I did the 1 night cruise and the whole experience was excellent. The administration (Anna) was very friendly and efficient and the logistics for the shuttle were clear. Once on board, the staff were very kind and attentive, the cabin was comfortable and the food was delicious. I enjoyed the excursions, particularly the caves and hiking. Would recommend to others. 5/5

Great onboard crew and lovely boat!

John and his crew were very warm and welcoming. They made sure we had a good time and enjoyed our time out on Ha Long Bay. Our activities guide, Thuy, was great. She took the group on the two island excursions off the boat.

The food onboard was delicious. We got a room with a balcony. Very relaxing as we enjoyed the view.

The shuttle came to my accommodation in Hanoi and was comfy enough. The activities were fun: taichi, making spring rolls, kayaking, and climbing up the cliff with a bit of beaching. The foods were all good. Plus, our guide was Robert and he guided well talking about vietnamese food, culture and stuff. He made the friendly atmosphere during the journey with a big smile all the time.

Comfortable introduction to Halong Bay

Comfortable trip to Halong Bay on a ship in good modern condition. Staff was friendly all around and food was of good quality.
Unfortunately you only find out your cabin at boarding, as engine room noise various significantly depending on cabin location, e.g. lower deck. Luckily the engines are switched off at night when the ship is at anchor close to TiTop Island. The schedule is relatively tight but all excursions were worthwhile and should not be missed.
Booking a 2nd night makes little sense as one only repeats the same course as on day one, but so far there seem to be no dedicated 2-night cruises. Overall the service and quality of the cruise reflect the relatively higher price, but it is worth it.

The boat seemed a bit run down. We went on the Premier cruise but we saw another Alisa boat which looked newer (from the outside anyway). There was a leek in the bathroom, the spa bath was very small, toilet seat was wobbly, bed was too hard. But it had all the essentials albeit, quite basic. The activities were good and so was the food! Main thing was kids enjoyed themselves

Love this cruise. We had a cabin with a private balcony. It was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was surprisingly big. Love the expedition to the cave. Nancy was very helpful in getting us transportation to and from our hotel to the cruise ship and Robert, our guide, was also very good.

We had a great time on the Alisa premier boat! Everything is clean, staff is very attentive, and you can tel it is one of the nicer boats on the water that doesn’t break the bank. I recommend this cruise, especially for couples and those not looking for a party boat. Nancy was great with helping us get everything figured out and assuring that we would get to the boat on time. We loved this cruise. The room was small but very comfortable. Lunch, dinner and breakfast were all delicious. The staff was lovely and did all they could to enhance our experience. When we mentioned that we did not want to eat uncooked vegetables the kitchen staff made us a special plate of cooked vegetables. We especially enjoyed the activities and our tour guide. We went to a wonderful cave, a pearl farm and an incredible beach. Thank you Alisa Premier Cruise!

The trip was very good and enjoyable. We booked for a 2D1N trip for Halong Bay. The assistance from NANCY was very helpful. The view from the room was excellent. The bath was superb with jacuzzi and bathtub. The crew on board did their best and we were impressed. The only thing I would suggest is to lower their transfer cost. At present, it is 35USD, which I believe can be 20~25USD. I would recommend them to anyone wishing to visit Halong Bay soon.

I loved our stay. The staff were so friendly. Nancy was so helpful - she helped us organise our transfers and made sure everything went through smoothly. I was stuck in hong kong due to airport strikes however Nancy was texting me with her concerns and was very kind.
we loved the room and the views were amazing.
the food was incredible - i packed my own food just incase the food was not good however I need not have bothered.
the staff are so friendly.
i loved our tour guide Nancy! she was so funny and knowledgable. the caves were incredible.
i would 100% recommend.

We bought the round trip transportation hanoi-halong. The bus pick us up 40 mins later than promised. Took 4 hrs to get to the pier, it's only about 110 km. They forced us to stop at a ripoff shopping place for 30 mins both way. The ac on the bus is not effective,it's hot as hell. After we finished the cruise,we had to wait one and half hours for the bus. We were on the two day tour. The 2nd day basically has one hour of tour time where we when to an island where you can hike to the top to take some pictures. There is a little beach,but the water in the whole halong bay don't look inviting to me and looks dirty from all these pollution. I don't think this trip is worth it. The scenery in halong is way over rated. I would not recommend anyone to go.

