Staff was friendly and professional. Room was larger and clean. The hotel is starting to show some age and could use a little refurbishing. Easy to get to right off I-41. Most of the better dining options were across town.
Tiffany
Staff was great!
Elizabeth
Great stay
Matt
The facility was clean, Friendly staff and We enjoyed the pool area .
Theresa
Clean room. Thin walls but no problem.
Conrad L
Was surprised with the staff and property on how well it was run. The only problem we had was the room key stoped working every day and had to have staff reactivate the key. Great breakfast and great bed. Will stay again .
Merari
Todo muy limpio y oloroso a limpio, muy buena atención, lo único ya tienen que cambiar las camas, pero todo lo demás de excelencia
Kara
The breakfast buffet was great, and we appreciated the daily variety. The staff was also courteous and even offered us a cookie upon our arrival. The room, however, was pretty awful. It smelled really funky and there’s no way we’d walk barefoot on the carpet. The chair and ottoman were, literally, filthy. We put our suitcases up on the table and the desk. After our arrival, I read reviews that said someone had found bedbugs, and while we didn’t see any, and I think we escaped without any, it made it hard to fall asleep. Fortunately we were visiting family, and didn’t need to spend much time in the room. This hotel needs new carpet, furniture, wallpaper, and new bathroom towels and washcloths. We won’t ever stay there again.
Jeffrey
Staff was great! Hotel was clean, room was clean and breakfast was good
JAMES
Clean rooms. Pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast quality was good but not great. No food options ran out. Coffee was terrible. Staff were pleasant. But the rooms were really run down and in need of maintenance. Room window lock was broken, bathroom door handles not functioning properly, peeling and mismatched paint, bases of beds broken/ missing. Parking lot was in substantial disrepair.
JoEllen
Room had a musty smell upon entry. There was a terrible patch job on one of the handles in the shower and the showerhead was white with scum buildup. One lamp was busted and rusty. The alarm clock from 1992 was behind the nightstand as if it had fallen back there and was never put back in place. The icing on the cake was when the fire alarm was going off at 8:15am throughout the entire hotel. Staff said “ no fire, it’s just the air fryer!” As everyone was standing outside of their rooms wondering what was going on!
David
Love the 5am breakfast
Melissa
I always stay here when I travel to Fond du Lac because it's clean & affordable. This time there were a couple of things in the room that I was in that should be addressed but nothing that will keep me from returning.
The beds were a little far from the nightstand. *I'm a CPAP user & this caused me to pull the CPAP off when I rolled over.
*There is a cover over the box spring that was pulled up under the mattress causing the box spring to be exposed.
*A wall in the bathroom was dirty & damaged.
*The shower curtain! This isn't unique to this hotel. Hotels need to stop using the thin cloth curtain. Water always leaks out causing a puddle, slip hazard & potential law suit.
*There was a young man at the front desk, I wish I would have gotten his name, that was awesome!

Staff was very helpful
Ron
Loved our stay. Clean, convenient, and friendly. One tip: the toilet in Room 127 ran briefly every few minutes: stopper problem. Otherwise, excellent stay.
Kim
Reasonable hotel for sleeping. Staff was pleasant. Facility is dated but clean.
Jodi
The front desk clerk and all the cleaning staff were super friendly. The breakfast was excellent, they even had biscuits!
Frederick
Staff was really helpful and flexible. Thank you.

I was there a night room was clean and that hot tub was amazing I did misplace my key card to get into the room and the staff got me a knew one just by confirming my reservation
Brian
all good
Terry
Great staff, very good breakfast good bed clean room. Great overall
Candice
The room was not very clean. Didn’t look like anyone had vacuumed behind the beds and end table in a long time. Carpet was old and also was not vacuumed next to the walls or furniture. The room had an old sitting chair which didn’t fit in the room and was very worn out with what looked like paint or plaster on it. The bathroom floor also had paint on it. Shower curtain needs to be replaced. Furniture is old and outdated, definitely an older hotel which is fine but needs to be updated. The pool looked very nice, didn’t have time to use it. I was impressed with the breakfast, was very good. When I checked out I told the gal about my issues and she agreed to come back to the room. She agreed it was not acceptable, the staff was very polite. It was late at night and the price was right but I won’t be staying at Comfort Inns in the future.
Jennifer
This property is soooo pet friendly and the staff are terrific!
Rebecca
Not a bad room for the price
Jodi
The staff was very friendly, the rooms offered coffee, shampoo/conditioner/lotion, mini-fridge.
However, the double beds (not queens) were very uncomfortable as were the pillows. The curtains on the windows were partially broke and the bathroom door did not latch. In the morning I didn’t have a lot of hot water when taking a shower.
Overall a disappointing place to stay.

