We had a wonderful stay here. The staff goes above and beyond for their guests. They are so helpful and kind. The hotel was able to secure us transportation to and from the airport for a reasonable rate. Our flight was delayed about an hour so we were worried about checking in and transportation but they were awesome about it and were waiting. We arrived late at night (after 11pm) and the area was very safe. People were strolling around the boardwalk and a few businesses were still open. The location is close to numerous restaurants and souvenir shops as well as the beach. The beach was beautiful. There is a 24 hour bakery within walking distance for late night cravings. There is a great convenience store with very low prices close by that is open during the day. Staff is very helpful to answer any questions or give recommendations. WiFi worked great, no problems. There is a washing machine for use by guests to clean laundry. There is a pool. One thing to note for anyone with mobility issues is that there are stairs throughout the property. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. I highly recommend staying here.

Voula (host) could not have been more friendly, accommodating, and extremely fun. This is a basic property that has what you need at an affordable price. If you are on a budget and need a nice place to stay with an amazing host and is very close to the beach, this is your place.

Could not fault this place. Simple, no frills place to stay. Convenient location, minutes from the black beach, restaurants and shops.

Room service was great, and hotel was clean. Staff were very friendly and gave lots of information about the surrounding area and bus routes.

Washing machine and iron available to use free of charge which was great. Drink and snacks available to purchase at the bar and mini markets in walking distance.
Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great for a brief stay if you aren’t planning to be in the room all the time. Pool is nice, reception was extremely helpful and informative about sights, beaches, buses/transit, stores, etc. AC works well. The shower is extremely small and not super functional. No toilet paper can be flushed in the toilet.

Hideaway spot, very clean.

Cute little loft room. The lift area stays quite warm despite many attempts to get a/c to reach there. Great locale, within steps to the beach and great restaurants. The bathroom has no windows and just one dim light so very dark. Had to go purchase TP since our family of 5 went thru the 2 rolls in room quickly. The front desk is left unmanned for long periods of time so difficult to reach anyone with issues.
Room very clean. Directions get you to back parking area, but with no signage for directions very difficult to find. Stopped at another hotel and they gave me directions to front entrance.
Small pool, but used beach anyways. Able to drive out and see the local sights fairly easily from here.

The room was nice, but the shower is TINY! The water from the tap is salt water. You need to buy water to drink. The WIFI was practically non-existent. The location is hard to find, but it is in a nice area. It's close to the beach and restaurants.

The service at Anny Studios was amazing. The location is great. Perrisa Beach is a great place to stay on the island if you are trying to get away from the crowds of Oia for example. Walkable area, pool, airport/ferry port transfer and if you arrive early or need to check out before your flight/ferry, they will hold your bags for you. Staff were always accommodating, helpful and super friendly!

Close to beach, as advertised.

We stayed at this budget conscious hotel right off the black sand beach at Perissa on our first trip to Santorini. The couple that run the hotel are extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is what I would consider a three Star quality hotel in Greece and was as advertised. It is close to the bus station. Our stay was ruined by a major power outage, but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

It was an amazing stay! Due to my flight being delayed, I got there well after the reception hours closed. Despite that, they were kind enough to give me access to my room and I was able to sleep comfortably after a hectic day. The next morning, the staff checked me in and gave me a detailed overview of the local area, including sites to see, tours, and even the bus schedule! The room was clean and even came with cooking ware. The location was right off the beach, so that was super convenient.

One minor thing was that wifi was only available in the lobby, and not in the room. I didn't really need it, so it was really a small inconvenience. I will say that if you're going to stay here, you shouldn't stay cooped up in your room surfing the web.

Nice but not amazing

Overall it was good. The room was small and bathroom tiny with a very narrow shower. The floor drain was blocked so water would over flow a bit and it smelt.
Pool area was nice but again narrow.
Staff were helpful. Convenient spot only 30m from the beach with a huge amount of restaurants and cafes lining the beach to choose from. Quite a few small shops too.

disappointing stay at the Anney studios

The room i was allocated on arrival was well under par for the money i paid, the room was dated,bathroom was too small,the toilet was dirty, the shower curtain was not fixed properly, rust river all down the tiles from shower taps the shower head kept falling off and to cap it off we had a ant invasion through the bathroom window on a evening.
Avoid this hotel or room no1 it needs a upgrade, ideal for back packers who are not bothered were they sleep.

Great location!!!

Location is excellent! Plenary of restaurants with good food that offer free beach chairs if you consume! All staff members were great, except for the man in the front desk during the day... very moody!!! Rooms are small but comfortable and the room for 5 people is great, but only has one bathroom.

Where to start... Terrible!

This hotel is down an alley to the beach but has no street front to speak of. It was not easy to find. When we checked in we were 4 people and the room had 2 levels but 1 one AC and the most narrow stairs. It never got cool and the stairs were a death trap. Do not take this room! We asked to change rooms and at least they accommodated us into a connecting room. The bathrooms are so dated and not clean and there is no fresh water! The shower uses salt water so we never felt clean. We even bought bottles of water to take a shower. We also took another room for 2 people and were given a dark and dusty room. My allergies were crazy so I asked to change rooms. In the pictures you see balconies on the pool. There was one available so I asked for it and the owner said no because they are only reserved for people staying 1 week or more. Some people even had basement rooms which I would have never stayed in. As for the internet, it never worked. Do not stay here!

