Excellent property owned by a lovely friendly family. Location is superb, withing easy walking distance (2 mins) of the beach, taverna, shops, bus stop etc. Spotlessly clean with maid service everyday. Always beds & seats around the pool. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

Such a beautiful hotel with such friendly people, the pool was lovely and quiet and the location along the beach with some lovely bars & restaurants, plus the watersports & quad bikes nearby, was the ideal place to be. Buses were available often between Perissa and Fira too. Overall, a really wonderful week in Santorini.

Everything was amazing. Special thanks to Katerina for arranging transportation from/to airport and a boat tour for us. The hotel is 2 minutes from the Beach, they have a locker for luggage and showers you can use after check out. Everyone was super kind and friendly. If ever back in Santorini I’ll stay there again absolutely.

This hotel exceeded our expectation, the room is simple but well decorated. Very comfortable, a lot of storage place. Under 5 minutes walking to the beach. More importantly the staff is very friendly and helped us with booking tour and arranged the best for us.

A great property in an excellent location with wonderful stuff! It’s about 3 minutes to walk to the beach, which is not only great for swimming but also offers a whole bunch of restaurants and shops.
The facility itself is very nice and clean and has a nice pool, even a small kitchen for guests to prepare food if you wish. You can have meals at the pool or in one of the beach restaurants. The hosts is very friendly and most helpful and is happy to book excursions for you. We can highly recommend this place!!!

I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Hotel rooms and pool area were spotlessly clean! About a 2 minute walk to the beach where there are dozens of restaurants and shops. I would 100% stay here again, and highly recommend this hotel! Such wonderful owners!!

We stayed at stelios place for a week and couldn’t have enjoyed it more. The location is perfect, not even a minutes walk from the sea front with a large choice of bars, restaurants and activities to choose from. Also, just a minutes walk to a small shop selling drinks etc and a 24 hour bakery with very nice breakfast options. Also, just a minutes walk to the nearest bus stop which makes trips to the Fira bus station easy and stress free. The staff who run the hotel were extremely friendly, arranged transfers to the airport and were always available to offer advice on activities and trips. All in all loved our stay and would definitely stay again if we were to visit the island again.

We loved our time at Stelios Place. The property was gorgeous, the location was incredible (literally 30sexonds away from the beach), Stelios and his daughter Katerina were amazing hosts, and the room was very comfortable. I especially loved being able to take a nice relaxing dip in the pool after a long day of sightseeing. The property was about 20/30 mins away from Fira but the public bus connnectivity was great, with the bus stop being a 30 second walk as well. I highly recommend staying here to anyone who is looking to visit the island.

I would highly recommend to anyone looking to visit Santorini. Perissa is right on the beach and has buses that run to Fira all day, from there you can transfer to Oia. The room and hotel were very clean and had many amenities. Katerina and her family and staff were very kind and we felt right at home. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and there is much to do. We will definitely return here if in Santorini again.

Stelios Place is located in the perfect spot just outside the hustle and bustle in the village of Perissa, next to the beach, souvenir shops, and restaurants. The host, Katerina, and her family treated us like we were part of their family. Their treatment towards us, even before arriving in Santorini, was super special. Katerina coordinated our transportation from the port to the hotel; from the hotel to Oía Village; and to the port with no issues. About the hotel: The rooms were extremely clean, the AC worked perfectly, the shower with hot water was spot on, and the pool was very beautiful. I highly recommend Stelios Place if you want to have a peaceful vacation in Santorini. I give Stelios Place a rating of 10/10 and an A .

Stelio’s Place was perfect for our vacation!! The staff was wonderful and made you feel at home. The rooms were quaint, quiet and had that perfect Greek feel. The swimming pool was super clean and perfect temperature for July. It’s just a few steps from the beach, food, and all the local shops. I could not have picked a better place. We left there feeling like we had great friends down at the Wishbone Char Grill Restaurant and our morning coffee from Tutti Frutti.

