The only issue I had with the place was the quality of the Wi-Fi. It routinely did not work throughout the stay. The location is perfect if you’re trying to see around the city with a stop on the 1 bus line less than 7 minutes away and a train stop about a mile away.

Overall staying was good experience. However, the housekeeper sometimes a little bit too late to clean the room. I really like the spacious room, bigger working desk, even complimented with bolster which not every hotel has it. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. All the crew were very helpful with anything that I needed.

Really nice budget hotel in the centre of Jakarta. As with most hotels in Indonesia the staff and the service was wonderful! Everyone is just so friendly and helpful. Good location close to restaurants and coffee shops and a shopping mall right across the road. I would certainly recommend staying here and will be back soon!

Interrupted sleep due to mosquitoes bites. Every night the mosquitoes roaming in the room, suffer few bites each night. have to switch on the lighting to find and trying to kill those mosquitoes. manage to kill two, all with bloods within.

The hotel met my expectations. it was clean and nice. The room I was put in had a window facing other rooms where the guests could see into my room and visa versa, meaning I didn't feel comfortable opening my windows and enjoying the lovely bright days in Jakarta. other than that, it was a pleasant stay.

Stayed at this hotel many times for work. I travel around Jakarta for meetings and traffic is always bad - however this hotel is generally more accessible than near Central Park or CBD.
Hotel was just finished in 2014 and all rooms are new and clean. Small desk has power. Room service menu is small but OK. No facilities in the budget hotel. Taxis are always available just out front. Hotel is short walk from 711 and from supermarket across the street. Some good restaurants and bars near by.

Generally is good in term of cleanliness and comfortability because its a new hotel BUT the room SOUNDPROOF VERY POOR. We can hear toilet flushing noise, water sound from water tap all from top and/or next door, as well as people talking at neighbour room.

Overall, the hotel stay is comfortable and it is quite a catch for the price. However I do notice that even though this is a new hotel, the condition of the room is somehow sloppy. The bathroom drainage took a while for the shower to be completely drained. The room was a little dusty on the desk and bed. I would expect a better condition especially for IBIS. Surrounding is convenient and easy to grab your meals and transportation.