Cute Greek Hotel Next To The Beach

For my holiday to Santorini, I wanted a simple room close to the beach and that felt homey and welcoming. Anny Studios was just that. It was not a fancy place, but it has what you need and the small feel made it comfortable and welcoming. I have lived in Greece before, and the staff at Anny Studios made you feel as if you truly were in Greece despite how touristy it can get. My room was cleaned every day with the bed made and the staff was very helpful in directing you with how to do things in the area as you wanted. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Anny Studios!!

Nice little hotel. Rooms are dated but you get what you pay for. Very loud as my room was adjacent to the stairwell, but steps to the beach and boardwalk. Staff were the best part always accommodating and happy to help.

Great location - no fuss!

Rooms are basic but have what you need - if anything isn't working they have it fixed the same day. Air con is good in the rooms and most have a balcony to get the evening breeze. Reception is very knowledgeable and will help you organise trips etc. The hotel is right on the main beach and restaurant area and bars with live music are also close. It can be a little noisy at night but it usually stops around midnight. Pick up service from port & airport is an absolute bonus too!

I will start with positives. The room was cleaned and fresh towels priovided every day. And the location, once you manage to find the tiny lane that leads to the place, is just across from the beach. The staff were friendly. My hats the only positives I can think of. Although cleaned the studio still looked dirty and there was often a very unpleasant smell. I expected the small kitchenette, that was fine - but the cutlery provided was rusty. Literally rusty! The shower was awful, pressure really poor and I had no hot water at all for the 4 days. When I complained I was told I wa obviously first person having a shower in the morning so I'd need to run the water for at least 20 mins to heat up - it never did! My roommate on the stairs and the house was awful at times. This place is a good choice for those backpacking around otherwise, I'd avoid it.

Great value for what you get; would stay again.

What wasn't obvious to me until my 3rd day is that this accommodation is mixed youth hostel and hotel. I did notice almost immediately that the guests were primarily the college crowd although there were a few other groups of people in my age range (middle-aged). I ended up getting my own private room, bathroom, and queen-size bed. No different than other similar hotels that I have stayed at in in this price range. For potential guests at this hotel, please be mindful which accommodation you are booking, hostel or hotel. Some hostel rooms include up to 6 people in a shared room. There might be other rooms with more. All of the guests young and old were very nice and respectful people. My room was well insulated so going to bed before most guests, I did not hear any loud night parties. Must be ok being around a young crowd. On the plus side, a very pleasant social environment.

Needs a little renovation.

Antonio is a great host. He stayed up until 2 am to check me in. The transfers to the port worked perfectly and I'm grateful to Anny Studios for that complimentary service.

The rooms are very basic and need some remodeling. The sewage system may also need some repair as I sensed a bad smell near the laundry area.

The location is excellent just steps away from beautiful Parissa Beach.

The hotel is located right on the beach but the rooms were not as advertised. We were put in a side building that looked nothing like the hotels.com pictures. Bar and pool is nice, wifi only works in the lobby/pool and is sketchy. Make sure you go to Aqua restaurant on the beach, the owner is great, cheap drinks and great food. He doesn't charge for the chairs/umbrella if you spend 25euro which is easy, cold beer and great sangria.

We spent 4 nights at Anny Studios and wished we had stayed longer. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and felt safe. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and we cannot praise them enough. We had breakfast at the hotel twice which was fair especially for what it included. The poolside bar was also very fair in price and was a nice place to relax before bed, as well as the reception room which had movies running, books and board games. Location amazing, across the road from the beach but not too touristy (just enough). Wifi great, laundry service was a nice addition as well. Generally more suited to younger travellers or couples. Shower a little cramped but nothing compared to an overall amazing stay. Thanks again.

Lovely friendly place to stay

The apartment was small, but adequate. Cooking facilities limited. BUT free Wifi in your room, free laundry facilities and absolutely wonderful, friendly service. On our last night the staff had a barbecue and the guests in the bar were given a plate each. The location is superb, a very short walk from the beach and in easy reach of restaurants, bars and shops. I highly recommend Anny's Studios.

We are a family with 2 kids. The studio has own swimming pool and is also near by the beach. So our kids play very happily everyday. The staffs are also very nice and considerable. I will suggest all people that this is a good place to live!

Great hotel for couples or singles

We came in on a ferry at 1:00 am in the morning when our ferry was suppose to dock at 10:30, but we were pleasantly surprised when there was a van ready to carry passengers staying at one of the two Anny hotels on the island. The hotel is about a half block from the ocean, but for the price and close proximity to restaurants and shops - it was perfect for us. The hotel had a \"hostel\" feel - many of the guest would hand out in the lobby/bar and it was a fun and friendly place. They also had a washing maching for travelers - which was a great convenience for us. Then hotel staff was absolutely great at helping to book tours, scooters or coordinating transport to various activities. We would definately stay again!

So Wonderful

Anny Studios is such a perfect place to stay when visiting Santorini; it is literally feet from the ocean and a beautiful beach, in one of the more relaxed areas of Santorini (so not too much noise), right next to great hiking trails, and surrounded by absolutely delicious restaurants. The staff are so kind and helpful, the hotel is immaculately clean, comfortable, and the pool, bar and lounge are all very nice. They'll also make you a lovely espresso freddo or late night snack. The staff were very helpful and friendly and whilst this is not a 5 Star hotel we found it perfect for our needs. It was 1 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants and the staff went above and beyond with transfers to and from the airport and port. If you are looking for clean and comfortable accommodation with no frills we couldn't recommend this enough. The free wifi was also a bonus.

A Great Place To Stay

Great service from beginning to end. They even accommodated our odd travel schedule and their driver picked us up at the airport at 6 AM one day and dropped us off at 10 PM when we were going out. All for no extra charge.
