Nice hotel close to Black beach. Friendly staff. Ready to help you book excursions or transfers to wherever you are going. Public bus terminal close to Dorian's Pub. The bus passes about every hour depending on the day. Bakeries close by. Stores close by. Plenty restaurants on beach side. Beds are comfortable. Air conditioner keeps room cool. Nice pool. My only complaint is the size of the shower (small compared to what we are used to). Water wets the floor but if you dry with a towel it's completely dry by the morning. They have breakfast available but we did not try it.

Would 100% recommend the hotel. We stayed as a family of four. The rooms are small but perfectly formed and the photos accurately represent them. It was great for a few days get away, and the location close to the beach and away from the mega touristy spots on the island

It was perfect! The staff is super sweet and helpful. The room was excellent with everything we needed. The room was cleaned everyday, beds made, fresh towels given and our dirty dishes were cleaned for us, which was not expected but very much appreciated. We had 2 balconies which was very nice. Breakfast by the pool for 9 euro was great! They booked a sunset cruise that included dinner for us that was very reasonably priced and included transportation to the port. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Lovely Family-Run Hotel
Myself and two friends stayed for 4 nights. We would definitely return. Small, quiet and relaxing hotel with lovely clean pool area (including comfortable sunbeds) and very close to beach, restaurants and shops. We had a duplex room with an amazing balcony with pool view which got the sun all day. Recommend breakfast, pool side snacks, drinks etc at the hotel - great quality and reasonably priced. Staff were really friendly, helpful and went the extra mile to ensure we had a brilliant stay. They organised our airport transfers and trip to Fira - very efficient, arrived on time, with clear pricing. They also organised a late check out for us which was greatly appreciated. Would really recommend.

Nice quiet location on a side street half way between the main road and beach. 5 minutes from the bus stop 3 minutes from the beach. Friendly helpful staff, clean and tidy. Small pool side bar for breakfast, snacks and drinks. More local bars and restaurants than you could ever need.

This property was amazing. The staff were incredible and the rooms are quite big. The location was just a few feet away from restaurants, shops and the beach. The only thing that I wasn’t crazy about was the bathroom in the rooms (they were VERY small, the shower curtain was very bad and once you showered the whole bathroom and hallway got wet).
But overall I definitely recommend this property and is definitely located on the best part of the island!

Very friendly small hotel. All staff helpful and friendly. Duplex apartments have low ceiling in the upper bedroom and quite small for 4 adults. Enough crockery etc for basic cooking but not much space.

Samson’s Village Rocks!
This is an awesome establishment. We brought our family to return to our honeymoon site from 25 years ago. The place is beautiful and the staff are incredible. Our kids loved the pool and the beach is minutes from your door. Great spot in Perrisa!

The property was everything you would need for an extended stay. Location is within minutes of shops, great restaurants, the bus stop and the painted stone shark. The location is quiet and not as congested as Fira can be. Tours picked us up at our hotel. Aislinn at the reception desk arranged transport service to/from the ferry port, about 35 euros each way. Well worth the value for us. Aislinn was wonderful at the recrption desk; very helpful, very pleasant, and as always with a smile. At times, the wifi became spotty at our room, a minor inconvenience.

What an amazing stay, the staff was superb and the village was sensational. Truly genuine and customer service oriented. John, Elena and Minas were the superstars who ensured our stay was pleasant and memorable. They went above and beyond to make sure our family had the time of their life, keep the kids entertained with pool amenities and refreshments. Perfect location just seconds away from the boardwalk with restaurants, beach lounges, shopping, water sports and more. Minutes away from excursion pickup point so it made life easier within walking distance. As a frequent traveler from Florida I was curious about a place with my name so I had to check it out, great to say that I was pleasantly surprised and thrilled that our choice was spot on. Highly recommend this place all vacationers.

The place was great at 60+ Euro a night, reason my ratings are where they're at is due to how dated the room was. There were 2 safe's, neither worked. The glass on the door was loosely attached and the toilet had a small leak so there was constantly water on the bathroom floor. The bathroom was extremely small, a bigger person would've had trouble in there. The loft where the queen bed was didn't seem very stable as well. The room had a great patio w chairs overlooking the pool and a slight bit of the beach/ocean. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the pool, exterior of the place was great. For the price it was just fine. I would've opted to spend $10-15 Euro more to be at Aqua Blue right on the beach, I just wasn't patient enough to check it out first.

Convenient and Friendly Hotel
The owner is super nice and let us keep our stuff in the room until 4 on the day of checkout. It was great because we could go to the beach all day and then come back and shower. Pool is beautiful but too cold for us to swim in October. It is only about a minute walk from the beach and lots of restaurants and shops. The path to Ancient Thira is about a 10 minute walk and one of the coolest historical sites I've ever seen. Their shuttle service was on time and very reasonable compared to other hotels. Very cute hotel and would stay again!

Anna was amazing start to finish she let me keep my larger room close to family on the complex so they could keep an eye (lovely touch) Lots of lovely chats and genuine helpful and compassionate that everyone has a great time and everything they need
Also Anna number 2 responsible for house keeping \"just wow\" she worked so hard around the complex and kept the accommodation super clean every single day and was super quick. An asset to the team she really is!

Very cute little family run hotel, staff went above and beyond in order to help guests. Pool was very nice and well maintained, and rooms were well maintained and clean. Rooms had everything you would need, and hotel was located close to beach and many restaurants. Also close to a bus stop that will take you to Fira (~20 mints or Oia (~35 mins). Would recommend staying in Perissa over Fira or Oia easily.

Excellent location and great staff
Samson's village is an AWESOME choice for enjoying what Santorini has to offer. It is about 100 steps (literally under a 1 minute walk) to the beach and it is very close to local transportation. The location is on the Perissa end of the island, but the local bus is easy to catch and very cheap (2.40 Euro each way) to go to Thira (the capital), and slightly more to go all the up to Oia. As it is away from the capital, prices for souvenirs and food are much more reasonable and it is MUCH less crowded. Samson's village is also a short walk from \"The Big COOP\", a local grocery store where produce is cheap and fresh.
Staff at the hotel are very nice - and they will even pick you up from the airport or port for FREE!
They are very friendly and will answer all your questions.
**WARNING**
You can not drink the water on Santorini Island. The staff did not tell us this until we asked....which would be a negative and hopefully they will advise future guests of this when they first arrive. The good thing, the water is cheap at the grocery store, about 2 Euro for 6 one litre bottles.
All the rooms seem to be like mini apartments, with a stove and fridge. The colours are also the white and blue that you picture when you imagine Santorini - giving it that extra special touch.

Loved Samson's village. The whole family ensured our stay was as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The bright blue and white apartments were clean, cosy and cool (good reprieve from the heat!). The pool is lovely to hang out by and their is a little bar you can order drinks and food from. The rooms have kitchenette's - so you can cook and buy food which is handy. It's a few minutes walk to Perissa beach and a plethora of restaurants and places to eat. The main street has 24/7 bakeries (a must) and it's easy to hire a car\book tours.