Where do I begin.... this property is top notch! The property and hotel is beautiful, nice rooms with balcony's and wonderful pool set up. The staff is amazing! Katerina was extremely helpful the entire time from booking transfers for us to and from the airport to having a rental car delivered right to the hotel for us. This property is within walking distance of the beach, shops, and restaurants. Everything you need is within walking distance from this hotel. If you are looking for a stress-free vacation to simply put your feet up, relax and not worry then this is the place for you!

The wonderful and efficient daughter of this lovely family business, called Katarina, was a huge assistance replying to my email enquiring if we could arrive in the early hours of the morning as our flight landed at 00:30. Arriving so late was no problem. It was a huge comfort and help that Katarina booked us transport from the airport to Stelios Place. The transport driver was an extremely nice person too. Wonderful location! Quiet, half a block to the beach! Sparkling clean room and facilities, comfortable bed, lovely little balcony and friendly and helpful host. My husband and I were picked up from the airport when we arrived in Santorini and dropped off at the ferry terminal when we left. We arrived early and were able to store our suitcases in a secure locker until our early check in time. Highly recommended!

This property is great we had a car so it was easy for us to get there. There is free parking off the premises. Or else you would have to book for at least 3 nights to get the free pickup/drop off. The beach is literally a 2 minute wall which was super convenient and its right on a strip of beach restaurants, cafes and shops which makes for a great night stroll. We spent a day at the beach and had lunch there which included an umbrella and two beach chairs for the whole day. If u dont buy food they charge about 10 euros which is still affordable. The first day we spent at the hotel it was too late for the beach so we went to their pool which was such a great thing to have especially if you dont want to go to the beach. There is a great local bakery (irina bakery) near by. Was a great stay to get away from the hustle of the other side of santorini and spend time beachside

I was traveling with my 11 year old daughter, and I have never been to Greece before. The location is great. You are 1/2 a block from the black sand beach. There is a bus stop 1/2 a block away with busses to all the towns. We stayed at the very beginning of the season, so I imagine that it gets much more crowded. Stelios picked us up from the airport and drove us back. We splurged for the catamaran 1/2 day tour and it was the highlight of the trip, really magical. We wished that we had taken the sunset one as well. Katerina was so helpful with everything. The rooms were clean and functional with a small fridge and a line for drying clothes and bathing suits on the balcony. You might want earplugs, the halls echo and if there are folks coming in late it can be a little loud.

I didn't anticipate spending much time at my hotel when I booked a trip to Santorini, but when I saw Stelio's Place I changed my mind! The common areas are very comfortable and Stelio and his family are warm and friendly - so are fellow guests. Everything looks like it's been recently updated and wonderfully cared for. The beach is mere steps away and there are dozens of restaurants and shops within walking distance. And Stelio's daughter, Katarina, makes a delicious frappe! Stelio's Place is a beautiful hotel on a beautiful island.

Stelios's place has a lovely relaxing ambience .
The hotel is immaculate from the rooms to the pool area. Fresh towels daily .
There are various comfortable sun beds around the pool for relaxing , also bar area overlooking the pool.
Breakfasts are yummy, eggs with bright yellow yolks , also the Greek yoghurt and fruit .
The locked luggage area meant we had full use of our last day with access to showers and our towels .
Pick up and drop off at the airport by Stelios was great
We were made to feel very welcome during our stay , and so glad we chose to book here for our first visit to Santorini ,would definitely recommend Stelios place , just perfect .

The owner of the resort picked us up at the ferry. He also returned us to the port upon our departure. This saved us much grief and money. The resort is family run and each member strives to make the experience of staying there pleasureable. They truly do a great job and I would definitely return. Also, the beach is a two minute walk. The area has nice restaurants and is very safe

There are a ton of restaurants and beach bars within walking distance of the hotel, which is located practically on Perissa Beach. I highly recommend this hotel.

Checking in was easy although the hotel was a little hard to find for me. I took the bus from Fira and had to walk to it so I asked a shop owner where it was. Everyone is very friendly. It's right along the beach so I was able to see the beach in the morning. It was a beautiful and amazing hotel. I wish I could have stayed longer!

