel.

Service was superb from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We were sad to be leaving such a beautiful and welcoming hotel.

We booked this based on reviews and were so pleased we did. The room with a plunge pool was beautiful, floors mopped daily, new towels and so picturesque. The pools were cleaned daily, it having the choice of two and the beach was incredible. Plenty of choices of restaurants; our favourites were Seaside, Ntoamini, Pyrgos Restaurant and Athermi Restaurant in Megalochori. If you stay here, no need to hire a car. The buses are frequent (but not on time!) and we went to Fira, Oia, Pyrgos and Megalochori this way. The beach sunbeds were luxurious, chill music played and there was bar service. If you ordered a large bottle of water, it was only €3.50 and it came in an ice bucket…great touches. The breakfast was delicious, it changed everyday and was well presented. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in the perfect stretch with shopping, lots of food options and right on the beach.For as much as they offered on the strip, it was still very quiet and private at night. I absolutely loved my stay! I stayed here last year with a friend and loved it so much that I came here again this year alone. The studio I stayed in was absolutely beautiful, loved how the gym had all the equipments I needed. It is also right in front of the beach and I highly recommend watching the sun rise. The staff were so helpful and nice. Several restaurants around the hotel and very safe.

The entire set up of the property is different. It feels as if you have your own private suite and outdoor area. Very relaxing and the staff is always available to assist.

Fantastic family hotel!

Just a fantastic stay! I have never felt so relaxed heading home from a holiday. Out check-in was under 10 mins, we received an upgrade to an amazing room with a better plunge pool. This is a family run hotel, so there is that personal touch, which was incredibly warm and friendly. It was not busy when we were there so plenty of subbed on the beach and around the pools, which were cleaned every day. Our room was cleaned perfectly and always had clean beach towels every day, by the lovely Olga. Loved this hotel and we will definitely go back, hopefully next year.

Really a great place. More than exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly, helpful (offered to help with our luggage when they walked by us when we were leaving). They rooms were clean, and well maintained. Public areas were clean and well maintained. The pools were great. The close proximity to the beach as well as the free use of beach lounges were a definite plus. The breakfast buffet while not expansive, was excellent. Since it is family owned and they were actually working there, they went out of way to ensure that everything was good. While there were a few minor irritants, listing them would be nit picking. If we ever go back to Santorini we will definitely stay here again.

The beach was right there with plenty od lounges. There was plenty of restaurants within walking distance and some shops. It has 2 beautiful pools, good breakfast, etc. It's location is quiet. Highly recommend the hotel.

Anastasia Princess was terrific. For those who are looking for a secluded and peaceful experience in Santorini, we highly recommend this location. We loved the vibe, the accessibility of the beach and dining options, and the connections to other services like private vans and vehicle rentals. Smaragda and her staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, too.

Our only complaints about our stay would be that our tap/shower water was salty (though this is apparently not uncommon in Santorini and other island destinations), and that our bathroom had a residual smell (but that may have just been in our room). Otherwise, everything else was terrific. We also highly recommend the massages offered - they are some of the best we ever had.

We definitely recommend Anastasia Princess!

My wife and I stayed 3 nights in Santorini at this beautiful hotel. The staff was truly amazing, friendly, helpful and more. Emerald greeted us when we arrived and took care of all our planning needs for our stay. She recommended amazing restaurant choices and was able to set up all reservations and transportations for each night. The beach staff were also very accommodating and provided excellent customer service. The food and drinks were delicious at the hotel. This hotel was very modern and kept very clean. The staff works extremely hard all day long as they all perform many functions around the hotel. The owner Stavros is always around greeting his guest and helping his team as needed. The owner is very committed to creating a great atmosphere for all his guest and staff. This family owned business was a pleasure to stay at and I recommend it to all. Best vacation spot I have ever visited.

Worth the money.

