From the moment we arrived, we felt and saw the wow factor. The hotel is beautiful, the bedrooms are large and the bathrooms are large as well. The breakfast was delicious with so many choices. Our dinner menu was excellent and the food was delicious. The wines were top notch, we absolutely loved all the wines on offer. Everything was perfect. Even on wet mornings, umbrellas were left outside bedroom doors. Can’t fault this wonderful hotel. We will definitely go back. Thank you for making our stay soo pleasurable.

Hotel in which you can appreciate the local architecture, with a 5 star restaurant, beautiful views, but the most important thing was the friendliness and service offered by its staff. Bravo for the excellent team they have in this hotel. As for the facilities there are things to improve, such as air conditioning. Our room temperature was not as cold as we expected, especially because the room received all day sunlight (which we love), however the administration provided us with a portable AC which solved our situation.

The hotel and location are unique and phenomenal. Service is exemplary and the staff couldn't be more professional and helpful. Most of the meals were excellent. Excellent service from staff at reception

The staff were very helpful and kind. Our stay was very pleasant and the weather was ideal for relaxing. Two small minor details were that food for lunch and dinner as two vegetarians was a little bit limited, however, the chef was very amenable and varied parts of meals to accommodate us. The other gripe is that I’m not sure why most hotels have pillows that seem to revert to marshmallows as soon as you put your head on them, we are used to firm pillows and we would have liked this option. Our room was excellent with lots of space, a decent tv for my teenager and I enjoyed the spa, sauna and jacuzzi.

Relaxation among the vineyards

This hotel is in a beautiful position, and even when full there was plenty of space to unwind and relax. It's well situated for Braga and the national park.

Had an extremely relaxing time at this well equipped, laid back hotel. The staff were very attentive and the spa facilities and pool were great. The breakfast was substantial with an array of fruit, pastries, savoury and cooked options. I would highly recommend this hotel for a family with 2 teenage girls. We came away feeling very relaxed.

Abgelegen aber empfehlenswert

Insgesamt ein sehr gutes Hotel, mit einem sensationellen Frühstück. Allerdings wäre es nach unseren Erfahrungen kein 5* Sterne Hotel. Das bezieht sich insbesondere auf die Zimmer, die sehr hellhörig sind und wo ein gewisser Comfort fehlt. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und professionell. Das Restaurant ist durchaus gut und empfehlenswert.

Podia ser melhor ou se o mesmo, mais barato.

No geral foi positiva, mas o valor cobrado é demasiado para o tipo de hotel. Para o preço teria que ter mais qualidade, mais pormenores e melhor serviço. O quarto só tinha blackout, ms não tinha cortina interior. O pequeno-almoço era bom, mas modesto. A cortesia veio só no dia a seguir e não à chegada. Haveria outras observações, tipo não haver uma sala para yoga ou Pilates, por exemplo.

Sem dúvida alguma um dos melhores hotéis da região do Minho. Um estilo hotel boutique, com elevado cuidado para com os detalhes.
O pessoal de serviço no restaurante e bar têm uma elevada formação e estão muito bem preparados para qualquer situação mais inesperada! Recomendo por completo as instalações. Só chamo a atenção para visitarem numa época de sol, pois este não está preparado para dias de chuva.

Les réceptionnistes ont été très agressifs. L'hôtel nécessite des travaux de rafraîchissement. Les murs sont sales et il y a du moisi dans les coins. La taxe de room service est de 15 euros juste pour apporter le repas dans la chambre, ce qui est excessif.

Local bonito e tranquilo. Welcome drink à chegada. Simpatia dos funcionários. Possibilidade de carregamento de carro eléctrico. Quarto espaçoso (Camelia Suite) com vista espectacular. No quarto faria algumas alterações (sinalização de saída de emergência com luz muito incómoda durante a noite, cama extra sem qualquer conforto em estrutura e colchão). Oferta de água e 2 cápsulas de café. Piscina interior quentinha com acesso por marcação flexível, boas instalações do SPA. Pequeno almoço muito bom com quentes personalizados (acrescentaria doces regionais). Serviço e instalações do bar a melhorar e com preços demasiado elevados. Espaço exterior muito bonito, com vinhas, laranjeiras, jardim e capela. A vista da Torre 5*.

Precioso hotel, en lugar muy tranquilo. Presenta dos partes, una integrada en el edificio original y otra en cubos del ala nueva, muy bien diseñados y totalmente cómodos. Además presta servicio de restaurante (muy correcto), spa (pequeño pero suficiente), piscina exterior, pista de tenis)...destacan detalles que invitan al relax (además de las vistas al viñedo) como hamacas y sofás diseminados por la propiedad. Desayuno de gran calidad. Personal muy amable. Totalmente recomendable.