Buffet lunch and breakfast were good.
Dinner served was customised to my liking because the staff took the initiative to ask if i had any food allergies. I couldnt eat seafood so customised dishes were served to me instead of the seafood vietnamese dishes which was served to my wife and rest of the guest.
Room was clean, and our private balcony was incredible.
Manager of the cruise also made sure we were comfortable and enjoy the night.
To me, halong bay wasnt the star of the day. It was the cruise and the staffs on board. Thank you

It was ok in general, the weather did not help. It was ok, food ok, dinner ok, activities ok... nothing wow as we expected. They could get more international food thou and we booked a 2 night tour, the second day they put us in a smaller boat because they have to go and pick the new ones(so they use the same boat for one or two nights) and in that second boat the food you get is different, not buffet to choose from and was not that good, we didn’t like that. If I could choose again, would definitely do only one night

Beautiful luxury cruise. Activities were really good and ha long bay is stunning. Drinks were expensive compared to hanoi. Journey from hanoi to ha long bay is 4 hours in a coach and then at least 1.5 hours waiting to board. It would be good to do a three day cruuse to have more time in ha long bay.

I can't say enough nice things about Alisa Premier Cruise and its wonderful crew! Took me weeks to research the cruise that would fit all our requirements without breaking the bank. Because it was quite a splurge for us (we are normally budget travelers but decided to make an exception because we were celebrating my birthday), I worried if Alisa would live up to the hype. But it did that and so much more! Our room with the balcony was absolutely beautiful. The staff were friendly and welcoming and so hard-working. Cheers especially to Alex, Three, Anna (who coordinated everything) and the chef who kept churning out amazing meals. We stayed for 2 nights so we wouldn't have to cram everything in 2 days, and we were glad because it made for a very relaxing vacation and we were able to enjoy all the thoughtful details. Their birthday surprise was also incredibly sweet, funny, and delightful. In short, the facilities were superb but it was the crew who made it even more special. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful 2 nights cruise

The cruise and staff were awesome. The cabin was decorated nicely and had a private balcony. On the second day of the two night cruise, you leave the main boat and spend eight hours on a smaller day cruise. It was a great day spent kayaking, swimming, visiting a pearl farm and a cave and just relaxing. Food was fabulous and the staff made us feel special . The boat anchors in the same spot both nights.

The cabin is very good, spacios,and new, exactly as shown on web, the jacuzzi in the bathroom was terrific. Very disappointed with food, the food very bland, not tasty at all, possibly try to please western people, particularly the horrible fried rice. Luckily, the dessert, cake and pastries were good, up to standard. The arranged transfer with shared van was very good, punctual and new car. If the food was good, this cruise will be terrific.

Halong Bay Cruise 2 nights

We went on this 2 night cruise with Alisa Premier and it could not have been better. Organised with emails from the company in advance of the trip without any real complications. Arranged to pick us up in Hanoi in an amazing limousine bus which actually was really comfortable and pleasant. Long journey of 3hrs 30 to the bay but welcomed aboard the boat and shown to our cabin after a delicious lunch. Went kayaking and then had a three course meal. Next day we were transferred to a day boat after breakfast and again toured the bay stopping at a cave and a pearl farm with more kayaking. The food at all times was amazing even on the day boat. I have a nut allergy and my partner is vegetarian but the crew saw to all our needs. This cruise was amazing and I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. The only negative is that although all the meals are included (and there are a lot of high quality meals!) the drinks were not and this ended up quite an added expense. Only about £60 which isn’t too bad. I would 100% recommend this cruise without any hesitation and enjoyed every minute of it.

We booked 2D/1N cruise and we were so happy to do it as Alice Premier Cruise made the Halong Bay experience worth it. The ship is quit new, has spacious and luxury rooms with AC, hot tub and shower. The view on the Bay from your room is just breathtaking, beds are very comfy. The service onboard was truly 5-star and the food (breakfast, lunch, dinner and brunch) fresh prepared and tasty. We had activities going through all day (kayaking, caves, cooking class demonstration) however we missed little bit some attractions in the evening were we had only squid fishing possibility. Check in and check out was bit chaotically done, however in general we were touched with all The cop many offered to the quest and we highly recommend Alice Premier Cruise to explore Halong Bay

Perfect in all for a real 5 star cruise

The experience in the cruise is overall positive and pleasant for a luxury 5 star cruise. Food, cabin and service are all quite decent, plenty of food served, very fresh and delicious. The staff at Alisa cruise were excellent, very accommodating and friendly. We stayed in very beautiful Senior Suite which has private balcony and luxury Jacuzzi bathtub plus standing bath separately. Pick up service and operator staff were helpful and professional. For the price we paid Alisa Premier must be the best 5 star cruise in Halong Bay now. Free wifi in luxury limousine shuttle bus from Hanoi.

