This is a sleeping room only room/motel. No amenities. Bed was okay, but shower was extremely stopped up (felt super gross). Door was locked to lobby, so no access to breakfast (this was the door from front entrance).

Great location, walking distance to lots! There is another/main location .3 miles away, seems nicer- has a nice lobby. Check-in was super easy there. Overall very convenient.

We have been staying at this place since it opened. Probably 25-30 times. It started as Zinc’s Inn. Back then it was more accommodating than now. They had snacks every night and the people could talk and play games and just socialize. I asked if they still had snacks. They said that because of Covid they stopped this. Covid was over many years ago. Just an excuse to save money. They no longer have the cards that they stamped that if you stayed so many nights you could get a free night. They no longer clean your room every day. Clean towels only if you request them. They need to spend some money on replacing the bathtub faucets. They are the same ones that were installed when the place was built. They are so hard to operate especially with older people who have arthritis in their hands. Even hard for younger people. Even new mattresses would be better than the ones they have now. It’s always very clean and the cheapest option. It surely isn’t the same as when it started as Zinc’s Inn.

This hotel is a perfect choice for a night away in Amish Country. The location is perfect. If the weather were nice you could even walk to some of the shops. The hotel is clean and the staff are very nice. The lobby area is perfect for eating or playing a game. I would highly recommend this hotel and I have stayed many places in Berlin.

When i checked in i had to pay a deposit of $50 since i booked thru a third party, you in case there was damage. Even though i got the deposit back, no one told me before hand that it would be required. The staff would not give me a receipt to verify i had paid the deposit. So how was i supposed to believe i would get it back. Also would not give a receipt for my stay, sayingvi would get it from you. Not happy with the whole process so probably will not book with you again orvstay at same hotel

E everything was excellent except breakfast which was premade and packaged omelets hash browns sausage that were frozen. With directions to heat them n microwave. Also offered cereal and juice. Not good at all, e were very disappointed in this . Being a diabetic nothing was really appealing. Probably would think other options before rebooking for this one thing only

This is a nice hotel. It's very clean, the beds are comfortable and the staff is very friendly. Our main complaint was that the toilet was very short. We wondered if it came from a daycare. My husband would actually walk to the lobby and use the toilet near there to avoid using the one in the room. The bathroom could also benefit from an exhaust fan. Made the room very humid.

Property was very nice. 2 minutes down the road after you checked in it was in a very nice area. Clean room. Massive bed plenty of room only problem only get 61 channels which most are news and sports. No on demand Free movies. Nothing else on TV. Nothing to watch, especially since the town shuts down at 3:00 to 5:00 on a Saturday. The front desk had no idea about the TV. Had to contact somebody else to find out that it is what it is. No idea of anything else or anywhere else to go The TV was a big disappointment when you're stuck in the room and everything's closed. Breakfast was nice several selections to choose from to pop in the microwave and you can make fresh waffles. Front desk in the morning was a little grumpy. Guess you didn't have coffee yet.. very close to all attractions The theater was great. Performance was grease! All in all very nice place

We arrived and were told we were in a different building, which was fine, it was right downtown. It was a very basic but cozy and clean room. The bed was comfy. Very basic cable channels. We were confused about breakfast since we were moved to a different building, so we didn’t get breakfast. Beautiful area lots within walking distance. We would love to visit again

We stayed in the annex building which is just a block outside of Berlin in a quiet neighborhood. I was worried we were going to be further away but was pleasantly surprised with the location. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff back at the main building was friendly and helpful.

Ended up they were full and had to stay at a different location I guess still owned by same people but wasn’t specified when reserved and was a couple minutes down the road. No curtains in the room so when the suns up your up. Room was clean, bed was comfortable.

Everything was fine clean wise check in and all. Did not like being in a detached building-didn’t understand I would have to drive to it.

The breakfast- delux??? Everything in plastic bags to be heated up instead of chafing pans? Really? I don’t like heating things in plastic bags in a microwave- who knows what I’m infusing into the food? Choices were ok - what most motel 8s provide. If the yogurt container was any smaller I would have missed it.

A lot of traffic in this area even in this time of year.

The room was clean and neat. It was a quiet stay and the staff was nice. Breakfast was good, I would prefer fresh eggs and sausage or bacon but what was there and how it was packaged worked ok. Great location and shopping was great (weather was not so good the 2 days we stayed but we made the best of it ). Everything was still in Christmas decorations in and out of the stores and it as beautiful each store really does a wonderful job. We will definitely be back to vist.

This was the 3rd time we have stayed at one of the Berlin Heritage Inn's properties. This stay was at the carriage house which is right off the main street in Berlin. Very convenient location which is a short walk up into town. Our room was large with a jacuzzi tub and fireplace. Very clean and very nice. There is no breakfast on site, but you can go eat at their main location which is within walkable distance too. We had our meals in town at the Boyd and Wurthmann restaurant and the Downtown Diner. The reason I mention where we ate is because the cherry pie at the diner was outstanding. The best. We visited on Thursday night and all-day Friday. So, the weekend crowds hadn't arrived yet.

First time staying here after reading positive reviews and we were not disappointed. The staff was friendly, the price was affordable, and the rooms were clean and quiet. Also for the cost to have breakfast included was such a nice bonus. The breakfast also wasn’t just muffins and other grab and go items, there was a waffle station, hot sausage gravy with biscuits, premade egg and cheese omelets, instant oatmeal, bagels and cream cheese, and a few other items I’m not recalling. We did not leave hungry. Would definitely recommend!
