The hot pool never disappoints. Comfortable bed, in room mini fridge and microwave are welcome amenities. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Can't beat the drink specials and $1 shrimp at the Star Lounge. I hear there are new owners that are going to do some maintenance and renovations and I sure hope they keep the rad North Star vibes we've loved for years.

We just stayed one night at this hotel. The room was just outdated but pretty clean. We did notice on the morning there were two beers from the night before. They also have an outdoor heated pool that we didn't get to check out because it was raining but you can see Killington from the pool on clearer days.

While the property needs updating, the price was great and, it wasn’t the staff that made it enjoyable, it was the people who are regular visitors, who took the time to show me around and chat by the awesome fire in the lobby. The outdoor pool looked like it needed to be cleaned, but it was a very nice treat on a cold winter day!

Hotel is good by itself but definitively needs some renovations and upgrades, no cleaning rooms anymore-unless you need it, always need to ask for something , I think for such prices we should return full services to hotel and not just this one, as lately all hotels became similar, prices are high and service is limited. Bar at hotel ok but serving and choices has to be improved, please make this hotel good as before. Staff is helpful when needed all the time. Thank you.

Love this place! My family has stayed here multiple years in a row now and we keep coming back. The staff is very helpful if you run into any issues and the pool is a highlight for the kids after a long day on the mountain. Close to good food and conveniently located to Killington. We love the suite so we can cook a few meals at home as well.

Everything was very clean, check-in was super easy and the food was good (I only had the fries but steak fries are my favorite so I was super excited that they had them. When I picked them up from the restaurant, the bartender helped me and he was really nice, he gave me some compliments house made chips while I waited and just seemed to effortlessly make me feel like one of the locals. The outdoor pool was a really cool experience. I’m not exaggerating when I say it was -10 when we were there so I thought for sure it would be too cold even for a heated pool but luckily I was wrong. It was hot hot, just like a hot tub but you could literally swim in it. The stars were out so I floated on my back and stargazed for a bit and even saw a shooting star! I would definitely recommend staying. The only reason I gave them a 4 was because it’s outdated but that really wasn’t a big deal, this place just has great potential with a little modernization.

The room was basic with poor quality bed and bedding, sink was cracked, blinds were broken, no room darkening curtains, view of commercial parking lot with plows, door security lock broke, etc. Fitness room not open before 8 am and no staff on duty in morning. The parking lot was not plowed to roll luggage in. The price was very expensive for thd accommodation provided.

We stayed from Sunday to Wednesday. I can get past the fact that the hotel is pretty old and beat up but we got no new towels for our entire stay, nor did housekeeping empty our garbage. The bed wasn’t comfortable and the comforter wasn’t a comforter…. It looked like a white shiny table cloth. The game room is a room w a claw machine that doesn’t work and an air hockey table. Pool was nice at night and prob one of the better offerings. The hotel is in a nice spot it’s just really in need of updates. The ceiling has chunks missing, rug stains and such a small TV. Nice distance to pico and killington ski resorts but wouldn’t stay there again.

There are also not many breakfast options in walking distance especially when it is cold out. But the lounge restaurant has good food for dinner and good entertainment.

Perfect for a quick getaway in the mountains to ski. Only 7-10 minutes from Killington mountain and 1hrs from Sugarbush. They have heat pool outside which was great.

I was very happy with our stay. I had a suite on the second floor. Of course it was clean. The view of the mountain was exceptional. We also had quick access to the heated pool. The suite came with it's own hot tub bath. I didn't use it, but it's nice to have one in the master bedroom.

What a total complete waste of money. The lodge is so run down it looks like a flea bag hotel. Thank goodness we didn't have children with us. This made Motel 6 look like a 4 star hotel. No offense to Motel 6 intended.

AC did not work could not sleep well due to heat. When I brought up at night there were facilities personnel available. When I followed with manager he claimed no offset was possible due to the supposed low rate I paid. What I paid was too high for Motel 6 quality tool with trim Coming off baseboard heater and broken blind for ground level room. They promised someone would follow up but nothing.

The biggest beds they have are doubles, which are no fun to share. But we asked for a cot and… problem solved. I’d stay there again.

The parking lot was larger stones and not easy for rolling suitcases - should check into getting it paved. The mattresses were terrible. Pleasantly surprised by the heated outdoor pool and thoroughly enjoyed it.

I checked in on a Friday and checked out Sunday. I drove 12hrs roundtrip and specifically booked this hotel because of it's proximity to the venue I was running an endurance race at Saturday and because it had laundry available on site. When I arrived Friday there was NO RUNNING WATER in the hotel. I couldn't shower or flush my toilet. When I finished the 4hr race on Saturday and came back to the hotel there STILL was no water. My room smelled like an outhouse since I couldn't flush the toilet and I had to wait til Saturday evening to shower and wash my race clothes before they got the plumbing working again. When I asked about showering, I was told I could jump in the pool. I understand that issues arise out of anyone's control, but no running water for over half of my stay and no compensation given for the inconvenience was insulting. I would not stay here again.
