No hot tub, looks like it was taken out, gave one food ticket for breakfast, then it said you had to pay for breakfast additionally after that one day free. Never saw anything posted or was told about that.

Older building. Friendly, helpful staff. Liked the game options down by the pool. Window shades let too much light into the room at night. Breakfast options limited.

The staff asked if it was ok to place me in a second floor room with no elevator. When I said no, I have a disability, they said they couldn’t change me to a first floor room. When I got to the room the floor was dirty. There were food crumbs on the couch and pieces under it.
It was loud. The rooms around us were rented to a youth team and their staff did not monitor this wing of the hotel or enforce quiet hours. Young children were running between rooms yelling, screaming and slamming doors. The rooms are not sound proof.
Also, the hot tub advertised is no longer in use.
It was all around unpleasant.

The cleanliness in the room was okay. The carpet could have used a thorough cleaning as it appeared to have coffee stains throughout. The edge between the wall and floor could use some cleaning, but otherwise the room was adequately clean. The towels and washcloths are numerous which is a delight. Staff was helpful, whenever we asked for something they were able to answer. Breakfast was okay - the scrambled eggs were okay, but there was plenty to eat. Breakfast staff were very helpful, especially when we just wanted plain (not the sugared, flavored) oatmeal packets. They actually found some plain instant oats and provided that. That was great too!

We stayed 2 nights. Staff at the desk were prepared, professional and welcoming. The room 217 was very clean and well maintained. The bed, mattress, pillows were comfortable. I slept great. We had a complementary buffet breakfast and I liked it. Scrambled eggs, sausage gravy and biscuit, yogurt and coffee for me. The restaurant did not have much staff for lunch and dinner. We ate in the bar our first night and had a few drinks. No driving. The next day lunch was a long wait, so we went to Culver's. The bar staff were very nice and they had good deals. I had an Old Fashioned for $4. It was delish!! Families with kids loved this place for the pool. This is a very good place to have a conference. Meals at the restaurant are iffy due to staffing. It could use a food truck for coverage.

I stayed in two different rooms one was 2 Queens and the other was King. Both rooms were clean. The Double Queens had a view of their Game room which was pretty. My favorite part of The Raddison was the restaurant Benvenutos, the food was great and a reasonable price.

The staff responded well to questions and request. The beds were comfortable, however The overall quality and cleaning could be better. I arrived while a large event was in progress. There were people loitering in the parking lot and litter of beer cans and cigarettes which is not what I expected to walk into. The price was reasonable and the location was convenient. Consider the factors stated and book at your discretion.

This is a pretty rundown hotel. We were placed in a back section with no elevator. Only on 2nd floor so not a deal breaker. This was “surface” clean but not really. One look in the air return grates would tell how dirty it really is. Sink took forever to drain. Big gathering area looked fun; shuffleboard, ping pong, pool, arcade, etc. Staff was helpful when asked. Restaurant and bar was decent but closed on Sunday.

This hotel is in need of an update. What is updated seemed sort of botched. Our room was near a door that said no smoking yet people were using it to smoke which made the area smell of it.
Check in staff was kind but we had to contact them for any questions and it seemed like more of a nuisance to help us.

We stayed in room # 112. Came back from dinner about 6:30 pm to the room and it sounded like we had “a huge party” going on. I opened the curtains and realized our view was of the pool and the large playroom next to it with 50+ kids and parents screaming to one another. This lasted until 12 midnight. Finally I got to sleep! At 4am I was awakened by staff cleaning the pool and moving furniture in the playroom. What the devil? How does one expect this kind of sleepless night at the Radisson? When we checked out the woman at the desk WAS NOT understanding at all! She stated “ gosh I’m sorry, no one else has ever complained about this. Well, I hope you have a pleasant day.” And she turned around and went into the office. She showed no customer concern at all!!! I’ll not stay in the Radisson again.

We got a suite at a great price! The only interraction with staff was the check-in at front desk--just average. Room was pretty clean, if not a bit run down. Shower was cracked, toilet struggled to flush at times. Stayed for a week and suffered at the hands of a variety of noisy neighbors- the walls are quite thin, unfortunately. Staff was friendly, there were plenty of amenities and easily accessible parking. Somebody must have got drunk and urinated in the hallway on New Years Eve, because I could sure smell it the next day. There was an odd command hook on the wall that couldnt hold the weight of a single coat- fell down every time I used it, and for

Everything great as it always is. This Hotel is very consistently good. Our only problem, which is at 95% of all hotels, was that the hot tub was not working. If you rent a room at any hotel during the week the odds of the hot tub being open is very very low. Great workers here that are always ready to help.

Older hotel for sure. Got locked out of hotel very late at night in the freezing cold and then locked out of room because key cards were working. Front desk lady blamed me; said I must have “bumped” the key card. Yeah, ok…! Problem was the other key card we had also didn’t work and the two other key cards for the other people in our party, in a different room, didn’t work either. But getting an attitude from the staff late at night blaming the customer for 4 key cards going to 2 different rooms was super awesome. Really makes me want to book here again. Not. Breakfast was a hassle requiring you to stand in line EACH DAY at the front desk to get a piece of paper saying you could eat breakfast. Refused to give us their little breakfast tickets for each day. Nope. Make you line up like cattle to eat a hotel buffet that was the usual leaving a lot to be desired those of affair.

This hotel is older and tired. The hallways reeked of chlorine. Breakfast would have been good had it been hot. My French toast and bacon were cold. CONS: Had to wait for room to be ready when arriving at 4pm (check in time says room should be ready by 3) and front desk did not call us up while waiting in the lobby. We waited 30 minutes and went to ask and they said it was ready.

Room, hallways didn’t look like they were vacuumed. Pool area was nice but arcade was pretty limited. Broken down cars in parking lot. Restaurant had Christmas decorations up still in June. Breakfast was good

I booked a King with a pull out couch. The only room actually available was a Double queen.

The dining was excellent ! But the lack of availability to the pool and hot tub because of constant pool parties all weekend long was a negative for sure ! One of the main reasons I pick a hotel

Unfortunately, the room was not ready at 3pm when trying to check in, was asked to come back in a half hour. Still wasn’t ready at 4. The entire cleaning crew called off, except for 2. Can’t blame anyone except this new generation of kids for not caring about their job. They really need to be more educated especially taught by their parents that hand them whatever they want and to take pride in themselves for working and showing up to work.

Business Stay

For a one night business stay it was good. Good sized room with a good work space and lots of plugs.

on the morning after we arrived we found ants in the bedroom and replied to the company TXT as we were at a show and never got a reply at all from the hotel.
Sprayed the room ourselves as there were limited options elsewhere to stay due to the show.
the hotel onsite was terrible, service shocking to say the least. very disappointed

Tired mama

We were very appreciative of getting in our room early but we were placed in a room directly next to a exit door and pretty much every 30 min all night into morning we would hear slamming doors

Do not bother

Our room was half cleaned (dirty soap bars in the bathroom, one bed had been stripped and no sheets, pillowcases or comforter put back on. Only 2 towels. Pool ran out of towels. Staff was nice but clearly understaffed and under maintained. Holiday inn express next door is newer and cleaner

I enjoyed the friendly staff and the convenience this hotel offered. We enjoyed the hot tub, ate at the restaurant on site a few times and never had issues. Friendly staff! Kid and pet friendly facility! Will be back again next time we are in the area.