Staff were friendly, room was clean, pool and hot tub were pleasant. The breakfast served was way above what was expected, Eggs, sausage, Biscuits and gravy, waffles, assorted breads, yogurt and of course coffee and juice.
Amber
This hotel was great for the price - comfortable
Sandra
Delightful check in staff, very helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and location worked great for our weekend reservation & near local restaurants. Very nice breakfast, coffee & water available in lobby area all day.
Rita
Terrible experience, poorly maintained hotel, clogged bathtub, exhaust fan, old furniture and worst of all, dirty room, walls, carpet, you have body soap and even the washed towels are stained. It's clear that the photos on the website are completely misleading. The only positive thing is that the staff are kind and helpful, but the hotel itself is a dump.
Richard
The staff was very nice. The hotel was really outdated and dirty. There was no elevator. Extremely noisy during the night.
Brian
Staff was friendly, but the quality of the rooms were poor. Breakfast could have been better. The pool was over chlorinated.
Aimee J
Room was clean and quiet

Room 109 at 62 degrees when walked in at 8:30pm. Door jam has inch gap between door jam and door. Stuffed towel to fill crack. Plug in behind tv a mess. Had to move plugs to get fridge started, and corner lamp. Wasnt easy to do.
Karen
Adjusted rooms so our group could be close together

Friendly front desk staff. Decent room and nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast eggs and sausages could use some improvement.
Jennifer
The staff is very friendly and this hotel is very good if you’re traveling with a dog - lots of green space!!!
Ruth
Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows
Alisa
The room was overall clean but the bathtub was peeling and discolored- the wall had chipping paint and looked like about 40 layers of paint was covering up possible water damage.
Overall- fine for the price, but not impressive.

The Comfort Inn was excellent for me. The Customer service was outstanding Collin and Judy at the front desk went above and beyond to make me comfortable, as well as others. Unfortunately I didn't jot their names. The room was clean everyday and the breakfast was delicious.

Eh!
Stopped up sink had to move rooms. Cards keys stopped three times. Service was not an issue. Seems like the hotel could be declining some in efficiency. Service at desk was not an issue just the roo.s and key situation was a bit frustrating especially when it is raining and you can't get in the hotel from your side entrance.
Russell
Staff was pleasant bed needs replaced so hard I was sore half the day. Breakfast was just bad
Karen
had a room close to lobby and back door, all we heard was slamming doors...bed was very uncomfortable. Check in was easy and well staffed, very nice

Weekend Away
The rooms were clean and comfortable. The space is a little tight for more than two people. The staff was delightful and helpful when asked questions. The location was good for all the activiites we were interested in doing in the area.
Alyssia
Dead flies in windows, everything had stains. Not clean.
Justin
Toilet barely flushed, walls are thin, scuffed and beat up, carpet is worn -- apparently clean but needs work, not up to Comfort Inn standard.

Heather
Nice hotel very reasonably priced compared to others in the area. I felt like I was in a safe area and the lady that checked us in for so helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Plenty of shopping and dining options in the area. We were just passing through so only stayed one night but it was a nice comfortable experience. I would stay again.

There was a distinct and unpleasant odor on the entryway 5 stairway. Otherwise everything was as expected.

It was beautiful and clean. It is the first hotel in awhile that I have stayed at the had a reasonable amount of bath towels in the room. Great customer service too

I originally planned to stay in the greater Milwaukee area, unfortunately most hotels were sold out. Those that weren't inflated the pricing to unreasonable rates. I ended up booking in Fond de Luc and quite happy that I did. The hotel has easy access to the highway, making my drive back and forth to Milwaukee a breeze. The hotel was clean, the staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. Breakfast was good.
Ann
First room we were put in had dirty sheets, they moved us which was nice, but the sink was clogged. They stairwell near out room had an awful smell. Staff was friendly, but the was lacking maintenance and cleanliness.
JAY

At check-in they failed to tell us that you needed to let them know if the room needed to be serviced. Also, if you wanted new towels, you needed to put the used towels outside your door.
The staff were friendly and professional.

There was an issue with my reservation which I had booked by a 3rd party. When attempting to resolve the manager was extremely rude. I then wished to switch rooms from a 1 bed king suite to a room with 2 beds and the desk clerk kept pushing for me to stay in the room with current room with a pull out sofa. Who the heck wants to pay these prices to have their family sleep on a pull out bed??? The room that was given to us did not have a security lock on the door, only holes to where it once was. It truly made my daughter and I feel safe, knowing we were alone the first evening of the 2 night booking.
Elena
Not enough area to eat

The rooms were somewhat updated, but the property overall is very tired. Hallways and staircases need carpet and paint.
Linda
