I believe the HVAC for the building or another machine was near my bedroom. The noise was coming between the bathroom and bedroom. You could hear it turn on and off and this would not let me sleep and my daughter who was supposed to take her ACT the next morning. When it was on you could hear the noise.
Staff was friendly, room was clean and breakfast was fine. But do not stay in room 317 if you want to sleep well. Not sure if the whole building is like this.

Lovely place! My room wasn’t ready at check-in, but they gave me a free upgrade and what a wonderful room. The breakfast was so delicious. I would definitely recommend this place!

After a long day on two wheels i found this room way above my expectations. The room was spacious and comfortable. The inviting warmth of the room could be fine tuned with some artwork on the walls. Breakfast was as expected and hit the spot for someone on the go. Breakfast included the typical folded egg cheese omelette, potatoes, Sausage, make your own waffles full juice dispenser etc. Dollar wise my $140 Saturday night stay was well worth the it.

Hotel was nice, but the staff were rude and were often hard to find or track down. I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes and was able to go into their office and kitchen but still couldn't find an employee to help. They also decied at 4 am to revovate the room above me. Once again when I tried contacting the front desk or anybody about they were no where to be found. Kind of felt like I was just a disconvinence to the employees when I havent even asked for anything my whole stay.

Breakfast started at 6:00. Arrived at 6:03 and the area was still being mopped. But the coffee was great. Eggs were fake and the sausage were turkey and not very warm. Good bakery though.

I really liked the layout of my room. I had a king bed. I alao liked how there was not a big gap at the bottom of the door. I felt like the door shut and sealed. I have stayed were there is alot of light coming from the door. Air conditioning and heat worked well. Not much time in either direction.

The breakfast was okay. We were there for two days, and there was not too much of a difference between the two days. The poor girl who was keeping the breakfast bar serviced was running and way too busy to keep up. I sure didn't blame her because it was obvious she was trying to hold down the fort and keep up with the items on the breakfast bar.

Good vibes overall, didn't have any issues. Maybe snacks at the front desk were a little expensive but that's about it. Friendly welcoming staff. Plus they let me check in early because my room was ready!

check in was good, breakfast was not great. sausages were warmed but not remotely cooked. eggs didnt taste good at all. we stopped for breakfast after trying to eat your breakfast, so we had a decent meal after check out. check out was a long process because the person was trying to charge me $180 for the room, which i had already paid for through expedia. check out process was 20 minutes!!! which delayed us getting on the road.

We stayed at this hotel as a group staying for a hockey tournament. Staff were wonderful and they let kids be kids. Parents were able to visit in the lobby without making us feel like we were an inconvenience. Breakfast was tasty with a good selection. Great price for the value.

It was clean! I personally don't like the bar door for the bathroom, I feel you don't quite get the privacy. We went to the lounge later that night with friends to play cards and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Top notch Hampton

Top notch Hampton Inn in the excellent company edition. The one thing that would have made it better was seeing a person behind the front desk when we arrived. It took a while before someone showed up. The same thing happened to another patron later in the evening, and he had to go to the office behind the desk to get help. Perhaps coming up with a way that patrons can get the attention of a member of the personnel would be an easy fix.

Loudness in the hallways when people return to their rooms. Once they're in their rooms you don't hear them, but in the hallways the last one to return was two in the morning

Overall we had a good stay. The property was in a quiet location which worked out great for us because we took both of our dogs on this trip. We really appreciated the dog bag station and the amount of space available for them when they had to go outside.

Staff was pleasant but not overly concerned about helping the quests. If you needed something you were on your own. Still following outdated Covid policies (per staff) and you had to request cleaning if desired.

Breakfast and food service was the bright spot, friendly, helpful and a great breakfast.

the building faces US41 a major highway as did my room and there was a lot of highway noise. If I go there again I'll ask for a room on other side of the building

The blockout curtains in the room didn't appear to close. So the sun woke us up earlier than we wanted. There was also a used wash cloth hanging up in the room when we got into our room. There was also no lock on the bathroom door - which was a sliding door. And there wasn't an exhaust fan in the bathroom.
So the mirrors mirrors really steamed up. Overall, the facility was nice though. The AC worked well, and although we didn't use the pool area, it looked nice. Breakfast was decent. The front desk worker was pleasant and helpful.

Was super disappointed that the pool was not operational due to maintenance. Prior to booking there was a messaging saying it would be down until 8/1/2023. I waited til after to book and message was no longer on website so I assumed all was good. Guess I should have called to confirm. It was the one thing my kids were looking forward to at the hotel.

Room was clean, linens smelled fresh, breakfast was good. My only issue was the fact that the staff was never at the front counter to to check in, greet anyone or to check out. Always in the back room and having to ring the bell

Decent stay.

The hotel was decent and the beds were comfortable. There was a smell in our room, however that wasn’t terribly pleasant. Almost like gasoline. The location was good for what we were in town for. Breakfast was ok, not spectacular.

No pool. No good.

The pool was closed for repair. I booked this place because they had a pool. Since the pool had been closed for repair well before I booked, hotels.com should have let people know. Not okay.
