was put in a room next to elevator, elevator was rubbing squeeling reported to front desk, they refused to move us, noise kept us up all night long. terrible experience. she said they didn't have any other rooms and refused to move us the hotel was clearly NOT full capacity. Elevator certificate was out of date expired.

The check-in started with a parking fee that is not advertised as front facing when you check out and Expedia indicates this is what you will pay. The parking fee is included on Expedia, but you have to dig to find it. Further the fee is a ridiculous money grab, nickel and dime, classless fee. There is no garage, no parking attendant, no patrol, and I am certain that if anything happens to your vehicle the hotel does not take responsibility. It serves no purpose. The room was fine enough. The tub had multiple large chunks missing with with clear rusting and what appeared to be blood in a second spot. So was it cleaned prior? Who knows. I’d honestly find anywhere else on the mountain, or even head out toward awesome little Woodstock and stay before I stays here again. It is beyond deaf ears to add purposeless fees to check in given the current economy.

Nice place. Clean. Friendly staff. Easy location from where to reach the slopes with free parking. There is plenty to do for kids and grownups in the lodge, games, food, a bar. The outside hot pool was excellent. Breakfast was expensive for 20$ a person plus tips for what they served. Coffee was free. The coffee bar downstairs had not been open during our stay but maybe it was because of the time of year. I give this place 4.75123 stars

The mountain view is amazing, the staff is so nice and our room was always nice and clean when we came back from skiing. The hot tub is so relaxing and enjoyable. Amazing place. I wish breakfast was included but they do have it available for $20 per person per day. Overall it was an awesome week

it was loud as my room was near hot tub

toilet was clogged from the start. They attempted to fix but could not get it to flush correctly.

most other bookings at other hotels i had this winter included breakfast. This did not.

Your advertisement on line indicated that it was the full fee. However they charges $17 for parking in their lot. They did waive the fee when I checked out but it was waived because of the toilet problems.

shower head seemed to have mildew on it.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Overall a positive experience. My only complaint was that our room (a double queen) had a giant skylight with no shade centered 5 feet above one of the beds. I would recommend to management install a shade in the skylight as it rendered the other curtains in the room useless and was an unpleasant wake-up.

Tracy and the other hostesses I’d give 10s to. Very nice and accommodating. Problem is the rooms and allowing dogs. Had I known this place was a hotel/kennel never would have stayed there. I have never stayed in a room in a hotel where I wanted to throw up because of the dog s$$t smell that penetrated the carpets and urine in one of the rooms we stayed in. I absolutely LOVE dogs but a hotel is for people not animals (even though many people act like them). Oh and every freakin sink clogged up in the three different rooms we stayed in. Horrible. And the toilets never flushed easily. People who worked there are great but the rooms themselves—naah never again sorry. Hilton needs to be better and I expected better from such a reputable name.

The staff was really accommodating especially Jess at the front desk. My wife was in pain and she was able to get us an early check in which was so helpful for us. Besides that the hot tub was excellent and the rest of the staff were super friendly.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive. Temperature was a bit hard to control. The shower never seemed to get HOT. It was warm enough. The thermostat didn’t seem to work. It was as if it was overridden by the establishment. It got quite warm at night and was sometimes a bit cool during the day. That being said it was very cold when we stayed. Mostly negative Fahrenheit temps ranging from +8 to -30 during our 4 night stay. Overall it was worth the choice to stay and all four of us adults (2 rooms) would select this lodge again.

The lodge absolutely saved us when our Vrbo host ghosted us on our recent trip. Sarah and Tracy were able to work some magic and find available rooms so our group was able to get the 3 rooms we needed completely last minute. We're planning to look here first for all future trips!

It's also in an amazing location a few minutes from the mountain, the ski stores, and restaurants

Several reasons not to return to the hotel:
-Nobody came to tend to our room
-The shower water pressure was horrible
-In the shower we had an empty bottle of body wash…something that would be discovered if the room was properly attended to
-Charging $100 for late check out of two hours is pathetic especially when you aren’t tending to the rooms anyway
-The room was quite cold which was not unexpected given that it was extremely cold outside however we discovered that the thermostat was on cool instead of heat…again something that would be discover if the room was properly attended to.