My experience any Stelio's Place was absolutly fabulous. I can't recall the name of the girl who checked me in, but she was beautiful and kind and had excellent knowledge of the area with great tips!!! I would highly recommend! It's just steps away from the beach, restaraunts and the bus to and from Fira!

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel even provided towels for both the showers AND the beach. I liked that a lot. The pool was beautiful in addition to the whole premises. I would stay here again for sure!!

Beach 300 meters away, as well as numerous restaurants for every taste. Spacious pool available. Nice breakfast provided. Staff friendly and attentive with advice on touring Santorini. Prop drove us to marina on our last night as we had to take a sailboat there, and helped us find our rendezvous location. Room was spacious and clean, with a balcony overlooking the pool.

Good hotel for a beach visit

We stayed two nights in Firastefani at a high end hotel and came here for a night so we could have a low key beach day. Keeping things in perspective this is a great hotel at a lower cost for beach lounging on Santorini. The rooms were a bit run down and lacked comfort features but the hotel itself has a few charming features and has a small diner and swimming pool great for lounging around. The beach is a very short 2 minute walk. Your down near the end where it was pretty quiet. We went out to watch the sunrise which was just incredible. Bring your own shampoo as they provide no toiletries. There was a mini mart on the same road and we went there for waters and shampoo which worked out just fine. They didn't let us eat the food we bought at the local bakery at their tables - we were craving spanikopita -
as they reserve the tables for food purchased at their own diner. It felt a bit awkward being we were guests of the hotel but we understand they have limited space so we obliged. If not for that I'd give them higher ratings on service and comfort but we didn't need them for much honestly. We went in the water and lounged on beach chairs at one of the local private beaches that cost us about 7 to 10 Euro for each pair of lounge chairs and umbrellas. This was just a place to sleep. Pretty cheap compared to getting a hotel with a private beach. The desk is not staffed 24/7 but the owner was there to greet us at check in and the staff seemed quite nice and friendly.

From beginning to end the whole experience of staying at Stelios was amazing. Stelio and his family were so welcoming and accomodating of all our needs. The room was clean, spacious and ensuite had everything we needed. Handy location to black sand beach (1 minute walk) and to the Main Street of Perissa beach. We recommend the fruit, yoghurt and honey in the morning- delicious! Would stay here again when visiting Santorini.

Lovely hotel with welcoming hosts

It's a lovely small hotel managed by a very welcoming family. The owner picked us up at the airport although our flight arrived very late (10:30 PM) due to a bad weather delay. He was welcoming and never complained about our late arrival. Our room is new and has a sunny small balcony facing Ancient Thera mountain. We liked it very much. The room is always very clean during our 10-days stay. The swimming pool is also very clean everyday. Wi-fi signal is excellent. The beach is only 2-minute walk from the hotel. There are plenty of excellent Greek restaurants along the beach. The bus stop to get the bus to Fira is only a few minutes walk from the hotel. Santorini is very safe so you can take the bus (new, air-conditioned, very comfortable) to/from Fira anytime until 11:00 PM. Next time when I visit Santorini I certainly stay here.

Overall good experience and would definitely recommend this place if you're on a budget and plan on spending a good amount of time outside of your room.

Stelios Place is the place to stay in Perissa.

Stelios offers excellent accommodation at the best beach in Santorini. 2 minute walk to the black sand beach and plenty of shops, restaraunts, and bars. Stelios himself picked us up from the airport which was much appriciated. The staff was super friendly and was always helpful, especially Stelios daughter Katerina. Our room was quiet and super clean, was recently renovated and everything was fresh and new. Do not look any further. Just book and be impressed.

Beautiful hotel - brilliant service

Stelios picks you up to and from the airport free of charge, fabulous service.
Eva gives a lovely welcome basket just for being their guest - excellent touch. Katerina is very helpful and will assist with any bookings for trips. Mylo their dog is really cute too. I'd definitely recommend this hotel and you're only a 2 min walk to the black beach and the glorious Aegean Sea. Thank you to everyone for making my stay absolutely perfect.