The hotel was just what we wanted - the room (43) was the perfect size - small kitchenette, spacious room with bed and two large sofas (ideal to lounge on out of the sun) and bathroom with a walk in shower. All looks fresh and clean. Large balcony where we had the sun until 8pm.
The hotel now has a beach front so you can use the sun beds without cost, they provide you with named towels so staff know you are staying there.
Two pools although limited beds - it was relatively quiet when we were there so not an issue.
Very helpful staff and on check out we were able to leave our bags in reception. They have facilities for you to use if leaving later in the day - two different areas of showers/toilets. They will provide you with fresh towels to use.
Breakfast was varied and constantly topped up; local delicacies, eggs and bacon (sausages are frankfurter type), Greek and fruit salad, toast and condiments, croissants and cakes. We were in Heaven.

Absolutely charming! Right on a black sand beach (with a private lounge area on the beach) in a super fun part of the island….tons of fun restaurants within a 10-minute walk. The rooms are beautifully and creatively decorated. But the real treasure is the staff. Wow! A beautiful boutique hotel, superbly decorated with super friendly owners. On arrival greeted by the owners who were extremely helpful, showed us around and to our room.
Breakfast good variety of food for the size of hotel and the owners look after you.

Accommodation:- We had a superior studio pool view room which was extremely clean and attractive with a small extra sitting area inside the room and a small patio area outside overlooking the pool. The room included a safe, fridge, kettle and utensils. Amenities - shampoo/conditioner.

Location: - Adult only hotel just one street back from the sea front of Perissa and walk-able to most of the restaurants in the area. The beach has black volcanic granular sand. The hotel has two main pools you can use.

Hotel about five minute walk to main road where you can pick up local buses taking you all over the island.
Would certainly recommend staying at this hotel if you are looking for a peaceful stay away from the noise of the beach front.
•One issue was the internet did not work well when lying on the bed but worked with no problems in the sitting area.

Average hotel close to the beach (cooperation with lokal restaurant so sunbeds are free which was great). Staff was nice and tried to be helpful, check-in was disappointing as we had to wait for 20 minutes for our room to be ready (already after official check-in and not even glass of water was offered to us) and the room was not according yo our expectations. Also cleaning lady simply barged in with some guest to “look for something” - without knocking, simply opened the door after we were already checked-in (luckily still dressed!). Luckily we could exchange for another one - nothing special though. Breakfast was okay (average) except for the horrible artificial orange juice, could use some whole fresh fruits and better variety. Towels should all be thrown out and exchanged for new ones - all were either ripped or had stains…should not be happening. Hotel has 2 nice pools but pretty much no shade so there is no use of them during the day.

There is not much else to say about this hotel/resort other than using just one word: exceptional. A gracious, caring hotel staff, wonderful breakfast, beautiful, cozy pool with an accommodating gym below. The rooms are clean, simple, spacious and quaint - everything you need for a perfect, tranquil stay in Santorini. I cannot reiterate how much effort the staff puts into your stay. They are passionate about you having the best possible stay, and they stop at nothing to assure you will. My only regret is, I didn’t stay longer.

If you are on the fence about booking here, go ahead and book. The place is lovely. The family is great. I am here by myself and they upgraded me to a room right next to the office. I feel very safe and well looked after. There’s some great things to see on this side of the island and the owners can help you book anything you want to do. It’s peaceful and close to several restaurants and a couple of stores on the beach road. Highly recommend this place.

Ripping of clients during Covid

Because of the Covid pandemic, my blog friend and I were forced to cancel our trip to Greece. All the other hotels we had booked at provided us a credit or refund given the extenuating circumstances. This hotel was the only one who refused to even acknowledge my emails, messages and requests and kept sending my confirmations of my impending checkin even though I’d made every attempt to get in touch. Obviously their customers safety and satisfaction are not their first priority.

After much reading and researching, me and my girlfriend came to Anastasia Princess with high expectations and we certainly were not disappointed!

Stavros, Lefteris and the team were brilliant. Always happy to help and full of great information/recommendations.

