The whole experience was wonderful. Nice old-fashioned charm in the hallways and in each room. Not your basic cookie cutter rooms. Bedtime snacks available. Couples sitting by the fire reading, playing dominoes. Felt so safe. Even took a walk in my pajamas to a different floor to use the microwave. (no microwaves in the room. 😬) Christmas decorations were tastefully done!

All the staff were very friendly, professional and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was satisfactory. This is the first time that we have seen a glass shower door with a cutout that allows you to turn on the water from outside. Brilliant, no more icy chills or wet floors while waiting for warm water.