Overall it was an amazing experience. The cruise itself runs on a tight schedule, which works for some. There are plenty of activities for your short stay. What I didnt like was that you are almost forced to share any meal on a table of 4. If you are travelling as a duo this means you will have to share your table for every meal. Not a big
issue but sometimes you just want your own time and not some forced small talk.

Misleading check-in time provided by Expedia

Overall experience was still good - however Expedia provide wrong check in time after 2pm to 3pm instead of the cruise actually leave at 12:30pm.

We had to spend an additional USD$85 to be paid for getting a speed boat to send us to the Alisa Cruise.

The manager of the cruise didn't have our record - however he try his best to accommodate us when I finally ascend to the cruise after 4pm.

The staff were all well trained and polite. Only a handful of them speak English. The programmes were well organised.

The food served was above average and additional cost for beverages like beer or liquor.

The best 5 star boat not only in Vietnam

Our cruise was amazing. The bay is stunningly beautiful and the trip with Alisa Cruise was perfect and excellent. We went on a romantic gateway, but for solo travelers and families can have a great times here too. The mix between time on boat and activities were well balanced and the activities were very interesting and also mixed to suit most people. The cabin and restaurant were beautiful. On boat there were so many places to relax and enjoy. We agreed Alisa Premier is the best and the nicest 5 star boat in Halong Bay.

This boat is the brand new and the best boats in Halong Bay when we have seen many other passing by and for sure Alisa Premier is the best among hundred boats there. The cabin, food, staff, kayaking, cooking class... were amazing. We wish to spend 3 days and 2 nights much better than just 2 days 1 night. Do not expect the Internet on boat because they must use the mobile network so will be the same for all boats in Halong Bay.

Beautiful Location, Nice Cruise Ship

We did a one day cruise to around Halong Bay on Alisa Premiere cruise line. I booked three rooms, for the six of us through Expedia, and upon booking it said that to contact the cruise company to provide them with the passport details - this has to be done 24 hours before arrival. Unfortunately neither Alisa Cruise or Expedia provided u the contact email to send the passport information for all the travelers. Additionally there is no information provided to obtain transportation from Hanoi to Halong Bay and back via Alisa - I know that they have a bus that does transport to and fro as I saw the bus at the cruise terminal, but we were not provided any information and the cruise line also did not contact us to offer this option. kind of weird. We did arrange transportation upon arrival at the Hanoi airport - there is a travel agency there - they were great and reasonable. The return cost in a private van for the six of us was about $260. What was really good was that upon returning to the dock - early (11AM) - our van was ready for us, while all the other folks had to wait for the bus to arrive at noon and then depart - very convenient for us to arrange for a private transportation.

This boat provide an excellent trip with very interesting itinerary. We had awesome trip with the most beautiful boat when we saw all other boats passing by. The cabin looks beautifully and romantic with private balcony. Food is varieties and delicious. We had really great trip and highly recommend to all my friends.

Beautiful boat and helpful staff

The boat and staff were great and the food was very good for our family. My only compliant is regarding the excursions. All the boats in the bay seem to stop at Ti Tip Island at the same time. There were so many people we could barely even move up the stairs. We were on a 2 night cruise and had to leave the boat in the second day for 8 hrs while they returned to the harbour to pick up more passengers. An excursion for kayaking (for the second time) and visiting a pearl farm were arranged. Too long of a day. Would’ve rather been relaxing on the boat which we paid for. No wifi available for passengers the during entire cruise, although staff appeared to have it throughout.

Best real 5 star in Halong Bay for sure

We really enjoyed our cruise with Alisa Premier Cruise on Halong Bay recently. Thank you to the crew from driver, manager, tour guide, servers... and sightseeing in the bay for their hospitality and make our trip joyous trip. Alisa Premier is the nicest 5 star cruise for our opinion when we saw all other cruises with much lower quality from outside. The Alisa cruise 's brand new and look luxury and spotless. We will definitely come back again for sure.
- Wifi is weak because using mobile signal on bay with mountains surroundings and this is not their mistake and this is the same for all other cruises on bay ( different with hotels on land when they can use the cable Internet)

Wonderful Experience

What a beautiful cruise with excellent service. Very peaceful the boat was just amazing the food was like an art experience just amazing cooking class courses. Plenty of thinks to do or just relax it is up to you. We had a balcony cabin with luxury facilities. Perfect balance between relaxing boat time and excursions. Food was also great! What a wonderful friendly 5 star cruising boat. We went two days and 1 night and would recommend this cruise.

