The room was spacious and comfortable and for the most part clean. There was dirty laundry on the bathroom floor behind the door from the previous guest though Otherwise they would have received five stars!!! We had plenty of towels and pillows. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Had a great stay here just 4 weeks ago. Wasn't aware that the lobby area was under construction this trip until we arrived so that wasn't ideal, but other than that, the room was fine and a great breakfast as usual. The only difference was the breakfast was in the large conference room and they has a temporary check-in desk situation in the same area.

Very clean and really quiet hotel in the heart of Amish country. Free breakfast with bacon and eggs so I was sold! Our granddaughter loved the pool and hot tub. We had a suite of sorts with a loveseat with foot cushions and a little sink area with mini fridge and microwave. We would definitely stay there again.

This isn’t the first time we go to this hotel we visit it . However, lately, it seems like it’s declining.The first room smelled like sewer, the receptionist immediately switched our room. The second room, which we have stayed in this room before, the bed was very uncomfortable. It needs to be updated.
Also, the water container in the dining area is filthy inside. There’s a round part that looks like mold and the faucet part is very dirty. I’m not sure if this order is safe to drink.

The building had a spotlight out side our room window and it was shining into our room all night. we had trouble sleeping as the room was lighted up. I complained to the desk but they said they could do nothing about this. They were willing to have us change rooms. but we said no.

We go to Amish country all the time. I like this hotel better than the berlin grand. Its bigger, cleaner and just more comfortable for less cost. We will be going back again next month and staying here again and probably for the future.

We absolutely loved this property. The front porch with rockers and gliders was fabulous in the morning and evening. Always had a great breeze. Breakfast was wonderful. Even got the recipe for the baked oatmeal. The staff was very helpful and friendly. This is where we will stay when we go back.

Breakfast had only pork options for meats. Bagels were stale. No options for bread. The time we went, there were only a couple of white bread slices.
There was no shower / body gel in the bathroom. The shower’s faucet was weird that had same handle with only one function to turn the water on and to adjust the temperature. one should stand in front of it to reach the handle and turn the water on so that they get splashed with freezing water first before they can turn the handle counterclockwise to make it warm. Means faucet is always on the cold side and one can’t adjust the temperature before they turn the water on.

The only recommendation i could make would be to have Keurig coffeemakers in the room. The coffee in the rooms is pretty bad and although they offer 24 hr coffee in the dining area, it's not convenient when you've just gotten out of bed. Not a deal breaker as the accommodations are clean and housekeeping is good providing fresh towels and refilling coffee supplies daily.

The only disappointment was we requested adjoining rooms as it was a \"granny group\" outing, and although our rooms were next to each other, they were not adjoining. Check in (this time) was a breeze, just a nice experience. We'll be back as soon as the grannies rest up.