Fantastic Hotel! Close to the beach

This was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a hotel. The staff are amazing, the place is a minute walk from Parissa beach, there food was incredible and they have a beautiful pool. The staff made sure you were comfortable and happy and always had a smile on their face. They welcomed you like family and treated you that way. I'd go back in a heartbeat!!

The owners were so friendly and helpful! The room was so spacious and clean, only a 1 minute walk to the Black Sand Beach, and close to places where you can rent quads for cheap. Loved my stay here and definitely recommend.

Perfect beach location and access to everything

It was an absolute delight from the very first moment we landed, been greeted and picked up from the owners was lovely. The location was perfect for our beach holiday and staff made it very easy to organise day trips and to get around the island. I would highly recommend this lovely place and will be back again

Do not hesitate, book Stelios Place!

Just returned from a week staying here and we cannot fault it! Beautiful hotel, clean and Stelios and his family were so helpful, friendly and we felt at home straight away. The pool is lovely and always somewhere to sunbathe. Perfect location, a walk away from the beach and lots of amazing restaurants and bars. We would defiantly return, thanks for making our holiday so perfect!

A little gem in a great location.

From the welcome when we arrived, to our farewell, this was the most friendly place I have ever stayed. Stelios, Ava and Katarina (and Milo the dog) make you feel like part of the family.
Just one street back from the beach and plenty of restaurants and bars, the location was good too.
Everything was spotlessly clean. Maid service and clean towels every day. Ava even gave me some oil for the salad I was making for lunch!
We will definitely be back.

I travelled to Stelios Place for one night at the end of September 2015. The hotel was in a good location, very close to the beach (about 2 mins walk away) and near bars and restaurants. I arranged a transfer from the airport directly with the hotel which was easy and efficient. The hotel owners made me feel very welcome. There is free wifi available. The strip of bars/restaurants along the beach are good and the beach has the typical black sand you would expect on Santorini.

Stelios, his wife and daughter are all very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was good too which I paid for on top of my room rate. I would love to stay again, but next time for longer.

The room was basic, but very clean and comfortable. The hotel was quiet too and the outside pool was a good temperature.

Great family-run hotel in central location

We stayed two nights at Stelios' Place in July 2015 and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean and well air conditioned with a very cute private patio, as well as a clean public pool area. The hotel is located in Perissa, which is a central location if you want to explore the island and see the sights in Oia, Fira, Imerovigli and the various beaches. With a bit of planning, the public bus and ATVs are by far the best ways to explore the island, as you will want to see every corner of it!

Katerina, Stelios and their family consistently went above and beyond and showed us the Greek hospitality we've heard much about. The second night in our hotel, we returned back to find fresh fruit, cake and a bottle of Santorini wine in our room, courtesy of the hotel. Moreover, one of the friends I was travelling with forgot a suitcase of hers at the hotel and only noticed once we were already on the ferry departing Santorini. Katerina and her family actually had the suitcase couriered to Mykonos for us, where we were headed next. Stelios' Place was originally recommended to me by a friend for the great hospitality and I will make sure to share my positive experience for years to come!

Fantastic hotel and staff, very close to the beach

We enjoyed a very enjoyable six night stay at Stelios Place and benefited from the complimentary pick-up/drop-off airport service (Stelios was even willing to do it at 5 o'clock in the morning without complaint). If you don't fancy the beach which is only about 30m away, then the hotel pool is very welcoming and you can laze away the day on the sun loungers. We also really enjoyed breakfasting on our balcony in the sun. Stelios and his daughters were extremely welcoming and could not do enough to keep us happy. Overall a terrific stay and we would recommend it!

Beautiful family friendly hotel by the sea.

We had a great stay at Stelios Place hotel. Hotel rooms were clean and modern, with great balconies and we received a friendly welcome from Stelios and his family. The pool, location of the hotel and advice from hotel staff was all excellent.
I have already recommended this hotel to friends and family!
