My daughter and I had an absolutely wonderful time at Anastasia Luxury Beach Hotel. The family are the most beautiful hosts and really care about every detail. The hotel is immaculate and in a beautiful location with the beach literally on the doorstep. Everything about our stay was stunning and the breakfast was amazing… I am grateful to have travelled to several luxury hotels where we have had breakfast. But I can say that the breakfast at Anastasia Luxury Beach hotel was the most delicious of them all, having a different selection of the finest and freshest food, fruits and juices each day. Truly outstanding. This hotel hands down is the best hotel in Santorini. Thank you to all the family and staff for making our stay very special and memorable.

All the staff I met during my stay at Anastasia Princess was incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I felt at home and as part of the family. From the day we got there, Emerald welcomed us with warmth at the reception and provided valuable information throughout our stay. Whenever I interacted with the cleaning staff, servers, bartender , they had a way of brightening my day with their welcoming smiles and energy. The food was amazing, from breakfast, snacks, drinks and lunch items. Celebrated my birthday here and they did something for me which made me feel extra special! The property was so peaceful and clean at all times and I would definitely go back and recommended staying here. It be great if the bar and snack bar was open longer but there are lots of restaurants around the area so it wasn't much of a hussle to get food. We booked this based on reviews and were so pleased we did. The room with a plunge pool was beautiful, floors mopped daily, new towels and so picturesque. The pools were cleaned daily, it having the choice of two and the beach was incredible. Plenty of choices of restaurants; our favourites were Seaside, Ntoamini, Pyrgos Restaurant and Athermi Restaurant in Megalochori. If you stay here, no need to hire a car. The buses are frequent (but not on time!) and we went to Fira, Oia, Pyrgos and Megalochori this way. The beach sunbeds were luxurious, chill music played and there was bar service. If you ordered a large bottle of water, it was only €3.50 and it came in an ice bucket…great touches. The breakfast was delicious, it changed everyday and was well presented. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in the perfect stretch with shopping, lots of food options and right on the beach.For as much as they offered on the strip, it was still very quiet and private at night. The studio I stayed in was absolutely beautiful, loved how the gym had all the equipments I needed. It is also right in front of the beach and I highly recommend watching the sun rise. Just a fantastic stay! I have never felt so relaxed heading home from a holiday. Out check-in was under 10 mins, we received an upgrade to an amazing room with a better plunge pool. This is a family run hotel, so there is that personal touch, which was incredibly warm and friendly. It was not busy when we were there so plenty of subbed on the beach and around the pools, which were cleaned every day. Our room was cleaned perfectly and always had clean beach towels every day, by the lovely Olga. Loved this hotel and we will definitely go back, hopefully next year.

Really a great place. More than exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly, helpful (offered to help with our luggage when they walked by us when we were leaving). They rooms were clean, and well maintained. Public areas were clean and well maintained. The pools were great. The close proximity to the beach as well as the free use of beach lounges were a definite plus. The breakfast buffet while not expansive, was excellent. Since it is family owned and they were actually working there, they went out of way to ensure that everything was good. While there were a few minor irritants, listing them would be nit picking. If we ever go back to Santorini we will definitely stay here again.

We loved the vibe, the accessibility of the beach and dining options, and the connections to other services like private vans and vehicle rentals. Smaragda and her staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, too.

Emerald greeted us when we arrived and took care of all our planning needs for our stay. She recommended amazing restaurant choices and was able to set up all reservations and transportations for each night. The beach staff were also very accommodating and provided excellent customer service. The food and drinks were delicious at the hotel. This hotel was very modern and kept very clean. The staff works extremely hard all day long as they all perform many functions around the hotel. The owner Stavros is always around greeting his guest and helping his team as needed. The hotel was just what we wanted - the room (43) was the perfect size - small kitchenette, spacious room with bed and two large sofas (ideal to lounge on out of the sun) and bathroom with a walk in shower. All looks fresh and clean. Large balcony where we had the sun until 8pm.
The hotel now has a beach front so you can use the sun beds without cost, they provide you with named towels so staff know you are staying there.

Average hotel close to the beach (cooperation with lokal restaurant so sunbeds are free which was great). Staff was nice and tried to be helpful, check-in was disappointing as we had to wait for 20 minutes for our room to be ready (already after official check-in and not even glass of water was offered to us) and the room was not according yo our expectations. Also cleaning lady simply barged in with some guest to “look for something” - without knocking, simply opened the door after we were already checked-in (luckily still dressed!). Luckily we could exchange for another one - nothing special though. Breakfast was okay (average) except for the horrible artificial orange juice, could use some whole fresh fruits and better variety. Towels should all be thrown out and exchanged for new ones - all were either ripped or had stains…should not be happening. Hotel has 2 nice pools but pretty much no shade so there is no use of them during the day.

There is not much else to say about this hotel/resort other than using just one word: exceptional. A gracious, caring hotel staff, wonderful breakfast, beautiful, cozy pool with an accommodating gym below. The rooms are clean, simple, spacious and quaint - everything you need for a perfect, tranquil stay in Santorini. I cannot reiterate how much effort the staff puts into your stay. They are passionate about you having the best possible stay, and they stop at nothing to assure you will. My only regret is, I didn’t stay longer.

Ripping of clients during Covid
Because of the Covid pandemic, my blog friend and I were forced to cancel our trip to Greece. All the other hotels we had booked at provided us a credit or refund given the extenuating circumstances. This hotel was the only one who refused to even acknowledge my emails, messages and requests and kept sending my confirmations of my impending checkin even though I’d made every attempt to get in touch. Obviously their customers safety and satisfaction are not their first priority.

The standard and comfort of Anastasia Princess was exactly as in the photos. It is very clean, with comfy bed and fresh towels. If you get the plunge pool suite, you will be happy to cool down on your balcony. What definitely stands out on top of this is the hospitality of the owners. It is a family owned business and they will go the extra mile to recommend and arrange everything you need to do while in Santorini. The beach is very close so the location of the hotel is also very good if you had beach holidays in mind. If I will come back to Santorini, I will definitely revisit.

I cannot overstate how absolutely charming this hotel is. It is one of the most delightful places we have stayed; and we travel a lot. It’s location is around the corner from Perissa beach; with lots of delicious restaurants and a promenade. It is also a very short walk to town. We got amazing service from the beginning. The room and resort was amazing. It is better than staying in oia and fira as those areas are so crowded. Perissa beach, the famous black sand beach is full of amazing restaurants and this resort is literally on the beach. The service from the two brothers who run and own the hotel was phenomenal. They especially booked a time with us to sit down and give their advice about santorini. What to do and how.. their recommendations were great. They also helped us in getting an ATV at great rates.