Shower water never got hot, it was barely lukewarm. Water pressure was low. Shower couldn't be shut off, water constantly dripped all the time.
Room temperature couldn't be adjusted we tried. Told staff about shower but they needed to order parts. I was also upset that I was charged for parking.

The hot tub was great after skiing. It was nice and hot and had enough room for many guests.
The common rooms were a little drafty and cold and the restaurant/bar area had more of a cafeteria feel.

We had no running water for two days and when they did finally fix the water issue, our hotel room got flooded when all the water backed up came out of our sick and onto the floor and room. I had to call Police and fire department when there was an incredible amount of water in the room. This was probably the worst stay I’ve ever had and I do not recommend anyone going to this property. Our luggage got soaked and wrecked from the flood

If you want to travel to Killington with your pup, this is a great spot to stay! Right next to a golf course and other open space for dogs to run. Super friendly staff (Tahoe got lots of treats from the front desk). Great location. Good breakfast. Nice outdoor hot tub for a soak after hitting the nearby slopes.

We were surprised to find out we had to pay $10 to park in a huge lot, with no cars. But that is our fault for not reading fine print somewhere.
The problem was with a dog in the room next to us that barked for HOURS. When we called the front desk, they said it wasn't quiet hours, so there was nothing they could do. Disappointing that another guests irresponsible dog ownership ruined our stay at the hotel.

Very friendly staff! Jess the receptionist allowed us to check in at 10am rather than 4pm! The ladies working the bar and strabucks counter were super friendly and helpful. The property manager accommodated myself and kids even though the hot tub was out of service, jets didn’t work and it wasn’t hot, she brought us new towels and allowed us to stay in the pool.

High expectations equal major disappointments

This is a really neat place. Staff very friendly! However the hotel doesn’t live up to expectation. Room had a great layout and was very nice. However the carpet had stains, boards on balcony weathered, toilet seat only attached on one side, and the WiFi never recognized us and let us login. Food and bar service was awesome however there actually isn’t a restaurant as we thought in the listing. The night was saved by a great bartender however for the price we will pass next trip.

Unable to contact the property on the day of the reservation to inform of late arrival. Through our many calls, we heard a number of possible causes for why the calls from the property phone tree did not reach the front desk, but were assured the desk was staffed all day and night. By the time I could reach the property via phone, they had cancelled the reservation. They would not provide any accommodation because of the "no show cancellation" and the booking being third-party through Expedia.
The only recourse available through hours of back and forth phone calls, was to book a new reservation.

The hotel is in the midst of upgrading. I was disappointed that there was no swimming pool as I believed there was one. All of the attractions in the area were closed which disappointed my grandchildren and myself. The room was above and beyond excellent.

The hotel is in desperate need of renovation. The carpets walls doors are all pretty gross. The beds are comfortable but the place is overall sub standard. Our shower didn't drain and there was sewage coming up through the drain. It was not a place I'd return to.

Front desk staff need professional training. One wore a nice top, the other's attire best for winter plowing or digging dirt. Hair styling advice recommended. Grooming lessons! Noisy, cackling laughter, loud talking with other staff while checking in guests unprofessional.
Windows in our room couldn't be opened. One missing a handle. Screen on the other ripped in several places which would have allowed black flies into the room. One heavy drape missing a pull rod. Door to room had to be manually latched-potential security problem.
The house phone didn't work. I needed additional towels. When I headed to front desk to request them and report the malfunctioning phone, I saw a housekeeper in the hall and started to talk. She said in Spanish, I think, she didn't speak English. I was frustrated, grabbed towels from cart. As I walked away, she uttered some phrase whose tone wasn't nice. Baseboards in first floor elevator alcove filthy. Elevator very shabby. Pub: high top table & two out of four chairs wobbly. Carpets dirty. Food tasty sandwich cold. Server personable, polite but needs training on how to present orders to a table. No follow up. We visited after over a decade away, previously lived there 20+ years. We remember when the lodge was in its heyday, known for high quality in all areas of operation. In general, based on our brief time there, those days are gone. The facility now has a tired look to it with attention to service and maintenance details lacking, sad to see.