Super cruise ship for Alisa Premier Cruise

The ship is just fantastic from beginning to the end without any small problems. Transferring from Hanoi to Halong Bay and back by limousine shuttle bus which is very comfortable and relaxed.
The ship itself is splendid, brand-new and being the most beautiful in Halong Bay now. The food is amazing and varieties. All the staff is helpful and polite and could not ask for more. The cabin is decorated in cozy and luxury style with Jacuzzi bathtub and private balcony. Yes, private balcony is a real positive point because almost others cruises do not have it due to the smaller size. In general we had a great trip on Alisa Premier Cruise and for our opinion this is the most beautiful cruise in Halong Bay now.

Great staff they made the trip, however beware of the trAnsportation to and from the hotel. On the way there we got a great shuttle Ferrari style bus when we arrived to the port we had to wait a whole hour to board the ship which felt like forever because there is nothing to do. Once you board the ship though you forget about the long wait because the staff is so friendly and ship is very nice. Food was pretty good but mostly seafood which is great for me because I love it. Meat option is available just let the chef or staff know. Very accommodating . We asked to switch rooms because we were right behind the kitchen and the staff changed it right away for us. Once getting off the ship though again we had to wait over an hour to get a shuttle back to the hotel. Overall the cruise itself was great but they need to work on th trAnsportation from the hotel and bacn

It is a great Halong Bay Cruise

It was a great cruise and worth for money. The cruise can accommodate 45 pax. The room is clean and with private balcony. The service of the crew and our guide Robert is amazing. We enjoyed 2 days 1 night stay and the beautiful scenery of Halong bay. We paid for USD 35 for round trip transfer from Hanoi to Halong Bay by Alisa Luxury limousine, the limousine provide comfort seats which will not make you tiring travel 3 1/2 hours journey. Highly recommended ! By the way we are so happy to know new friends from different country.

Not a new ship as described. Halong Bay is so overcrowded now it is not a pleasant experience. The tour 1day 1 night cruise itinerary are all the same whether you go with a 3 star or 5 star boat. The extra money paid for the Premiere boat is not worth it.

Amazing trip on real 5 star cruise

ALISA PREMIER must be the finest luxury 5 star cruise in Halong Bay in 2017. We had a warm welcome on board from all the staff who were very friendly and helpful throughout the two day cruise we booked. The room was super cozy and clean, the food was top quality and the activities were good and well paced. I would highly recommend to others.

Fantastic 3 day Halong bay luxury cruise

My girlfriend and I booked this cruise as it had really good reviews and we loved the pictures of the cruise ship. We were picked up by one of their luxury limousine vans which looked like the business class cabin in a plane. It was a very comfortable 4 hour drive to Halong bay.

The boat was probably the best boat in Halong bay we saw (there are loads of them). It looked better than most of the other luxury cruises and had an outside balcony area in every room. With modern and elegant interior, it certainly looked like a 5 star hotel. We loved our room which was very clean and beautiful. The bathroom even had a jacuzzi bath!

All staff on the boat were on the were very friendly, kind and funny. The manager on our boat (Alex) is a really nice gent who worked hard to keep everyone happy.

We thoroughly enjoyed the activities they had organised such as kayaking, squid fishing, Pearl farm village, caves, swimming, karaoke, etc. The food was yummy and they served us a lot of it with 5 course meals for dinner.

All in all this was an amazing cruise in a really beautiful area and would highly recommend it. Special thanks to Alex and his crew for the wonderful service.

We made the cruise with Alisa, senior suite with balcony. Both our agent, Nancy, as well our guide during the transfer and the cruise, Robert, were excellent, always willing to help us.

Must-try Alisa Premier cruise

I really love to stay here on Alisa Premier Cruise. Anna arranged for me my anniversary with my girl friend. It was a such special and unforgettable experience with Alisa ! I booked for one night and I hope to stay here for one more day. Still I remember the great view of Ha Long bay in my eyes. I would come back again with my family again later. Service was good and staffs were so kind. The three meals were also excellent. Roof top terrace on 4th floor was also so beautiful.
