This is our second time staying at this hotel and it’s amazing!!! Staff are very friendly. The breakfast is great and well organized. When we come to Amish country this is the place to stay. We won’t stay anywhere else but her. It’s also close to all shopping which we love. Can’t wait to come back!

First time there; will be coming back. Staff went out of their way to chat; the General Manager gave us tips on places to visit in the area and people treated you like friends, not clients. Had a chat with the women watering the flowers, when they were placed and when they would be removed toward the winter. At breakfast, my wife mentioned she would love scrambled eggs and would they be offered later in the week. The cook made her scrambled eggs right then and included cheese! We got to know one breakfast worker's daughter and how they went to get their nails done. Just a lot of fun.
Everybody had smiles; they appreciated our being at their hotel, not like some hotels where you are an inconvenience.
Room was super clean; housekeeping left us a note letting us know they did not do our bed because we had personal items on the bed and they did not want to disturb it. If we wanted them to come back to fix it up, just let them know.

I booked through your site which advertised a two queen room with porch or patio. I arrived and was accomodated in a room with NO porch OR patio. The hotel had the room available BUT the only way we could have it was to pay AGAIN. I tried to call the 800 number but your phone tree was in a terminal loop. I tried the local number your chat bot provided and got no ring. So now ive paid double. And the hotel stated I was the second customer on 5/16 who were \"given the expedia hoax, because NO expedia block rooms had patio or balcony. I would like a refund for the UNUSED reservation because I DUPLICATELY PAID for the accomodation I booked with you WHEN IT WAS 100% NOT AS ADVERTISED

My husband and I spent the night after shopping in Amish country. Our hotel room was very clean. Had everything we needed and the breakfast Buffay in the morning was top-notch. The only downside was the drawers on the dresser should be soft clothes as they were quite noisy from other rooms as well as our own.

Checking in was easy, staff was friendly, room was clean, bed was comfortable, it was nice to have a balcony this time, the campus is always well kept and inviting with varying places to sit, fire pits and patio lighting was cozy, breakfast is served nice an early, a lot of variety, the pool was nice, stays available late I do go for a swim at 10pm, encounters with staff we’re all friendly and kind. I would like to thank the staff member unsure of her name but she remembered me and that had I tried to extend my stay Friday into Saturday but there were no rooms available which also goes to show you how nice the hotel is that it is always booked up, but she found my cell number and called me while I had already checked out and was shopping locally there was a room that came available I didn’t take the reservation because the rate was more for the one night then I had spent for the previous nights again not anything she could have done but I thank you for going above and beyond!!

I've never been to a hotel that was so clean and well maintained. Every part of the property even down to the grass is maintained and immaculate. The rooms are amazing, the beds are perfect and the pillows were great. They even have outdoor firepits and plenty of seating for everyone. I'll definitely go back

The “hot” tub was barely lukewarm. That was too bad because the jets seemed to be working great. There are two gas powered fire pits in a lovely area. Unfortunately, one of the fireplaces would not stay lit. We reported it thinking it just needed more propane. That was not the answer. The breakfast consisted of the usual buffet breakfast choices but mostly cold with rubbery scrambled eggs. But the saving grace was the cinnamon rolls! Also, the room was spacious and clean!

The view from my balcony of the sunrise and the moonrise was spectacular, even despite the rain. It is a beautiful place. The only issue is that there were a lot of kids and the parents just let the kind of \"take over\" the salt water pool. Wish there was an adult only pool time.

Our Second night we got no sleep! The room above us was loud and running until 2-3 in the morning. It sounded like the floor was going to fall in! We did go to front desk when it started around 9:30 to ask when quiet time started and they assured us it was 9 and they would take care of it but it didn’t stop.