We booked a suite with a private pool which was perfect. Really nice size pool and the accommodation itself was massive.

Location of Anastasia Princess was also perfect. Less than a minutes walk to a beautiful beach which has lots of restaurants and bars.

Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Santorini.

The standard and comfort of Anastasia Princess was exactly as in the photos. It is very clean, with comfy bed and fresh towels. If you get the plunge pool suite, you will be happy to cool down on your balcony. What definitely stands out on top of this is the hospitality of the owners. It is a family owned business and they will go the extra mile to recommend and arrange everything you need to do while in Santorini. The beach is very close so the location of the hotel is also very good if you had beach holidays in mind. If I will come back to Santorini, I will definitely revisit.

We had an amazing holiday. Our week at this beautiful hotel was so relaxing. We were upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi which was spacious and beautiful. Not all rooms are the same so do take care when booking. The stsff were lovely, the premises very clean and well maintained and if you like greek food, the breakfast offered a great selection.

We loved literally everything about this hotel!! Our amazing plunge pool room, the beauty and detail of the hotel decor and especially the wonderful people who make you so welcome and genuinely look after you and want you to have the best holiday. It really was utter bliss and luxury, we travel a lot and have stayed in lots of lovely hotels and this hands down beat the lot! The Anastasia Princess has got a bit of magic about it and i have never been so relaxed and happy! We are definitely going back which we never do but this hotel was exceptional. Thank you all at Anastasia Princess for the most wonderful holiday and a perfect week in a little piece of heaven.❤️

fabulous hotel in a lovely location

I have not experienced such amazing service in a long time - The staff and family could not be more helpful, courteous, just delightful - all genuine and the actual hotel is just gorgeous, spotlessly clean , the decor is much better than the pics - the whole place is magical we had a beautiful time.

magical Anastasia Suites

I cannot overstate how absolutely charming this hotel is. It is one of the most delightful places we have stayed; and we travel a lot. It’s location is around the corner from Perissa beach; with lots of delicious restaurants and a promenade. It is also a very short walk to town. Breakfast is delicious and the family that runs it could not be kinder or more accommodating. We hugged and kissed goodbye ❣️

We were very well received by the staff, and they made an effort to make sure me and my wife would be in a room close to the couple of friends travelling with us.

Rooms were spacious and with a small outside area, that was not completely private, but reserved enough to enjoy. The improvement I'd think about doing is in regard to the bathroom. We've stayed in room 10, and although there is a door to the toilet, the sink and shower are separated from the room by a blackout curtain, instead of a proper door. Not a deal breaker, but something that could be improved.

This Hotel is amazing, it has 2 stunning pools, gorgeous decor throughout, great choice at breakfast, comfortable rooms, very efficient air con, staff very friendly, quite location near the beach, bars and restaurants.

These are just constructive criticisms opposed to a negative review, as it certainly does not deserve any! - more fruit at breakfast , the offer of sun umbrellas around the pool (the one opposite side to the main building), the water in Santorini is very salty and no bottled provided as stated in some of their hotel information - had to use bottled water in the kettle and rinsing the cups too!, more storage space for clothes and less seating areas that weren't used.

The family/owners are very friendly and welcoming, thank you for making our stay very enjoyable, you have a beautiful hotel!

This felt like home to me and my husband......right from the day i booked i contacted the hotel and all request were met on arrival. Tranfer from Airport was on time,very plesant driver till we got to the hotel...... Imeralda and co checked us in with comfort and smiles. Fantastic Stay

We got amazing service from the beginning. The room and resort was amazing. It is better than staying in oia and fira as those areas are so crowded. Perissa beach, the famous black sand beach is full of amazing restaurants and this resort is literally on the beach. The service from the two brothers who run and own the hotel was phenomenal. They especially booked a time with us to sit down and give their advice about santorini. What to do and how.. their recommendations were great. They also helped us in getting an ATV at great rates.
